Verified Purchaser - I have a very low mileage 2014 Jetta TDI, just rolled over to 13,000 miles. I purchased rims from Joey at Topspeed after doing extensive research into pricing and fitment. Not only did Topspeed have the best pricing, Joey knew off the top of his head the correct offset and made sure to provide me with the correct lugs and hub centric rings. Most places you shop wont even mention that the stock lugs wont fit or be safe if you try and use them and without the rings you will get vibrations at high speeds no matter how you try and balance them. Manny and the team were great to work with. I bought an E92 M3 from a local dealer without seeing it in person so I relied fully on the pre purchase inspection they did. Manny got it done quickly and were extremely honest about the condition. Overall the car was in sound shape but they did find that the throttle body actuator was faulty and causing a check engine light, a detail the dealer didn’t mention to me. They also found some orange peeling in one area of the car, another detail the dealership didn’t mention. I was able to use both findings as leverage to lower the price and Manny even texted me photos from his phone to give more details on the car. Overall very impressed with their level of service and highly recommend them!

TERRIBLE PRICES, TERRIBLE SERVICE! Went in to purchase lug bolts after searching online and calling the manufacturer of my rims. The guy who was there was extremely rude and tried to con me into buying lug bolts at almost twice the price I was told by manufacturer, and twice the price I had seen online. He went to the back and came back with a bag of bolts that he just put together. I asked what was their return policy if something was wrong with these random bolts and he proceeds to insult my car, telling me how he does this all the time and my car wasn’t anything special; no returns. I didn’t even attempt to utter any words in response and just left. Would never spend a dollar with any rude or disrespectful business. I had actually purchased a full set of 22 inch rims and tires from them before, but the rep was a young guy who took care of me. I knew it was more expensive than what I could find online, but the service was good. (The kid took care of my install even though they were closed for the holiday). BEWARE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING! Cheaper prices online anyway.

Came to this place because I seen they had a touch less mounting machine. Brought my 3 piece wheels with my own tires and the owner was super judgmental about them. Kept saying rude remarks, criticizing, and had a bad attitude. Got the job done nonetheless, but the owner was wack.

Everytime I need new wheels or tires I go to top speed. The owner is hard working and clearly has a life long passion for cars as he himself owns some legendary tuner cars including an R34 which is always a pleasant sight at the shop. He’s very knowledgeable and is willing to work hard to make your vision come true.

This place never opens or closes to the times they got posted on there door. So Call before you go to make sure they are open. And on another note customer service suck balls if your Hispanic or Black. Your better off getting your stuff of eBay thats what this place does.

Wanted to buy a set of wheels and tires. Called em up and didnt get an answer the first 3 times I called. Finally got ahold of them and asked how much it be for a certain rim and tire. Could barley understand the guy but he said about $1100. Decided I was just gonna buy the wheel and get the wrapped somewhere else. Ended up getting the exact same wheel and tire somewhere else brand new for $700... the place might not carry every wheel this place has but they did go out of their way to call the wheel manufacturer and get me a cheaper price and ordered it straight from them. On top of a free wheel alignment, balance and mounting. Shop around before going here, the upcharge is insane and could save you a lot more.

Will never go back to this place again. Where do I begin? First I was told I was getting the Street Model Megan coilvers and when I got home and opened the box they were the EZ Model which is the cheapest. Second after I purchased a front lip for my car he tried to give me the one hanging from the ceiling which was all dirty and had scratches on it. Tried telling me it was brand new. Sold me a an HKS oil cap that he said was for my car, got home it didnt fit and it was also a knock off the HKS sticker fell off. They dont have any performance parts unless your cars a 2000 or older. Place is nothing but cheap parts and a joke. Will never spend my money there again.

Good store, shitty customer service. I called a couple weeks ago and asked if they had a red hub for my car. They said they did. I asked if they could put one aside so I could come pick it up and they reassured me there would be one there because red isnt that popular. I asked if they were sure and they said yes. So a couple days later I went to buy it and all of them were sold out, including black. That pissed me off. So I stayed calm and special ordered it. About a week later they called and said that the piece came in but in black...wtf. I was so irritated I just took the black one. The owner gave me a free air freshner...umm thanks but no.

I got my coilovers from there and they installed it. And i said i want them to adjust and make it low. But guess what, they didnt. The guy who installed it just installed and didnt adjust the ride height and didnt adjust the damper either. And he didnt install the cable tingy to adjust the damper for the rear coilovers idk whats that called so u couldnt adjust them without removing my rear coilovers. So im disappointed for real.

Called in to see if they mount tires and stretch them since about 9 other places that i called didnt even know what stretching is lucky for me a woman by the name of angela told me yes they do was quote a great price and was told it will take 30 mins which is 1/4 the time other places told me they were actually done in less then 15 mins i would love to come back to them ty for the great service
