Cashier was so kind. I got the perfect trains gift for my little brother’s birthday. While I was checking out the cashier was super nice and offered to wrap the toys for me. She wrapped them so nicely and included a gift receipt just in case for returns too.

What a gem! This store is such a unique place in this Amazon-dominated world. We drove some 20 miles to get here and were so glad we did. The choice of toys, puzzles, games, legos, craft projects is amazing. We are a copule of grandparents. Completed our shopping for the coming holidays for our five grands! All nicely wrapped (complimentary!). Thank you for being here for 20+ years! We will be back.

Great quality toys for just a small cheer up toy all the way to the best birthday gift at the party. Kids love it in here and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Something implemented during the pandemic (or something I discovered during the pandemic) is that if you want, you can pick a price point you want to pay and then the age and a short description of the kiddo and they will giftwrap and send a surprise package to your kiddos house! Such a great idea. They really do an awesome job. Go visit if you can or check their website.

Great selection of toys from big to small. The employees are incredibly helpful and friendly! They even wrap gifts with several different paper options. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the prices (which is understandable).

Timeless Toys Ltd is a great neighborhood toy store. Since the new owners took over a year ago, the place has come alive - the selection is great, ranging from little inexpensive items to the larger and well made items that cost quite a bit. The staff are always helpful and good with recommendations.

Magical Place that is becoming increasingly rare for the smart device generations.Wonderful, informative, and beyond helpful staff from the people on the floor to the owner (sometimes the same).Fun, quality, and often educational toys as well as books.Lots of promotions/events which is great not only for the kids but really shows they value the community and culture that they help shape.

Adorable small, local business. The owners of Timeless Toys opened this little boutique. It is filled with Chicago designers and some really cool kids clothes. Bonus points for having just enough toys out so parents can shop, but not so many toys that we can never leave.

I admired Timeless Toys long before I had kids, so when I had a chance to bring my kids there it was so exciting! We no longer live in Chicago, but returned for a visit and made sure to stop.My kids had a BLAST in the store, and I brought a few great toys back to Minnesota with us.When I had a problem with one of the toys, I contacted Timeless Toys via email. Their response was prompt and they offered a great solution - truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with their products.

In the middle of a busy Christmas season, they were kind enough to just let me have one of the promotional items they get with shipments that they had setting out, and I knew one of my gift-getters would love. This is my forever go-to for special childrens presents. They have things here you will not find anywhere else, and toys your child will be able to pass down to his or her own children (a phase Im in right now). Enchanting. There are two places that my daughter remembers vividly from her early childhood--one was Kiddieland, and the other was Timeless Toys.One note-- their hours are not working-parent friendly. Staying open a little later one or two nights a week would be really helpful. The last time I was there, I just made it with 15 minutes to spare and was reminded at least six times Were closing in a few minutes. If I didnt have the love I have for the store, if it had been my first time, I would have left and not come back.
