This is a Great company. I visited 4 door companies before I decided to choose them. They were honest and didn’t try to sell me the 2 doors which I thought I needed. The installer was professional and friendly. He explained to me why purchasing a inside door was not necessary. He made a couple of adjustments on my inside door and explained why I did not need a new inside door. I highly recommend this company and their prices were good as well. Thank you for great service

The gentleman that came out to fix our garage door was very professional and polite. He went above and beyond to take care of our needs. We need more people like him in the industry that’s trustworthy and actually care about the customer. Unfortunately, he said that he will be retiring in a couple of years. I definitely recommend this company for any of your door repair needs.

Just used them for the second time to repair a garage door. Both times they arrived just a few hours after the call, both times the tech knew just what to do, and neither time did they try to sell me anything I didnt need! Rocko did the first inspection at our home and with his expertise he helped me make a great choice on a CHI Garage door.The installers Bob and Charlie did excellent work installing the door.My next project is new windows and patio door so its an easy choice to start with A Better Door and Window.Keith

Amazing from start to finish. Informative estimate (they do charge but goes towards job if you proceed), ordering was smooth, and scheduling install was great. Cant say enough about the install team. Im a neat person, and these guys sure obliged. Im always amazed at how some service people trudge their dirty boots through the house and dont even consider other peoples property. This crew was the exception. They came on a day after it snowed bad, and they were courteous enough to lay down TONS of dropcloths to keep the mess down. Top notch

We needed our garage door opener replaced and they were referred to us by neighbors in our area. They are beyond great. Jessica was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. And there pricing was reasonable. Their installer Tom was great. Had our install completed in about an hour. Will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend them. Great service, good pricing, exemplary staff. Also needed a new garage door and they didnt disappoint. My wife and I picked out a very nice door. From start to finish, the process was smooth, painless and very affordable. Again, I highly recommend them. But be informed that due to Covid there may be some delays with getting you door. Overall we are happy with them and will use them again in the future.

Eric was the best customer service associate Ive experienced in quite sometime. Courteous, professional and most importantly, very very helpful. In this time in my life (retired), I dont see this that often. Hes truly an asset to their company. I loved these security doors. Great designs. A little out of my price range, but if I could, I would buy my front door from them. Very nice sales persons.

Very disappointed. Had them years ago when I lived in Lansing. They were great back then. The man I spoke to was rude, talked fast couldn’t wait to get me off the phone.. Obviously didn’t want the job.

I bought my garage door from them a couple of years ago and am glad I did. They made sure the door was the right size for the opening, did the install, made sure everything worked correctly and cleaned up. Last December I had an incident with the door and my Jeep so that the door wouldnt close. I called them and Rocky came right over to get the door working so it was usable until the new panel came it. Great service.

These folks were great help. They have ad the parts that I needed for my Anderson patio door and the prices were very good...better than going through the manufacturer.

I requested that a representative come and visit my condominium property for replacement windows in several units. The property is one mile away from the Chicago Heights showroom, and I was told that it would be cost $50 for them to provide an estimate.
