Hours posted online are wrong - allegedly they close at 8PM now. I understand that the lights are still on when they’re cleaning, but not having anything up on the *digital* drive through sign saying they’re closed is… a choice, I guess.EDIT: Now that I’ve been able to actually go there and get a drink, I can give a real review… it’s lovely, very clean inside and the employees were very nice and helpful. Please update the online hours though!!!

Often busy, which is a good sign. It seems like theyre understaffed during peak hours. Drive through line often takes longer than usual, but the drink quality is consistently good.

This is the third time I come here and order some coffee. I don’t like adding my card to the app to reload, so I usually have the person at the window scan my app, reload my exact total to my app, swipe my card then scan my app again—a process that takes literally a minute everywhere else I go. For some reason the workers here are always lost and confused. It took them, I exaggerate not, over 25 mins to charge my card and had to void my transaction and start over all three times I came here. The coffee is also always watered down by the time they finally hand it to me.

Great service I only have one Downfall with Starbucks that I love my mango dragon fruit but they seem like to run out of breakfast a lot especially Spanish rap and the mini egg whites for them to run out so much how small This product they should keep a little more on hand people now days are eating breakfast all through the day its not just in the morning each time I go to any Starbucks they always have to say let me check and see what we have it should never be like that

I just left the drive thru and the person that took my order takes my order and I get to the window and she charges me less than usual so I mention if she has 2 drinks for me and she looks at me horribly and says she couldn’t hear me but never did she repeat my order or let me know it was hard to hear me! So she gives me attitude because I want my second drink mind you it’s a pumpkin spice which today is the day they came out!! She gives them to me with out the cinnamon and with an attitude hey if you hate your job you shouldn’t be at Starbucks!

The night shift team for tonight oct.4 are very rude and disrespectful specially the hijabi girl ....she closed the window on my face and start laughing with the rest of the employers and I tried to talk to a guy there he did the same thing as her they are very rude never go there again and I will come back just to talk to the store manager because their ridiculous attitude.. specially the girl the hijabi one .

Starbucks as whole is so behind on getting in products, most locations dont have what you want but its not the employees fault. This is my favorite location!! I wish I could swap the workers here with ones by work on the Northside. Keep up the great work 103rd & Harlem!!!!

It one of the worse experience..bad service..dis respectful..raisest manager..fat short woman...was screaming at us and thretening us to leave or will call the police for us..and using F. words..she was un polite...she sold us coffee at 9.50 pm them closing the place and start very ugly and bad languge...its real bad and hope the starbucks managment deal with that and stop discremination we took video on phone and ready to show the public about this ugly act.

We are 5 person our age aroun 60 years we did order our drink and siting outside to enjoy the nice weather after the close the shop one of employee threatening us to leave or will call the police to give us a ticket I told her we are leaving soon after 5 minutes she com back shouting at us to leave .we did leave after clean our table . then we decide to go evey day to Dunkin.

I order every Wednesday morning using their mobile app. My order is always ready to go by the time I get there. Never had a bad experience.

Why does this Starbucks say its open till 10pm but closes at 9:50p. Saying you close at 10:00 p.m. is very misleading .Ive gone there twice before my night shift begins to grab a cup of coffee and they are closed at 9:50 p.m.

I visited this Starbucks about a month ago and Mikaela helped me to determine which drink would keep me awake all night for the long road trip I had ahead me. She suggested I order a Nitro Cold Brew, which was amazing. When I went to pay, I realized I did not have my wallet! I was so embarrassed, but Mikaela was so nice she gave it to me on the house. Nicky is a great manager. My coffee wasn’t made correct and I was in a rush to work. She told me to come back tomorrow and she would take care of my coffee. Customer service excellence.

This Starbucks is pretty fast and accurate. What is nice though is that it used to be very difficult to get through the drive-thru because of adjacent restaurants. They put up signage to fix the problem and it did.

This Starbucks is a great new edition to this area. Its not only close by a lot of businesses it is super convenient because its off the main road in just the right way so it doesnt make it hard to get in and out of the Starbucks itself! Also the baristas are amazing and its not a bad place to grab a cup of coffee with a friend or date!

I’ve been to this location at least 20 times so far and I’ve received nothing but horrible service, bad attitude and a messed up order. Advice to employees... if you don’t enjoy serving coffee, go find a new job.

I went in side one of your stores and you had people who were not wearing masks. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. If this is the policy at your stores I will not be patronizing your stores

Dont bother coming to this location. Every day theres a new problem with them either being closed unexpectedly or having in store pickup available but the doors are locked and you cant even go inside. 111th and Cicero starbucks never disappoints. Do yourself the favor and go to any other starbucks.

They close 30 minutes before the posted hours. Sign says they are open til 6pm. Ive come 3 days in a row between 5:30 and 6 and the line has been closed each time. The worker said they were told to close the line so they arent there too late. Its really bad business to not honor the hours that you set for your company. Why not schedule staff later to cover the hours you set or just move the closing time to 5:30??
