Clark tire has always been professional, speedy and reasonably priced every time I have been here. Today I needed a plug as I had a nail in my tire. They also corrected my psi indicator as Buick dealership forgot to do it when they rotated my tires. Top notch!

I have been going here for years even when I moved out the neighborhood. Not only do they work fast, they also provide great service for affordable prices. From having flat tires, to nails stuck in a tire, to removing a metal cap (bad mistake on my end) they always saved the day. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a quick tire fix. I unfortunately will be headed to them this week since I have slow leak in my tire :-) but I know it will be quick and affordable

Patched up my tire great. Caught a nail in that same tire a few weeks later. Must have used an air or electric impact on my lug nuts though. Went to put on my spare and couldn’t get them off even with my 20v impact drill I had in my vehicle or a 24 inch breaker bar. Checked all my other lug nuts and they were good, meaning that one wheel was way too tight. Tire shops need to torque to spec, these folks didn’t. I do all my own work on my car, except tires, and this was super disappointing. Gonna have to take it to a different tire shop with a compressor just to get it off. Filled the tire with fix-a-flat in the meantime.

I have been coming here since I was young. My Grandfather was a cabdriver and the owner would always give him nice deals and and help us out. Now that I am an adult I have been coming here for many things. But tires specifically. The people are honest and they will give you what you need. They are busy and people like them. No issues here! Hit a Pothole on Sheridan and looked for the closest location to get a tire. Clark Tire Service was the closest. I was afraid our day would be ruined, but from the the time we pulled in until we left maybe a half hour or forty minutes elapsed. It was quick and painless. On top of it, everyone was really friendly. Our dog, who was with us, enjoyed meeting everyone. Definitely recommend Clark Tire Service.

They open on Sundays have parking and you can wait in their little Itty bitty office. Did a wheel alignment on my car took less than 45 mins. Good job!

As a handyman (JUST CALL CHUCK) I do a lot of work on my own from home to auto. I ran into something I couldnt resolve alone without the appropriate tool. They the best I come first time for flat tire and was cheap and good same time and then I come back again with the scand tire very bad and I was have only $20 the tow guy help me with use tire but it look like new for sure I come back for the store and anyone need a really a good customer service and honestle to trust try that tire shop I wish if I can give more the 5 star all the best and thank you

Brought 4 brand new tires to get installed and balanced. They did the job super fast. Great, I thought just to realize the following day about super wobbly steering wheel while driving at highway speed. Went to a different tire shop to check just to be told that the tires were completely out of balance.

This place is good and always charge reasonable prices. However, make sure you got some time when you go because its pretty crowded.

Ive dealt with this tire shop a few times in the past and was always a pleasant experience. Last night I went to get a back tire replaced and this morning on my way to work it was flat. Drove back there and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Pablo. He swapped out the tire with no issues and it was done quickly. Wasnt even late for work. Customer service has always been top notch here, highly recommend them.

These guys are wonderful! Ive been a customer for 2 years and Ive been pleased with every visit. The gentleman who ran the place pre-covid was incredible knowledgeable, professional, and had a genuine feel. I just went and met a different, younger man who was no less professional and diagnosed my problem in less than 5 minutes. Prices are fair and work is done quickly. I really like this place and will return and recommend to all.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I simply called to ask if I had a warranty on my tire that I received from Clark’s a few months ago, and the manager on the phone told me to shut up and criticized me of having an attitude. He told me that even if I had a warranty, he would not give it to me. When I asked to speak to someone else, he replied “I’m the manager. Who do you want to talk to... the repair man?” in an extremely rude and sarcastic tone. I will NEVER be back. Do not go unless you want to be treated like absolute garbage by the staff here.

I call to request a price of new tire and they give a price including installation , when I arrived a guy that was in a black tahoe truck that works there tell me a $25 dollar extra in price arguing that is the extra cost of new tire and specifically $15 dollar tip. I just walked out...im no sure if owner is aware of that!!!

Came in for an alignment and tie rod replacements the alignment was decent but the tie rod replacement was not properly installed and when I told them about re adjusting the plastic cover on the tie rod they only put a zip tie which came off later on after driving it for a couple minutes wouldn’t recommend this place at all. These guys work hard. Theyre always busy whenever Ive been there. Ive only stopped by for tire pressure checks and fills when needed. They always help me out quickly and get me on my way. Anyone who does this, I hope youre giving a nice tip!

Great service. They actually made a mistake (an understandable one) the last time. They admitted it, apologized, and fixed it for free - all with a good attitude. Their pricing is also great - half of what I was used to previously.

Poorly service , not for house cars that you care off , doesnt know how to do jobs they been offering , you ask one guy about price he tells you one , other one his , on the board is totally different...not recommended at all , avoid if possible

I went to Clark Tire for the first time for the annual dismounting of the summer tires and mounting of the winter tires. From the outside, the shop doesnt look like much, but experience has taught me that this is often true of the best places.Long story short: while removing one of my summer tires from the rim, the tech shredded the bead surface, meaning that this tire (which was less than a year old and has nearly full tread) is a goner. And this isnt some oddball lowrider / aftermarket fitment, were talking 205/45-16 on a 6.5 OEM rim- one of the easiest jobs in all of tire service.Unfortunately, I didnt notice this until I got home and was cleaning the dismounted tires and putting them away for storage. And, since I tried to be a nice guy and paid in cash, I have no receipt and therefore no recourse with the shop. So Im out the $80 I paid for the service, plus the $20 I tipped the guy who destroyed my tire, plus the $97 it just cost me to order a replacement from TireRack.If anyone from the shop is reading this, Im sure youll remember me. I have purchased many tires from Clark tire in the past and always got top of the line customer service from the owner Joe but today when he was not there I had the worse experience ever. I bust my tire due to one of the many potholes in Chicago so I was already having a bad morning. The place had just opened and only two employees were working at the time. I went inside hoping to see Joe and one of the workers was inside the office and instead of greeting me as a customer he proceeded to go back into the garage and start working on a customer who had arrived before me which was ok because they were before me but was wrong because I was never acknowledged. I went back outside and stood there for a minute watching both workers just act like I wasn’t even there. So I asked what’s up man anybody working inside the office that can help me order a special tire. One worker said it’s just me and him and we are working and walked off. I understood that they had two customers before me but I said to him well at least y’all can acknowledge the customers who are waiting. The other guy then came out and said what’s up man how can I help you and then tried to convince me that it was to early in the morning for me to be upset about the poor customer service and if I had a problem with it I can go somewhere else. Then proceeded to say matter fact I’m not serving you u can go somewhere else. So then I said where is the owner Joe? He said I am the owner that’s my dad. So I said is he coming in today I will wait for him and he said yea and walked off. So I stood there debating if I should wait for Joe or get my car towed somewhere else because I was being ignored at this point. Luckily my wife was with me and the guy who said he was the owners son walked over to her and said what do you need because I can’t talk to him. Eventually he put a used tire on my car that I could use temporarily until my special tire was delivered Monday which Joe has done for me several times in the past. All in all I was taking care of but the level of service when Joe was not there was different then I ever experienced over the years. I will continue to go there for my tires because Joe is a great guy, they do good work and are very affordable but if Joe is not there I will try my best not to go there because as a paying customer all I was demanding was a certain level of customer service upon arrival that his “son” I guess thought it was to early in the morning to give. I would still highly recommend Clark tire but I would also recommend working with Joe himself if you have expect a certain level of customer service

Their team is knowledgeable, unlike the larger tire companies that let rookies work on your car. Bad service-- stopped by to have a tire plugged-- busy place, but I was hopeful of good service at a reasonable price, so I waited patiently for 45 minutes during which time two technicians approached my vehicle and asked what I was there for then walked away indifferently-- the final straw was when they started working on two vehicles that had arrived at least 20 minutes after me, they were Spanish speaking customers who skipped the line and went straight to the front --- I was sure that they would not be attended to before me--- but I was wrong--- the technicians would prefer to attend to Spanish speaking customers first. Bad business policy. Customers beware.

Long story, but I would have returned here had it been my choice. I was here for someone elses tire. Pablo offered a reasonable quote on a retread and offered to repair rim for a few dollars more. He also gave me a tow truck to call. I didnt like the employee who assumed I didnt understand Spanish, he was using unnecessary language. I dont care for people who assume things based on my ethnicity. You never know who may speak the language you are using to insult someone. That was a rude move on that employees part. If not for Pablo, I would give this place 1 star.

Always fast service and the prices seem fair. My primary experience with them has been for tire issues. Usually can count on them to be open when I need them but be warned, if things are slow, they sometimes close early.

I had a screw in my jeep tire. We put air in this morning, and bought fix-a-flat so I could make it to Clark Tire {my boyfriend told me to go there}. The nice man was going to plug it. He came out and told me he didnt have to do it. He cleaned it and put something else in bc the screw didnt mess the tire up. He saved me $10.00, and waited for my jeep while I paid so no one stole my vehicle {left car on bc we have issue w fuel pump}. I recommend them. Im going to get my brakes done there. $75.00 for ceramic brakes w 2 year warranty.Good people!!!!! 👍👍👍💯💯

I keep on coming back for the same issue. Most of the time, with brakes. I dont use my car everyday. Most often than not, once a week. They charge too much now. Used to be good service. The tire they replaced the old one kept on releasing air. As if they didnt do anything at all. Terrible experience.
