I was afraid when I saw all the bad reviews because I had booked an appointment in haste since Im moving to Nevada and needed the work done before I get there..I had a 2pm appointment and the entry door was a bit obscure so that was slightly frustrating. I had to pull into the garage and was not greeted by anyone so Im a little more peeved.However when I went inside the counter clerk was very nice and helpful and I was pleasantly supposed with the work that was done.

I give 3 star because the price was good but only 3 because of the work. I have air bubbles on my tints all windows of my tints and they only fixed 2 of them the other ones I was told its just going to be like that because the car is old. if I knew this is how it would be I would have took my car somewhere else. very upsetting.

I have a 2010 Dodge Caliber and I had cracked the windshield. I called around and was quoted 300 + dollars. My budget was 200 so I called Grand Auto glass on a whim the receptionist was very friendly she told me she had the glass and it could be installed for 140.00. She told me first come first serve so I arrived at 8 the next morning. The installer told me they would have it installed in 2 hour. The service was spectacular the employees were friendly and the installation was perfect. They are known for tinting windows but I would highly recommend for any glass instillation....

Pretty quick. It about 20 minutes. They took care of my car window and thats it. Passenger SUV door window was cracked, done by me. And they replaced it for $120. Ill come here if I need to again in the future.

My daughter took her car in and got tints put on and they did a nice job and the price was better than some other places.

They helped me in a very time efficient manor. The waiting area was set up very safe. And what I found very refreshing is that, they make payment methods & timeliness according to & close to what you can afford. Ill definitely recommend & also go back again if need be!

The installation is great but time it takes us unfair considering the employees should do less talking and more working to get customers in and out and then thered be time to converse with one another. Other than that Grand Auto Glass is 5 star

Great place to get cheap prices and great service. They book quickly for window tints, so call in advance. My front windshield was cracked, when I called they didnt have it in stock. They told me, they can get it the same day. I set an appointment for the following morning and BAM fixed for half the price of the big chain.

This place was the cheapest around my area, they were very nice, I called a few times to get an estimate for my cracked windshield, they were consistent with the price when other places kept fluctuating. I drove from Urbana,IL to get my windshield replaced here. My local dealer ship quoted me $1000 and a few days wait period. Grand Auto Glass had it ready in a few hours. I just made sure to call before hand so they could have the part. Their work ethic and quality is admirable. Definitely recommend this spot.

My fiancee told me about this place. they are amazing! safelite quoted me $309 to replace passenger door window. another place quoted $177. i walked into Grand Auto Glass, only $65 and less than an hour later, my window is fixed and no glass left in my car. Amazing work! i definitely will be recommending this place and coming back if i ever need windows fixed, and for tints in the future as well.

Best deal in town! Ive been coming to this place for over 10 years with several different vehicles. Their customer service is fantastic and they stand behind their jobs. I had them tint windows on a truck I had for over 8 years and there was never an issue with pealing, fading, or air bubbles. Not to mention, they are super fast and had me in and out in under an hour on the last truck I had windows tinted on, which was about a month ago. I cant say enough good things about this place, and I wouldnt go anywhere else should I need window tinting in the future!

Thought I’d give these folks a shot since they are very local to me and had good reviews. Walked in a soon as they opened to get a quote and see if they could do work today, and I was told they do by appointment only. Ok cool, when can we get it done and how much? “He doesn’t know they are very booked and his guy isn’t there today”. Ok so they don’t do walk ins and apparently don’t know how to make appointments either? And when I said ok I’ll guess I’ll have to go elsewhere, guys response “ok you do that” LMAO. These guys get 1 star for opening on time - so glad I didn’t let these guys do work on my antique truck now!

Went in to fix my door lock actuator on my 2014 impala. They had me in and out in about an hour. I couldnt be happier. My driver side door locks now and at a great price. They can have my business again.

I was happy with the outcome of my previous car ,so I brought in my brand new car that I just purchased 2 days ago (7/13/16). I brought it to them today 7/15/16 to get tint not only did I leave with black smudge and a filthy interior but I also have a nice fresh DEEP dent on my car!!!!! TINT LOOKS GOOD BUT ITS NOT WORTH THE EXTRA BS WITH THIS COMPANY! Its sad that I have to take my business elsewhere from now on out!

Professional work, great prices

These people know what customer care & service is. I got my windshield replaced due to a large, spidery crack- street repaving. Best price by far quoted & delivered here. Polite, prompt & professional. Quick & perfect installation. 3 weeks later- today- my new windshield gets chipped on the expressway by a rock. I googled repair, figuring, new windshield, no spidery cracks, & grand doesnt usually repair, just replace, because most really need to be. However, the quotes I got to repair, were more then a new windshield at grand! I pulled up, they remembered me what happened? I told them, they said they would see what they could do. I thought, great, maybe a couple bucks off a replacement. 45 minutes later, they had fully repaired the chip & DID NOT CHARGE ME! This shop knows what makes a loyal customer! I will recommend them to all my friends. My mechanic, who I trust ,recommended them originally to me. He has never steered me wrong. These guys do amazing work for a reasonable price and throw in a lifetime warranty. The lady behind the desk is very friendly also. They tinted 5 windows for me (4 side and rear) for $160. Took them about 2 hours. They were pretty busy, so it appears scheduling hours in advance is best, although a few people appeared to just walk in. They were also $60 cheaper than another place I called for the same work.

To get straight to the point, the service is quick atleast for tints and the prices are a little below average so I say its a win. I believe they offer other vehicle services evolving windows and doors but I only needed tints. Fyi its a smaller business so appointments are a must.

Excellent. Safelite didnt have an opening until the following week, but I called Grand Auto Glass and they got the job done in a few hours - including ordering the windshield. Got a quote from Safelite to replace my very rear glass which was completely outrageous, saw reviews about Grand Auto Glass and decided to give it a try. Gave them a call and they had the exact window I needed, 3 times less what Safelite had quoted me. I did not have to make an appointment, I walked in the same day. The quote they give you over the phone is what you will pay, unless further inspection notices more problems when you actually bring your vehicle in. I am pleased with their service.
