Look no more for a quality shop with decent, caring people to take care of you!My car needed repair after someone smashed my windshield and dented by roof while I was out of town. I went to Car Care Collision Center and was warmly welcomed by Vanity, who is nicest receptionist, and Steven, who made me feel confident my car would be taken care of. The owner of the shop personally drove me to the blue line so I could take the train home after dropping my car off! When I picked up my car, I planned on driving to the city office to purchase a new parking sticker since I was having a new windshield installed. The repair guys removed my original sticker and put it on my new windshield perfectly; saving me time and money! And I didnt even ask, they just did it on their own!

Horrible experience.I brought my car to get fixed at this car shop and it took them 4 months to fix only some of the problem. So my insurance and i came to the conclusion of totaling the car, and had already paid the amount due to the car shop. After that, even when the payment for fixing the car was paid, the car shop stubbornly refused to hand the car back because they wanted STORAGE MONEY for the months the car was being fixed in their shop.This escalated to a 5 month long legal issue; they have been very unresponsive to my calls in regards to the matter. The horrible service cost me much more than the cars worth.I would definitely not recommend this car shop for any services.

I have been going to this place for almost a year now. I am very happy with the service I received. Insurance related claim. They even helped me deal with the insurance company. They stand behind their work.

Very happy once again new ownership great vanity took care of my claim and I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY MY INSURACE DEDUCTIBLE great people to work with only reason Im not leaving 5 stars is it took kinda long but it was really because the ins company was dragging...go figure

Would not recommend this shop! PERIOD!!Repairs were fine, however, customer service sucked!

Brakes from May had to be totally replaced.
