They got me in on a holiday weekend and had my glass replaced that day. Pricing was fair and they were very nice people.

I had a chip in my windshield that turned into a giant crack in less than a day. The first place I checked out was safelite. They wanted to charge me almost $600 to replace the window.I called rainbow, and they quoted me $300. I brought the car to rainbow, they had the window replaced within a few hours! It ended up being even less money because there was a tiny chip in the new glass. I have the option of either bringing it back for new glass at no charge, or a lifetime warrantee on the chipped piece.I will never go anywhere else for auto glass. They did a fabulous job and theyre so nice and professional. The building doesnt look like much from the outside, but this is a local gem. I hope he never retires!Thank you so much, rainbow!

Came in asked about window tinting. Was told they didnt have time today, to bring back car next day. I explained its an hour drive and they said be there in AM. I came in next day at 8:08 am, they told me sorry, were booked up, we have 9 cars already. So in 8 minutes they got in 9 customers!?!

They need a person to just answer the phone and greettheircustomers. The one doing so now rushes you off before you can ask all your inquiries and was so very rude when I came to get a windshield replaced that I left and went to another place.

I have taken my vehicle back 3 times already. My windshield leaks, called Carlos, he tried to tell me it was from my moon roof! still need to take back again, He didnt put in the plastic lining correctly. will never use this place again. Theyre horrible and so rude

We’ve been coming here for years now. I want to say there the cheapest in town compared to the bigger names. Building looks abandon and old inside but the price you pay overlooks all that. 2009 TSX needed a windshield for the past two years held out for as long as I could. Got bad this past winter to the point I have a huge X going across the windshield. Called them about a month or so ago to inquire about price. Was told 165. Should have got a name but didn’t. Called again to confirm price and time it will take. Was now told 185 and 2 1/2 hours. The guy at the desk be in his own world. You can be standing there for minutes before he realizes your even there. Whatever is on that computer really has his mind gone because I dropped off my car and got all the way to work to realize my car keys was in my pocket. When I called to inform them, he said they were about to call me and ask me what I did with my keys. Like really you never even asked for them but you made sure I paid upfront.🤔 Overall inexpensive and do a great job. FYI though I guess from people getting over on them, you can only pay with a credit card or cash. No bank debit cards!

Went for tints, had to wait 13 minutes to talk to someone who could help, they assumed I wanted the darkest tints possible, and did not really want to change the tints to coincide with tint law. Good tint work, bad service.

Made an appointment for the same day and had the cars windows tinted perfectly.

I had a 8am appointment for a Escalade and got there 7:45am before they even arrived. One the employees pulled in about 7:55 and saw me there but this dude carlos tell me Im late and i have to wait because i was late. Bad customer service and i walked out of there and went to another auto glass and got the installed $60 cheaper! I am a very busy man and dont have time for games. They act like they the only in the area that do auto glass! I have 3 cars and i was looking to get tint on 2 of them in the next week but its there loss!

Went to Rainbow to get a side glass replacement. After getting my vehicle back the switch no longer worked. The representative told me the switch was already damaged which it was not. The manager then yelled over the phone in an intimating manner. I will never return again. They used to have excellent service and prices.

I had a broken windshield early in the morning and I got to rainbow auto glass because it was the closest shop. They replace my windshield in about an a hour; they had my windshield in stock and replace it fast. Not only they provide a great customer service, their price is lower than other auto glass shop.

Pull up to a sketchy looking building that looks like a trap building. No cars in the lot so you wonder if they are even open or dead. Walk-in the lobby and after standing for 10 minutes wondering if I should even take my car here. Mexican guys are very direct with no personality and no casual conversation. ONLY CASH on the windows and I sample window of the tints.Took Uber home, went to work and they had a windshield replaced and 5 windows tinted before i finished my shift. $425.00 is a steal!! Professional receipt, car kept in garage overnight cause Uber was Garbage after 4pm. Picked up my car. They reinstalled my ipass, oil change sticker and kept car as is...NEVER JUDGE A BOOK COVER BECAUSE THE PAGES TELL THE STORY .

This place is wack. Called to get a estimate and received one, which was over priced after calling around. So I drove up to the location to be told that the job wouldn’t be a same day, which I would think would be told to me over the phone so I would t waste my time driving there, and that “if my piece doesn’t work, I’ll have to get one from them” which made feel like they were going to falsely say that was the case to get more money from me and a free window regulator. Just the vibes and experience was horrible.

I had to replace the back window on my 98 Ford Escort. They had the window in stock, and within two hours I had my replacement window installed. It only cost $145 for everything, including installation. Other places had quoted me over $300 for the same job. They are open 7 days a week, so call them first to see how they can help you.
