Awesome place to get kids clothes. And their rewards program is pretty great too. Been going here for about 7 years.

I went to resale 6 trash bags of clothes, shoes, etc. A matching twin comforter and sheet set with picture. 98 percent of those items I purchased from them. They only kept a small tote and wanted to only keep the picture from the matching bed set and not the rest of the bed set. I said I wanted the picture back to the matching bed set. It was a $3.00 deduction from the total. I just can’t believe that they only took a very small fraction of what I took in. It was all name brand items and in great shape. This is the first time they have refused 90 percent of what I have brought in to resale. There racks didn’t appear to be too full either. I will not be going back. I just took the rest to Goodwill. ✌🏻

Excellent prices! Got a whole new wardrobe for my daughter and a cute, brand new, teddy bear. Also got a few things for my grandson. Not as much selection for him but still did pretty good! Nice staff, too!

Run by snooty people so don’t get your feelings hurt if the customer service is poor. I’m certainly not the first reviewer to notice this so you’d think they’d catch on by now. They do have good clothes at great prices sometimes, although it’s hit and miss, which can make up for the lack of friendliness a bit. I’ve never been successful at selling with them as they tend to be incredibly picky and lowball me, but I do pop in every now and then to see if they have something worthwhile. Good luck with the Karen up front and don’t expect too much so you’ll be surprised if you do find something!

The prices on items are fairly good but you have to really look through them and at each item. They say they are picky about what they accept and turn down nice items because they are not the latest seasons but I have found many times clothes that have holes, stains worn-out. I would rather purchase clothes that are 2 or 3 years old and still in good shape than last seasons trash. Speaks a lot on quality accepted even if its name brand.

This place is legit. Some might say too legit to quit. I walked up and down the halls. All I saw were close. My daughter loves this place. She plays with all the toys. And makes all the noise. We spent somewhere upwards towards $100. And we got about 20 outfits. This is the place to be.

Not a good place to take clothes to get rid of your better off selling on an up cycle page. Spent tons of time sorting out clothes many of which were footed pjs that were never even worn (since my youngest skipped that size) made sure to pair everything, remove anything stained, and have them laying flat in a tub like they request. Out of a completely full tote they took like 5 items and gave like $1 for them which would be fine except they wouldn’t even take brand new never worn items and they were quite rude on top of it.

Good place to get good prices when infants grow up so fast anyway.

I love going here for my daughters clothes. Whenever we go here I end up leaving with a bunch of t-shirts/long sleeves/dresses that are like new. The items Ive bought are usually priced $2.50 with some being $4-6 occasionally. We even got a good deal on a toy house set. Everything is pretty fairly priced. I saw a decent crib, bassinet, swings, strollers, and scooters last time I went. The employees are okay, not the friendliest hence the four stars. Compared to 2-3 months ago, I saw all employees are all wearing masks now.

It is so nice having a place to take childrens clothing to that no longer fit your children. The turn around on them going through the donated ite.s and getting back to you is quick.

All the workers are so sweet but there’s an older lady I thinks she’s the owner who treats you like dirt. She acts like she hates her life and her business and treats all her customers like dirt. I’ve had several people tell me the exact same thing of how she treated them I only like to go there when she is not there because she has the most negative attitude and vibe besides her the place is pretty cute and has nice things

You can bring in BAGS of clothes & they will take 2 things because the rest are the worn. This place is joke honestly they don’t take the things because they find the tiniest thing wrong but will take a walker I bought that didn’t have WHEELS. I honestly think it’s a race thing here & they charge so much for a NB baby onesie in worse shape than I bring in. The ladies running this say bring anything your kids don’t need.. BULL! never coming back here again.. too greedy

Best place to shop for gently worn childrens clothing. I am taking my kids back to school shopping there today, ( and I KNOW about shopping.) They have great quality items that show almost no wear. The person who found the manager stuck up probably tried to bring in clothing that was not up to their standards. I save loads of money on excellent, brand -name, on-trend childrens clothing there. Wouldnt want to live without it.

Great place when wanting to buy kids stuff but dont want to spend an arm and a leg for clothes you know kiddos will grow out of in a few months. My mother in law spent 140 some dollars here and saved 100 and some dollars. And my girls got name brand clothes for like a dollar. I love this place and have one at my home and never really shop at the actual name brand store unless I have too.

Wonderful once upon a child. Always has a great selection of gently used childrens items for great prices. If I lived closer, I would go to this location more often.

Once Upon a Child seems to have a ton of smaller kids clothes. The bigger sizes seem to be more faded and piled. I definitely feel like you can grab some good stuff, but you just need to be aware of brands and store pricing. I find that I can get Cat & Jack items at Target on sale for less than OUAC. I also know I can grab Bonnie Jean dresses for less than $10 but even on sale they run $25. I definitely feel like they give you pennies for clothing items. If youre planning on dumping clothes at the Goodwill you could definitely swing by OUAC first.

Most items are priced well. Staff is usually pretty nice. Its usually pretty crowded with items though. Im not a big dig through things type a person so if its not up front I probably would just pass it up. Selection is nice though, Im usually able to find what we want/need!

Very clean & organized but beware of some of their pricing.... you can get cheaper brand new at Walmart sometimes but there are deals to be had for our babies when theres sales going on. Also, dont think you will get reasonable monies when you take your stuff to sale. In my opinion, they pay VERY little for nice, used items. All in all though, they are worth it when you have a baby going through growth spurts!

I have been selling them my kids gently used clothes and been buying clothes from them for over 5 yrs now and will continue to do so. They are always so helpful . I enjoy shopping here with my kids. They have great prices and wonderful sales. They also have a small area for the kids to play that sometimes has a movie playing. They have small carts for the little ones to push to keep them entertained and to make them feel like a big kid shopping for,there own clothes.

This store buys and sells gently used childrens clothing.I especially like to go here during a sale to get clothing for my children.They are careful to buy and sell only clothing that is in demand and in very good condition. They also carry childrens shoes strollers, books, toys and other childrens items.They pay comparable to what you would get selling things at a garage sale. You can drop off clean and gently used childrens items and come back after a bit so they have time to sort through the items and decide which items they want to buy, and they are willing to donate good clean items that they do not wish to buy.

Very clean for a second hand store. Im glad they have strict buy policies. I have bought several items that ended up having holes, I wish they were more thorough checking seams for tears. Prices are pretty fantastic and I can sew, so I fixed them when I could. Great experience over all though

Bought multiple items for my daughter. Can not buy clothes anywhere else for these prices, clothing was in great shape and I also received a10$ coupon via email. Customer service was good everyone was pleasant. The reason I dont give a5* is because I feel they do not pay enough for clothing toys brought in to sell.

I live in Colorado and prefer this Once Upon a Child store over the other ones that are considerably closer to me. There is a wide selection of clothes, fairly priced, to choose from. It is kept organized and there is a small play area provided to keep little ones entertained. The employees were helpful and courteous while giving me space to browse and provided me with a swift check out.

Great place to buy clothes and childrens toys, but if youre trying to sell youre clothes you should use FB online garage sale sites or just donate. They only take whats in season or name brands pretty much. They are friendly and helpful. You can donate what they dont want to a good cause though.

They always have great kid clothes even for boys because some times its hard to find decent used clothes. Always have a great selection of toys, Frequent sales, and great baby beds/gear.

Clothes are in good condition, some are reasonable price, some are just outrageous for being second hand. Double check what you buy, some do have stains.Customer service is rude, and very unhelpful. Tried talking to one lady but she kept walking away, asked question but never got answered, only ignored. Shed only talk to my friend and offer her help. Their customer service needs to be better.

Very disappointed with them. My daughter had 2 brand new items. Both in pristine condition because one had hardly been used n the the other not ever. They offered her chump change!!! That was a pure insult... I stepped in and said NO!!! What they offered wasnt even 1/4 the cost that it was new. Which it still shows that price at Walmart....Talk about trying to rape someone. Jeez

I feel like they only take what they want when you go in to sell clothes. You can have new clothes or completel sets and they will completely overlook it and tell you they wear stained or incomplete sets. Very biased.

This is a great place to buy childrens clothes. Also, i went to an event here not too long ago with my little sister where they had disney princesses and Batman. That was fun, but Batman didnt seem to want to be there.

I will not be going here again, what kind of store has items for sale (with price tag AND on the sale floor) that they refuse to let you purchase?Their excuse they hold items until the end of the day for customers. I dont understand that if the first customer couldnt afford the item, or couldnt transport the item, whatever the reasoning, it would make sense to me the store would sell it to the very next person who is capable of paying for/ transporting said item. (Here is a crazy idea take it off the sale floor, you are some what intelligent right management?!)

Great variety. Prices are a bit high, though. Especially when some items were stained. The shoes were pretty worn for the pricing, at least the size 12-2. I dont care about brand, if theyre stained UGGS, they shouldnt be $16. Found a few items.

These women are straight rude, I don’t know if they got a complex thinking people are needy for shopping there but I’ll tell you what they definitely act like they are of some sort of higher class than their customers. With that being said..... you work at once upon a child sweetheart.... you ain’t much above the fry cooks at Burger King....

This is where all of my childs clothes come from. I always try to shop when they have clearance events. As for the buy back do not expect to make a ton of money while selling. I suggest selling clothes yourself and using this as a last resort. Friendly staff.

Terrible. Listen, if youre thinking about going here to sell clothes, I highly advise against it if youre looking to get a reasonable amount of money for them. I had two brand new shirts, with the tags still on them, that were too small for both my sister and I. I bought them for 9$ each online, and since they were too small I wanted to see if I could get a decent amount of money back to order the proper size. They bought the shirts from me for 90¢ each. 90 CENTS EACH. I got 1.80$ for both of them. I wold have been better off selling them in a garage sale. I was hoping to get 3.50$ each for them. So, if you plan on selling clothes here, you might just be better off giving them away for free. Because really, all youll get out of it is the bucket-filling good vibes youll get for giving clothes to children whose parents cant afford new clothing for their children. Ive sold toys and such here before too, all of which were in great condition, and Ive been disappointed with the amount I get for them everytime. I have to remind myself, Rhiannon, dont go there again., but it looks like Ive failed to learn from my past experiences.Now, if youre looking to buy clothes, this is a great place to get them, if you dont mind the love theyve gotten from other kids, because they sell them so cheap. They have quite a large variety of things to choose from. Im sure youll find something youll like. The store is pretty well-kept and clean. The only thing that bothers me is the smell. Its not bad, just uncomfortable. I dont exactly enjoy being in there.

I went in to sell good clothes and shoes, the woman helping me said there were some stains and when I said point them out to me,she couldnt then she told me one shirt was stretched out ,but when I looked around I saw worse shirts and jeans then mine. The store was a joke the so called cash for clothes is a joke. The price they give you is ridiculous, I know they cant pay full price but, all I can say is save your money and go buy new stuff. Dont sell your stuff there! If you have to watch them. They are a joke.

I shopped there just in time for their promotional offer: I got 20 onsies for only 10$ the last time I went. The overal store selection is okay. They have a huge selection of clothes, however, not so much for nursery furniture.I get coupons regularly via text which I signed up for. Some coupons go all the way up to 50% off.Customer service is okay, they seem helpful and kind.Prices are pretty resonable for the onsies, though I feel a lot of the items were a little on the pricey side for being second hand. I’d double check your item of interest before purchasing to check over for stains, excessive scratches or damage.
