Quick service. Tested my battery. Realized I needed a new one. Got exactly what I needed. Friendly folks.

I love how helpful and friendly the sales clerks are at this location. For me, it seems like above and beyond but to them, theyre just doing their job. Keep up the good work!

Terrible location. I ordered a battery for in store pickup that they promised would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up 45 minutes later to pick it up (after searching for parking around the store for 15 minutes), and they didnt have the battery anymore. The employee that I spoke to didnt seem to care much about my problem either. I then went to Advance Auto Parts about 1 mile away and they helped me right away, were much more friendly, and actually solved my problem.

This location is not what it used to be. I was able to drive there in the 20 mins I was on hold. Was the only customer when I walked in. The lady at the counter didn’t know what a v belt was with an assortment hanging behind her. Gave her a part number and she hands me some 80w90. She finally finds the belt but unfortunately it wasn’t heavy duty. That’s not her fault. Bought some def fluid while I was there and when I get home I realize she charged me for the belt I didn’t get too!

Best Napa. The service at the counter was great. I recommend this Napa to everyone.

About 11 months ago I left a negative review because the hours that they posted online was wrong. They have corrected this and now they have the correct hours and so now they get five stars. Downside small parking lot, the inventory seems a little a mess. Overall good place to get your needed car parts, never busy. I was able to use a code reader from them to check my car out. Definitely would go back.

Went to get brake pads and rotors, and on top of the staff member giving me a good deal, he scored me a 20% discount on top of it. Very satisfied.

These guys are amazing. We were 300 miles from home when our serpentine belt and some pulleys broke; coasted into their parking lot and they spent 2 hours working with us to find the right size replacement belt which could bypass the unreparable parts. These gentlemen are super heroes, I tell you!

This place has the worse customer service.They sold me a bad battery and refused to offer the warranty. I spent over $200.00.

Been in a couple times expecting typical service from a national chain. The guys there are extremely helpful and make me comfortable even though I dont have much car knowledge.

Staff was very helpful. Napa prices are a bit on the higher side but not too bad, I suppose.

Since Wayne has taken over the store its only gotten better. Wayne makes sure he does all he can for you even if hes super busy.

This place is friendlier than most places and prices are fair. Its been here on Grand and Walcott as long as I can remember.
