My windshield is an absolute rock magnet. I replaced the windshield last summer and made it an entire year without running into any flying debris. Well, just my luck, on Labor Day Weekend I get a crack in my windshield on the way home from work. I reached out to Edgar with Mr. Glass Chicago and he offered to come out that very evening to get the job done. I couldnt make it, but he accommodated me and came to my home on a Saturday morning to get the job done.Edgar did a great job communicating with me and letting me know exactly when he would arrive. He was extremely punctual. He saw that I was wearing a mask and made sure to do the same. He was pleasant to deal with and explained the procedure, and how much of the damage I could reasonably expect to have removed. He walked me through the process step by step as he worked on the windshield. All in all, it took about 10 minutes to complete and, what was a spider-webbing crack, is now a tiny imperfection that is virtually invisible while driving.BOTTOM LINE: Great service, flexible scheduling, fast results and reasonable pricing with great results. Mr. Glass provided excellent service! He has a fair price and was able to come to me via his mobile service. He replaced my driver side windshield on the spot! The service was speedy, efficient and smooth, allowing me to get back to my day easily.

Edgar was exceptional to work with. I had my side view mirror and also back side window both busted over night. I reached out and he came to my location within 2 hours and had both fixed immediately.
