Every staff member at this location was professional, patient and very easy to work with. My experience with the initial testing up to the actual exam given by Dr. Regino Flor was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Flor took the time to explain every aspect of the eye exam and how it affects my overall health. I was also pleased with the selection of Eyewear. I will definitely recommend your business to others!

I had an appointment yesterday for the first time at this location. Krystal and Dr. Flor are amazing!! They are so friendly they made me feel very comfortable. Krystal is a great advocate and made sure I got the contacts that I needed and Dr.Flor is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Definitely would come again!

Terrible place. They lie to get you in for an appointment telling you your insurance covers what you want until you get into the office and they tell you oh no your insurance doesn’t cover that and then lie more and say they never told you that they said that when we had a 15 minute conversation about my policy. Frank the manager is a liar and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

For Eyes is a great place for glasses and contacts. Dr. Flora is excellent and Krystal is super nice and easy to work with!

The store manager, Bryant Ross was amazingly helpful! I walked in without an appointment to have a pair of frames fixed. I was in and out of the store in ten minutes.

Great service!! Everyone who worked there was so helpful and made getting my 5 year old glasses great! She was happy with the dr and the whole staff working there made her feel comfortable and not scared to need glasses

This place is not good. You have to wait for the order for a long time, they have to chang all management

My whole family has been going there for years. The girls are great. Always helpful and very knowledgeable. They make suggests but dont try to push products. I would recommend this location.

I scheduled an appt for my daughter on Monday for Thursday and I gave the man I spoke to all her informations including her date of birth so he knew she was 4 years old. This lady called by Wednesday(the day before the appointment) around 6pm and told me she wanted to confirm the appt and asked if my child knew her numbers and ABCs and I told her yes she knows most of it (well, she is 4years...). She then told me that since my child is 4 she does not know if the doctor can see her and that the doctor only see kids from 5years old and up. My answer was Why was I not told that when I scheduled the appointment? And mind you that her answer was well, that is why I am calling you THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT I was shocked by her answer cause she clearly thought it was a normal answer. She thought her calling me at 6pm the day before the appointment which was at 2pm to tell me that was ok (less than 24hours prior to the appt). I would have even be ok if she apologized for the misinformation and handled it professionally. I was shocked so I told oh really? Ok!Thank you! and the next thing I know I heard the bip... yep, she hung up right after that. Way to go maam, way to go!👏🏾It is that kind of customer service that motivated me to be a unit secretary/clerk and the first thing I say when I realized that the client was misinformed or there was a misunderstanding is I apologize... We are sorry it is just comforting.I see why I am seing reviews about how rude and unprofessional the staff is. I just hope there is at least one who is better.

Dr. Regino Flora is wonderful optometrist!

Unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and extremely rude - thats just the assistant! Staff cant answer basic questions and very unprofessional. Major attitude problem. Apparently, after the last optometrist left, the place went downhill. Will never walk in that place again.

Very rude, unhelpful staff. Extremely long wait time, even with appointment.. Avoid this place at all costs.
