I would have given this store five stars. If the Hispanic young man could be there each and every day, I’d give five stars. My apologies for not remembering his name but he’s awesome. Very patient, good sense of humor, and knowledgeable about the products sold there. He’s also very helpful! Keep up the good work young man. He should be the manager!

I was advised that the upgrades I was making would cause my bill to only increase approximately $3.00, monthly. The next day, I received an email, advising me that my bill would actually increase approximately, $135.00!!!

Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Jimmie is an awesome 👏🏾 Manager! He was able to fix my husband and I Bill and now we are paying less than what we’ve paid in the past 3 years! He upgraded my husbands phone and provided the best customer service! We will visit again as long as he is working with the company!

My experience with AT&T Rep Danny was very pleasant. He was professional and did an excellent job with explaining the phones and features its been many years since I upgraded. Great Job Sir

Worst store ever.! If you wanna be lied to and screwed over go here. Jimmy is terrible and his District Manager Kela Binion is also terrible. We’ve been lied to for 3 weeks about a refund when the wrong phones were ordered by Jimmie. Kela is disrespectful and unwilling to help not only should Jimmy be fired but so should the DM. When the DM couldn’t help us with a big mistake made by her Rep that she is responsible for we asked her who was above her she rudely replied with “ NO ONE ONLY AT&T CUSTOMER SERVICE”. The fact that no one is above her is hard to believe. Jimmy is a fraud and can’t be trusted and clearly so is the DM.

Horrible company culture. 8 year customer of AT&T and for the first time I was floored by how they handled a dispute in 2 local stores. 1 kicked us out of the store because we were bothering the employee that was working. Called the retention department because we were ready to switch services at that time. We agreed and were promised a credit to the account on a recorded line. Later the credit was denied for whatever reason. Took it to the executive offices of AT&T and Nicole Lee who works for the office of the President of AT&T, well, lets just say did a horrible job investigating and handling the situation. AT&T came back and told her to tell us that nothing was said on the recorded line for the credit. I have an elephants memory AT&T and I know what was agreed upon, so, now they like to lie to their loyal customers. Goodbye AT&T for life. Oh and to the person that does the responses to these reviews, please dont respond with your boiler plate apology, I dont care what you have to say anymore as not one person was apologetic through the entire review of the situation, sincerely. Fix your culture, fix your management, fix your operations, fix your local stores, fix your signal strength, fix your attitudes, fix pretty much everything from top down. Verizon thank you for taking us with open arms.

I was in the store when a man threatened the associates in the store over a refund he wanted. The associates in the store Jimmy ( Manager), Danny and Meca handled the situation professionally and made sure all of the customers were safe. They avoided what could have been a potentially bad situation and kept everyone calm. I highly recommend this store and their associates.

If there was an option for ZERO stars thats what I would give!! Jimmie is awful!! I have been waiting on a refund for 2 1/2 weeks every time I ask him what going on with the refund he is so short and dismissive I also had the displeasure of dealing with his district manager who was just as dismissive and Jimmie. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

Went to the FedEx next door but Google thinks that I went to AT&T and wants me to review it. Idk it looked like it was open after a quick glance as I walked into FedEx lmao.

I went into the store hoping to leave feeling better then I came in. And Ali most defly made my visit with their location I will have no problem coming back to this location. He was very welcoming, advising and he even made one heck of deal on a package for me. Overall it was great customer service.

Jada and Jose Rock!! I went to this store today and I was greeted with a smile from both sales rep and they were also very courteous. They both took their time with me (granted), I was switching from an Android phone to the iPhone XR, meaning this was very foreign to me. They both answered ALL of my questions in a professional manner and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Going forward, I would definitely recommend this store to all of my friends and I would definitely do business with this store location again!!

This is a nice clean and friendly location. Jose the sales rep helping me answered all of my questions and made me very aware of what I was purchasing and how making changes to my plan would effect my bill.

I had a good experiece at the AT&T Store. They were very helpful and they suggested other services that could save us money.

Store manager Jimmie was exceptional, really took the time to see what my family needed.. got 2 phones for me and the fam and a few acessories... that guy is amazing.. definitely will be back.. the team there is ALL that. Great service! They are always willing to answer questions and set up new service for me. Amazing selection of cases and charging cables among other accessories.

The only person I saw when I walked in did acknowledge me but didnt bother to ask someone to come out and give him some help helping me. I stood there for almost half n hour waiting. When the girl did come out to talk to me there were 2 other customers waiting. I spoke to her about my problems and she couldnt figure out how to find me in the computer and then when she did, she couldnt help me and knew NOTHING about my speakers. Ugh. I reccomend you go to the one in Indiana. They help as much as possible and will make sure to find someone to help you instead of making you wait.

Worse At&T store in the south suburbs honestly every time I’ve come in here, I’ve gotten poor customer service. I’ve walked in and no one greeted me nor asked me did i needed to be helped or anything, this place need a kiosk as slow as the reps are here, this place needs new management i rather go to the store in homewood than come to this store.

This place is horrible.. came in and brought a brand new phone case only to get sold a used one at full price. Come back to the store after to get what I paid for.. to only get handed a another used case with the same (this is the best case u can get and it new) speech .. just gave up to get my money back... come in a week later to pay a bill.. same employee.. check me out .. as checking me out he’s FaceTiming someone as he’s checking me out.. eventually dropping my plan and putting me on a basic plan then laughed in my face after doing it.. AT&T as a whole has been a night mare for me the past 2 years and I’ve never missed a bill

A little short staffed for volume of customers all the phones look like they were passed around a kindergarten class . eww . The two kids working were really good and I believe were helpful to all .

I wish i knew the girls name who helped me several times, she was fantastic. Ill be back there to see her again, forgot how to get my tv guide on the desktop.

I went to the store, like i always do, to make a payment but when i got there they do not accept cash anymore. I went to get cash but when I came back to make the payment, they couldnt print me a receipt because the printer wasnt working so I had to give my email, which i didnt want to do, in order to receive a receipt, very inconvenienced and wasnt happy about it.

One person working. Which could be dangerous. She wasnt at all motivated. She tried to multitask, looked at my receipt and said no refunds after 14 days. As I walked out the door realized she was wrong. She didnt read it right. Went back and waited for her to get done with 1st costumer. She needed more movivation in her

Before I came in the store I looked at the reviews and I was skeptical about coming to the store. I am very happy with their customer service. Jose was very helpful. initially i came to the store because something was wrong with my iPhone. I gave him very few littles details before I could finish my sentence Jose came up with the solution. Turns out the reason why my phone was acting up was because I did not restart my device. He explained to how some models of the iPhone are not as compatible with the new IOS. He then asked if he could check the value on the phone to see if I could get some trade in credit and get it applied to my new device! I am very happy with my new iPhone!

Im on a prepaid plan or I was because I went there to see if I qualify for a new phone the seller there changed it to a postpaid plan my phone is off now because of him I have Walmart prepaid phone that is messed up that is why I wanted to just check to see if I can get one not change my prepaid plan

I was just at this location moments ago. I walked in, there was no greeting.. just sitting around chatting. I walked around for a few moments browsing with no acknowledgement what so ever, and no other customers in the store. Will NEVER visit this location again.
