I actually like Prestige because their prices for hard to find bumpers are seemingly unbeatable and readily available. They may not be in the best of shape but I will be picking up my third Audi A6 bumper from them tomorrow and they held on to that one for me for over 6 months on a 30$ deposit while I was out of town. You gotta appreciate that.

These guys at prestige made my day today I ordered my bumper 5 days a go and received it today. Not only less then the 7 days they promised. freshly primed and the reinforcement Was done the proper way. Cant even tell on its face it was reinforced. Im super happy i ordered from them. I would so go to them for the future again if needed

They had a slight shipping mix up, but immediately sent out another bumper rather than waiting on the first one to be returned. Bumper arrived well packaged and in great shape. 10/10 customer service 10/10 product.

I have a car repair shop in Lincolnwood IL and use quote often refurbished bumpers.Prestige has OEM parts reconditioned and in very good conditions. Even rare parts or fancy ones, they have it in stock most of the time. I believe by what Ive seen, they have in stock more than 10,000 bumpers Luis is nice and goes the extra mile to please the customer, thats a plus

The girl said my bumper would be 400 and took a full 500 from me and claimed everything was right. When I went and picked up my bumper from transit he said shipping was only $40 and she charged me 150$.. scam artists for real be careful

BEWARE!! This company is a con artist. My story starts on November 5, 2018 at 9:00am when I purchased a bumper for $660 + $150 shipping. The website states all bumpers ship with a flat rate of $150 and they ship within 5-10 business days. I was patient as I wasnt in a hurry, but when I hadnt received so much as a tracking number by the 27th, I called. Now when you call, 9 out of 10x youll get voicemail, so I left a message asking for clarification on shipment. Lily called back seemingly very apologetic and and stated somehow it was overlooked and it would be shipping out the next day. I was fine with this. Fast forward to the 4th of December, and I still hadnt received the bumper OR tracking, so I called back and left another message. I waited 24 hours and didnt get a response, so I called yet again and finally got Lily on the phone. It was at this point she informed me they still had the bumper and couldnt find cost effective shipping to get it from Chicago to NY. Wait what?? Isnt this the backbone of your entire business?? Dont you do this day in and day out?? If that truly was the case, why wasnt I informed on the 28th, or 29th, or 30th... or any day prior to me having to call back and back again after another week had passed? It was at this time that I said, let me find my own shipping and Ill send you the labels. I spent some time on this and came up with FedEx freight for $266. I told Lily that if she would comp $100 off of the $660 bumper and refund my $150 flat rate, I would purchase the shipping and send her labels. I was hit with a firm NO. Theyd rather put the bumper that theyve already supposedly sanded and primed and packed and boxed back on the shelf, than take $560 and have a happy customer with a bumper in route! I was told that rather than budge a dollar on price, theyd rather refund me the entire $810. After over a month of waiting and being kept in the dark and them not being able to meet their own shipping promises, I accepted that a full refund would be the only solution. The refund was supposed to be processed on the 5th of December which should take about 3 business days. Lily said she was sending proof of refund, which she NEVER did. It is now the 12th and NO refund has been processed and Prestige stopped taking my calls and has not responded to the voicemail I left days ago asking for proof of refund! I have now been forced to waste even more of my time filing a dispute with my credit card company! As of today, I have no bumper, no refund and no communication from the company. Interestingly enough, their website was just updated stating theyll no longer be accepting credit cards, only money orders or Chase quickpay. Im guessing this is to give future customers that they plan to SCREW OVER little or no recourse! What an absolute SCAM!

Having read some reviews about this company I foolishly believed they would be able to provide a good product at a reasonable price, now it would appears that the reviews were questionable.When the bumper did arrive it only had a few layers of bubble wrap on it and some scraps of cardboard, upon unwrapping it was obvious the part was damaged, I sent them photographs and after many Emails they finally agreed to refund my shipping cost to go towards the repair I had to pay for.It is now February and I have sent them MANY Emails and only occasionally recieved a response always promising to do something but they never have and I have NEVER recieved my refund.In summary this company is unprofessional, they do not care about there customers once they have your money and never follow through with their promises, they also do not have a clue how to pack a bumper so that it does not get damaged.If you need a bumper cover avoid these people.

Absolutely terrible business...Called on wednesday to order a bumper and was told Id get a call thursday so they could take my payment information. I informed them I had someone coming to pick up the bumper saturday and they said it would even be ready on friday. Strike 1 was i was first promised $50 off for the same product by having it picked up and not paying for shipping - when i spoke the second time they said they would only repair it but not prime it for that discounted price. Strike 2 was that they didnt call me back to confirm payment or pickup info I had to call them. Strike 3 was my shipper showed up this morning after he confirmed pickup with them 2 days prior, when they said they never got my payment information and dont have a bumper ready. They said they would repair one but it would take a couple hours. NO THANKS id rather not get a bumper that was slapped together and fixed poorly because they lost track of time when they should have fixed it days ago. Ive now called them 25 times this morning with no response. Avoid avoid avoid!EDIT - I was forced to cancel my debit card and request a replacement to avoid them wrongfully charging my calls. They told the shipper they would repair one and have it ready in a few hours, but since they wont answer or return my calls they are wasting their time
