Initially We waited over 20 min to be serviced which is typical in this COVID environment. I came in to send my ring in for resizing. The first sales associate was very pleasant and professional I realized. I had given the wrong size so I went back to the store about 30 min later and an associate by the name of Elisa acknowledged after waiting around for 10 min and 10 min after that she decided that she had to take us because no one else was available. She was extremely rude and left a bad taste in my mouth about that store. Since I wasn’t making a purchase she tried to rush me out of the store to get to the next person and then when I asked for an updated receipt she said I had to wait for my original sales person. Since I had already been in the store a long period of time I asked for a manager and she asked for my original receipt then proceeded to scratch out the ring size on my receipt and told me “it would get done”. I asked for her business card and she gave me a blank business card with store hours that didn’t reference herself at all. Then I asked what her name was and she snatched the card back and wrote her first name down. When I asked her last name or employee number she let out a loud sigh and after rolling her eyes she also wrote down her last name. After spending your hard earned money at an establishment and being loyal for years the least you would expect is respect. I will not be patronizing this location anymore and I definitely will be reaching out to Zales corporate office because this behavior was beyond unacceptable.

My boyfriend was looking to buy our daughter earrings today, Sunday around 1pm. My boyfriend approached a woman and asked where the earrings were and she just pointed and said “over there” then someone else came and she walked towards the other person to help them instead. This employee was unprofessional and discriminating, I just wanted to address this so something can be done.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The only positive was my experience with the young African-American male who provided good customer service. I cannot say the same about his colleague, Elise. I showed her a charm and told her I was looking for a necklace. I noticed a rope chain with the price tag of $1,200 and the guy told me they had a 20% off promotion and went to confirm with Elise. When Elise came back, she charged me MORE than the sticker price and said its because the price of gold went up and they havent updated their price tags. She was trying to take advantage of me and upsale me. I asked her who is the manager and she said the manager, Brian is on vacation. Then she told me I should go shop at a Kiosk down the hall. She is terrible. I will be emailing Zales about her.

I need to get my ring inspected. Store is closed again. No sign saying why or when they will be open. If you call the phone rings with no answer. They should have a recording saying when it will be reopened for the customers. This is not being professional. Shame on the management.

I had a great experience I started with Troy and he assisted me and made me feel comfortable. I found a few things I liked and went to view other rings at other stores. I ended up coming back because I was not treated as well as I was here. Great staff and very friendly and understanding. Troy and Andrew are the best

I wish I could give zero stars. Please don’t waste your time or money coming into this place the staff are extremely rude. One of the staff was available and didn’t bother to ask me if I needed help she gave me attitude and left to the back. I went up to the other staff and asked her if she had anyone that could help me out and just responded I’m with someone at the moment and gave me attitude. Didn’t even make the effort to told me don’t worry I’ll get someone for you but no! I felt very uncomfortable they just looked at me up-and-down like if I didn’t have money to spend there. I can’t believe there’s people still out there that judge someone by their looks. I didn’t bother to leave my money there so I went across Kay jewelry and purchase my items there. You shouldn’t have staff working in a place like that. If you’re not happy with your job then just leave! And stop judging a person by the way they look! DONT COME HERE!

The chain to my wifes necklace broke within 2 months. We paid $35 for repairs on July 2nd even though the necklace was still fairly new. We picked it up July 13th and it broke again within 4 hours. When I called the associate and asked about why I was charged for a service that was no good, her response was that I shouldve gotten the warranty.I dont plan to spend a single cent at this company ever again and I would recommend you dont either.

Employee was nice, gave her a budget to work with and just showed me a small section of the store. There was definitely more available to look at that would have been in my budget but they didnt bother to look or try and show me more, they seemed like they didnt want to be there and it wasnt too much of a welcoming environment.

I have just been there looking for Graduation gift. The sale person there was really terrible. I asked her nicely but she looked down on me and didnt want to serve me. She left me in the store blankly. I was discriminated. I have money to buy things in there. Im not broke. Never go back to this store ever again.

This was by far the WORST customer service ever! I walked into this location to have an annual inspection completed. The Mangaer didn’t acknowledge me because she had merchandise out( those were her words). Then the two African American associates debated which one of them would help me! This is why I go to JARED .... This was a gift ... I will NEVER Abe back in this location... shame on ZALES! And I will be spreading the word... #zalessuck

The sales promised me a certain percentage off and then find out he couldn’t give it to me. So he promised he will waive the service fee of $297 plus which is to service any repairs on the ring. Well I asked him if you waived it where is there proof on my receipt he said don’t worry just if anything happens just bring it to us we will fix it. Does not sound good. To find out he waived the ring size fee and the manager stated their was misunderstanding. There can’t be misunderstanding if I addressed it more than once. Bottom line I still had to pay the $297 so I complained to corporate and they were able to waive off half. I do not trust them. Also the sales guy initial that the diamond was check for quality and he didn’t so before I pick it up I want to show me it’s a 1 carat

I have been a repeated customer here only because of the sales Rep. Chante. She will treat you with respect and take her time with you no matter how you look. Ive gone with sweatpants and the ENTIRE other staff will completely ignore you and brush you off like you are waisting their time. I am writing this review only to recognize Chante for her hard work but also to shine light on the rest of the ignorant staff.I bought a ring in Schamburg location (which is worse then here). Had to get it resized. Chante helped us. But now the ring is losing color and came to see Chante but she wasnt there, the other black lady with long hair & red highlights made no effort to try and fix our problem. She didnt even want to touch the ring. We know you can pull up our account in the system !!! I mean cmon !!!!This type of customer service is disgusting.

Customer service is terrible. There is a female sales woman who is robotic in her tone and assistance. It is hard to work with that with such an costly and important gift as jewelry. The manager is inflexible. My husband bought me a ring that had the same diamond fall out twice. Company not manager will not do anything for me. Loss money but more importantly time running back and forth to the mall and sitting on the phone to no satisfaction. Do not spend your money with this company. Jewelry is too much money not to be cared for and have quality service when you are purchasing it.

Customer service in this store is horrible! I would never purchase anything from here. I walked in and had to ask for help, Keith (employee) was sitting down swinging his keys with his legs crossed not doing anything had a terrible attitude when I asked for help. If you are miserable with your job dont take it out on customers!
