My son asked to go in after stopping at Sally’s. I walked into a wall of body odor. I can deal with some, but this was basically permeating the whole store. I don’t know if it was employee or customer, but leadership might want to jump on that, because I couldn’t stay past 2 minutes.From what I could see, it was well organized and quiet on the plus side!

Went in 2 days ago asking about ps5. Got told they would have them in stock for black Friday. Stand in line for a hour to hear they have 2 and they are gone. What kind of business is this that they dont know what stock they have and then tell customers they will them in hopes that theyll stay and get something else. This isnt how any company works.

The gentleman Noah was very rude and judgmental as well as unprofessional. You are not supposed to be like that in the customer service area and when asking to speak to the manager he got rude and hung up. I will NOT be returning to this GameStop

I bought 3 used games for the Black Friday sale. Only two games were delivered. The third game was cancelled with no explanation other than they ran out. Its Zelda Breath of the Wild. Ran out? Its literally on the shelf. I see it. So for their sale, I got two games for regular terrible gamestop prices. No effort has been made by this store or their customer service to right this wrong. I wish I could just take all the games and the switch back at this point but due to their terrible return policy, Im stuck with what they decided to give me. Avoid this store!

Easily one of the quickest visits I have ever paid to a GameStop- and thats a good thing! There was no wait and the staff were ready to help the second I walked through the door. I went from walking in the door to walking out with exactly what I came for (and only what I came for) in less than 2 minutes. No BS, no sales pitches. Just the service I wanted. Very pleasant experience overall, I will shop here for my future gaming needs.

My husband tried to buy cities skylines season pass two and employee Christopher gave him cities skylines season pass one and now they wont make it right with us. The manager said we accepted season pass one. So it was our fault. So we just loose the amount we paid. Plus they gave us the run around cause they first said microsoft could fix it. They are very misleading and did false advertisement. In their Black Friday ad the Nintendo switch was advertised at $299.99 but when you get in the store they won’t sell it to you unless you do a $420 or more bundle package. Forcing you to purchase at a minimum a game, warranty on the console $30 and game $3, a case, and screen protector. Total dishonesty!!!!

Shady business tactics. Sasha tried adding on disc insurance to my purchase without my permission. She just added it at quickly and tried to pass it off as business as usual. I had to ask to have it removed. Very unprofessional and I will not be going back to this gamestop.

They have so much stuff that my brother wants almost everything in the store. And the clearance section is full of stuff that my brother will get. He frequently gets $20 to $50 dollars worth of stuff from the clearance and $30 to $80 dollars worth of regular priced items. Five stars for the big selection of stuff for my brother to buy with his paycheck.

They need better way for trade in to be made faster cuz when you have 1 min tranzaction and you have to wait for 15 to 20 min for stupid trade in that no one that works there knows how to ring up properly it makes me want to never shop here again.

I gave them a game to trade the front desk told how the trade was going to be and he would hang onto it until we where done looking. When I came back some rude lady told me they can’t take my game Because of some slit in the wrapper. Why couldn’t the front guy tell me before I stood in line again for 20 min. I also have problem when I come in this store!!!
