BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! This is by far THE WORST company we have EVER done business with. The communication of the mangers and owners are terrible and they deliver faulty products.We received a call saying the delivery driver was in route with our appliance 2 days earlier then the scheduled delivery date so we had to drop everything we were doing and make sure someone was at the house to receive it. Not even 5 minutes later the delivery driver personally calls us to say he is outside. We proceed to let him know that we were unaware until a few minutes prior that the appliance was being delivered and someone would be there in less than 5 minutes. He then proceeds to try to argue with us, THE CUSTOMER, about why we were not there to receive the appliance.Once we arrive, the delivery man DROPS THE APPLIANCE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR AND LEAVES! He does not even hook up the appliance for us!!!!We now have to pay extra money to get our handyman to hook up the appliance for us! Can you guess what happens next?The next morning the valve on the stove starts LEAKING GAS!!!! We call the business and tell them the issue and the woman on the phone rapidly says let me call you back! We have not heard from her yet!This is more then a issue of terrible customer service, this is now an issue of safety. If we do not hear back from this company before the next 24 hours, we will be reporting this company to the BBB and possibly moving forward legally!

Don’t shop here. Customer service is horrible. They sell bad products. My refrigerator went out 3 times. Each time I had to throw $100’s of food away. They sent out a repair person eventually on each separate occasion. The repair man knew this refrigerator was bad but never communicated that with management. I called on Wednesday about my refrigerator it’s now Monday evening and me and my family are still without a working refrigerator. When I went to the store to address the issue there was no apology or compensation.

The place is the WORSE!!! I have been without a refrigerator for over 3 weeks. I lost money because all of my food spoiled. I’ve talked to someone every day and they lied and said they were coming. Also, two men hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. This is why their other business (Globe Appliances) closed down. I hope this business gets shut down as well. Scammers. Frauds. They need to be out of business ASAP. Will report them to the BBB. They also own Golden Appliances.

No STARS for this business. I purchase a refrigerator for my son and once delivered discovered that the strip on the door doesnt connect well keeping the refrigerator off balance. I have been calling for the last two weeks for repairs speaking to Misty, Melanie and a young man promising that some one will be out to service the appliance. YEAH RIGHT!!! promises about they will call back NEVER DO!! How can you support a black own business when the owners dont care about the end results, THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. DONT SHOP THERE!!! THEY ARE LEECHES

If I could give this place NO stars, I would. Terrible service and broke down appliances. The managers are never there to speak with. I purchased a refrigerator from them not even a full month ago. It stopped getting cold two days after they delivered it and they want to stand strongly on their No cash refund policy. A technician came out to take a look at it and he said I needed a part for it. I still havent heard back from them. Never do business with this company!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! They lie EVERYDAY! The manager is never in. The technician lied and said that i broke the stove that they gave me. I was never able to,because it wasnt hooked up😳I bought my stove two months ago and no working oven. They will say that they will call you back, dont believe them!!!! They will say that they are having truck problems. Lies. Its sad!

Purchased a refrigerator on 3/24/18 was told it would be delivered on Monday 3/26/18 as soon as they opened at 10 am but to no avail its now after 3pm still no refrigerator and excuse after excuse about how they were waiting on their truck, they had other deliveries before ours, oh and the most famous one we dont start delivering until 12 which was never stated to us upon purchase. I would never do business here again!!!! So pissed and upset I hate being lied to😡😡😡😡😡

Do not allow the repairman Carmen work on your appliances.He doesnt know what the hell he is doing! He came to fix my washer its worst & its still doing the same thing before he came to fix it.I called him a few times he lied and said he was coming to look at it.it has been about a month still waiting.

Decent prices affordable items low to high my refrigerator run like a champ. Rough neighborhood, good service they also deliver and would give you deals on that as well

BECAUSE I WAS PAYONG CASH SHE DIDNT KNOW SHE WAS BEING A BLESSING BECAUSE THATS ALL I HAD SAVED TO PURCHASE A WASHER SINCE MINES BROKE MONTHS AGO SHE EVEN KELT AN EYE ON MY GRANDBABIES WHILE I SHOPPED AND RAN TO THE ATM EVEN THE DELIEVERY GUYS WERE COURTEOUS DESPITE READING BAD REVIEWS I TOOK A LEAP OF FAITH AND LANDED JUST FINE AND I LOVE THE WASHER BY THE WAY👍👍

On 06/27/2017 In good faith I anticipated getting my stove repaired because the oven wasnt heating. I paid (in person) $125.00 to the store clerk ( Ms. Melody Hall) on the receipt/invoice there was a note written by the clerk stating if only an ignitor its only $80.00. I was also informed the repairman was in the hospital and I would have to waite a few days . A few days later I received a call from a repairman informing me he was ready to come to check my stove. I informed him that my home was having electricity issues and I would not need his service at that time. WithIn minutes of that conversation I also called the clerk informing her that the repair man called and that I would not need the service at that time. The clerk (Ms. Melody ) stated ok and that I could call back when I need the service.On 08/02/17 I called informing that no service would be needed asking for a refund. Clerk Ms. Melody informed me she would have to call her boss and would call me back. I did not receive any call and as of 08/04/17 I then visited the store only to be seen by another clerk that phoned a person named Ed. Ed then refered me to my receipt/invoice stating the 90 days parts and labor no cash refunds all sales final and that I was not entitled to any refund because a part was purchased for the the oven.My question was how could a part be purchased for the oven when no servicemans service was required? My electricity problem hindered that and I called clerk Ms Melody to prevent any misinformation as to such service.Clearly I did not receive any parts and no labor was provided from Appliance Liquidation ( a.k.a. Appliance Dinette Center on Google maps.). Clearly a matter to be resolved through BBB of Chicago and Northern Illinois. I dont recommend anyone to do service with this bisiness.

Terrible!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!! They called me at 10am stating they were going to be at my home at 11am to deliver my refrigerator as well as clothes dryer, noone called to say they were running behind. I reside 15 minutes away from them. Needless to say it is 7:11 pm and we are still waiting on them to arrive.
