USA Awnings reviewI have been a business owner for 30 years in the Ukrainian Village and Awnings USA are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve encountered. Horrible communication. They took over Victor Collins’ business, who I’ve worked with many times in the past and was happy, so I figured I’d use them to fix my canopy. They did a so-so job on my canopy and said they could help me with a new sign I wanted to have produced. I was very clear with what I wanted on my sign, very straight forward stuff, nothing too complicated. They said they could do it, no problem. I gave them a $300 deposit to get the job started. But, early on it was clear that they did not have the knowledge, expertise or proper equipment to do the job properly. They got into a he said/she said argument with me when I pointed out that they were making me compromise the design because they lacked the skill and equipment needed to complete the job. Instead of admitting that they were in over their head, they just kept arguing that my expectations and materials provided where the problem. My wife was able to do graphic work that they said weren’t possible. But that still wasn’t enough. After shopping around with other sign companies, I found out that they were insanely marking me up on materials and the job I wanted to do was not complicated at all (which I already knew). After awhile Awnings USA just stopped answering my calls and emails. The last I spoke with them they said they’d call me back in 15 minutes to come to a final agreement on how to end our business together. To this day I haven’t heard from them. It has been over 3 months. They kept my $300 and property of mine that they took down during the canopy installation. Looking to take them to a small claims court. I DO NOT recommend doing ANY businesses with these people.

The workers were very polite. They made several designs for me until I was satisfied. Very nice work and fast installation. I recommend this company.

Called this place 4 times and noone ever answers looks like they dont want to make money

Be careful had them pull permit for sign 6 months ago, put in a permit request for second awning by different company , was turned down because Awning USA screwed up on their side concerning permit done thru them on their job, used them because they were on the city list for of approval
