We just bought a new home out of state and wanted to add an addition to our existing kitchen space. Jennifer Ephraim did an outstanding job in helping me through my project. Not only did Jenn have to work with height and width restrictions she created a new usable space for food prepping. Her attention to detail was impeccable and I’m not sure many designers would have given us the options to choose from that she did even though some modifications were an additional charge. She did a FaceTime call with us and suggested a few color options that would match up with our existing cabinets and sent us to a local dealer to finalize the finish. Yes, we could have bought cabinets from a local dealer but no one would have given us this kind of customer service. Finalizing the details for the out of state job site delivery was seamless to us. The packaging from Omega was designed with the customer in mind as it was painless to unpack due to their packaging design. The quality of the cabinets is impressive. I know her time is valuable and we want to thank her for making our kitchen complete. Cant wait for the cabinets to get installed.

I’ve been in a few times the last month while shopping for my bath renovation, always greeted and offered help if needed. Joe R helped me make my final choices, competitively priced items and inventory found in stock. Easy place for a City dweller, need to actually see product, no car shopper to shop.

My husband and I went in today not knowing what we wanted or where to start. Devin Roberts was AMAZING to work with. He was so helpful and knowledgable and has absolutely impeccable taste. Go see him for your bathroom or kitchen remodel!!!!

I was looking forward to get faucets and fixtures for a brand new home, so sad that no one was interested in helping. the lady and sir downstairs were more interested in their computers than helping a customer. taking my business somewhere else.

Went into this place very optimistically hoping to get some recommendations on a bathroom remodel. Keith, the sales associate, was incredibly rude and not a very effective listener. I almost got up and left the consultation 3 separate times.Seriously, dont waste your time if youre looking for any real feedback. I mean we showed up with exact measurements, diagrams and a couple of ideas of what we wanted to do and the guy was condescending as can be.

Somewhat friendly but hardly helpful.

Let me start by saying I have used Studio 41 for years with mixed results. In the past I would try and steer clear due to past issues that aren’t worth digging up. I was recently given a new account manager who has made a world of difference. Shannon Schnauss has completely changed my opinion and is fantastic. His accuracy and follow up have been refreshing, and his customer service has been top notch. I will continue to use Studio 41 with confidence.

I saw stuff from the window, I didnt go in.

We visited the store @ Franklin & Hubbard in Chicago. Big selection for bsthroom decor. Dsucets, mirrors, tubs & sinks. Lots of choices. Staff was helpful but not smothering. We were just looking for ideas. So many to consider. Will be back when our remodeling plans are further along.

I entered studio 41 at 204 w 83rd st, Chicago Illinois on aug 24th 2019....upon entering I noticed sales rep on her phone, so I passed her and reached another rep, which she also was on her phone, so I proceeded to look around on my own. Once I picked out the counter top that I wanted, I went back to reps still on their phones... long story short... I placed an order for a countertop, paid for it in full, and was told it would take 4 weeks to receive it...,after 6 weeks passed, I started calling, and then I waited another week , to find out that my sales rep Q hadn’t even placed the order...She apologized and told me that she’d forgot to put the order in...Then I literally had to beg for a full refund.( I should have been offered a free countertop to make it right by me )....My point is, please when u have a lot of down time or business is slow, why not go over your orders to make sure they’ve all been placed and follow up on your phone calls, then play on ur phones...Last but not least, I also was told to communicate by email only , however I never got one email answered after several attempts...

I visited Studio 41 and was disappointed. I walked around the kitchen department for over a hour NOT 1 PERSON SAID Hello, May I help/assist you, Do you need any help... I gathered brochures, took pictures, etc... NOT 1 PERSON ACKNOWLEDGED OR GREETED ME/THE CUSTOMER! I guess they dont need or want my money!!! I WILL NOT spend 1 penny there or waste my time! Horrible customer service!!!

Maribell was extremely helpful. I am a residential designer and I was trying to find a exterior door hardware. Studio41 didnt carry any items due to the large size and finish demand we were asking, however she pointed me into the direction of a commercial source that was the perfect!
