My fiance had went last week to order a new menu for our foodtruck she talked to a guy and told them that she needed the menu for Friday and she paid upfront ...Friday comes no phone call we called the guy no answer we waited and now they tell us that they cant do it that...what kind of business is this this is unprofessional!!

Very disappointed lost the receipt no call no email to let us know, than we show up the lady is like I lost the receipt really, really good to charge but I inresponsible second time not ready, give a day we call not ready. Third time not ready,really sad we was trying to keep more business with them but not no more NEED TO BE MORE ORGANIZED...

Excellent service! They do have their ups and downs just like any other company. There was a mistake on my flyers, I was rushing and didnt check my proof for mistakes. So I re ordered them and they gave me a discount and my flyers were ready in 2 days

So I went Monday to ask for some signs. I was looking around to see what they do. But out of no where I smelled dog pee & poop. I saw that they have a cat. The cat was leaving hairs around where I was standing at. I was looking around so i saw dog poop. The owner doesnt seem he cares if his place is dirty at all. He didnt bother to at least clean it why I was there. This place needs some cleaning & the owner should totally tie up his dog & cat. This is so disgusting

Sanchez Graphics had did vehicle magnets for my van, which did an excellent job! They also did 1000 business cards for my business Mold Squad Restoration, and I love the way they did my cards double sided I will defenitly go to these guys again!

People don’t care they take your deposit money then nothing when they supposed to call you within few daysWhen I called they told me they lost all the information...They started from beginning again and within a week or so I asked when it’s ready so I can go in , no answer,2nd day texted again and I got a reply “ do not text me before 10 am “I would give 0 stars

Went in to get 1000 fliers printed for my business (with an existing template that needed updating)The first time I came in to pick up my fliers a simple grammar mistake was made, they agreed the mistake was made on there behalf and agreed to reprint with corrections. Upon completion, 4 days later, i return to pick up my fliers again, and once again another mistake was made. This time a more serious mistake was made, the address in which my customers were suppose to mail their checks was wrong. I came back to this location a little more aggravated with the poor attention to detail hoping they would once in for all fix their mistake once again, and this time they refused to reprint with correction claiming they we losing out and also refused to refund my order. They took absolutely no responsibility for their actions and now they set me back 2 weeks, and not only am i now late in the distribution of my fliers, Im back to square 1 with no fliers and $60 short. Never Again! BUYERS BEWARE!
