Ordered a truck and put money down. Said it would be 3 months to be built. I didn’t hear from them after 2 months so I called to check on status. They said my salesman was no longer working for them. Got a new salesman and he assured me the truck was ordered. I was skeptical so went in to speak to a manager (Bob) and he stated it was ordered as well. However, Bob still wanted a copy of my spec sheet and payment information to make it easier for him to find the status of truck. Needless to say the truck was never ordered. I asked for a refund of money. Bob never offered to make it right. I understand the previous salesman may have made an error, possibly why he was no longer working there. But the new salesman and Bob (manger) continued to be dishonest. I ordered the truck from another dealer. Later Bob called, obviously not remembering the incident, to see if I was still interested in ordering a new super duty. Would love to give business locally but they make it difficult to do so.

I received a 60,000 mile service on my 2012 Tundra. As the technician(s) attempted to check the air pressure in my tires they broke the stems on 3 of my 4 tires. The service writer, trying to do his job said that to fix the stems itd be $105ish per stem. He said total itd be $500+ to fix the issue that Id have to pay for fixing something they broke. The manager would not make things right. I declined, they didnt have the parts in stock, plus I found replacement OEM parts for $24.97. I will not return to this price gouging establishment. I scheduled a simple appointment to get my alignment checked and tires rotated. I showed up 30 min early for my 11 a.m. appointment and ended up waiting over four hours. I walked outside and saw my truck parked in the back. I asked if my truck was done and Spradly-Barr said they havent even looked at it yet. That is ridiculous. Take your vehicle somewhere else where the customer service is better and they will actually take care of your vehicle.

Just about the worst Rousch service center in the country. Do not bring your mustang here or it will never get fixed right. Picked up ours on a Wednesday and the service engine light was on before we made it back to Greeley. Then, while it was there in the auto body shop the windshield was damaged, there’s chip marks in the back window from where they taped it for paint and the service assistant didn’t want to help me before getting his manager. If you have a serial numbered car or any car that’s important to you DONT bring it to them. If you want a simple oil change, go for it, but take check your car before you leave for damages. And when they try to bully you into believing it’s not their fault don’t believe them

Took 3 hrs for them to just change a tpms sensor, and rotate the tires. When they told me one sensor was bad, they said a new sensor would be 100 and some odd dollars. Then when they finally finished with the truck, the total was 274 dollars. It was an extra 100+ dollars for them to program the sensor, which at no point did anyone mention that before doing it and charging me for it. Joke of a shop!!

Over the last few years I’ve spent almost $3000 on repairs. The maintenance was fine. However, a few weeks ago my check engine light came on. I was able to borrow a reader and check the codes. Oxygen sensor error. Checked the engine and found the problem. A simple broken hose. I was easily able to fix it myself. I stopped by the dealer and hoped they would clear my check engine light for me. The employee told me sure but I will still have to charge you $145 dollars to reset the check engine light. I told him I had fixed the problem and now just needed it reset. He told me again it would be $145 to hook up the device. I went to Grease Monkey this afternoon on Yellowstone and asked if they could help. The lady brought out the device and had it cleared in less than 2 minutes and they didn’t charge me a dime!

Probably the worst experience Ive had getting anything done on a vehicle. We dropped our car off for routine oil change and maintenance. They ended up flushing a few of the fluids and when I went in a paid for it, everything seemed fine on the drive home. A few weeks later we drove across the state to a family reunion, on the final stretch of the drive, the engine overheated and the car limped into town and died 1/4 mile from the hotel. I opened the hood and found the coolant cap was missing and coolant had sloshed around and evaporated. There was also a pair of bent nose pliers left in the compartment. It looks like to me someone was in a hurry to get the job done and forgot a few of the steps. Luckily we didnt get stranded on the interstate with my wife and two toddlers. I wouldnt ever recommend this place to a friend, nor will I be back. But I guess thanks for the pair of pliers?

Abysmal Service Department. Unequivocally awful. One would think the dealership would be experts in repairs needed when something would pop up. Unfortunately, my dealings were more costly guesses rather than quality results. This review will be quite the read. But, I am i n need to catharticly express how agitated I am with the Service Department for Spradley Barr. The following was my experience being a brand new, first time customer.I purchased a Toyota private party that was gently used with low miles. First vehicle I have owned that wasnt a beater as my primary, only vehicle. Had the vehicle for year and put only 10k miles on it. Took a loan from the bank to attain it.Back in July, had all warning lights come on with Check CVS System indicated on my info panel, engine shook through the entire vehicle, and lost a lot of power while driving.I had a few tows to 2 other shops. The first was booked too far out and the next referred me to the dealership. The second shop identified a service bulletin for a corrective procedure, or the acctuator as the culprit.I spoke to Jacob over the phone and made arrangements. After sending my vehicle to the Spradley Barr Service Department, the mechanic swapped an oxygen sensor and sent it back to me. My vehicle then failed again.Sent it back to the Service Department and clearly upset. The agreement Jacob made was to get the vehicle fixed under their cost as I paid for repairs already that werent needed. This time around, I didnt recieve effective communication on my vehicle status. I had left voicemail messages expecting a return phone call that never happened. After a week, I was able to make contact with Jacob on a Thursday who said it should be done either today or tomorrow and I would be called when it was available for pick up.The weekend rolled around and the following Monday I had called, yet again, about the status of my vehicle. I reached Steve who informed me a few more parts needed to be ordered. I was vehemently angered due to the false expectations given previously. I was then informed that Jacob was no longer with the company and Steve was the gentleman I was working with now. It was another week before recieving my vehicle.Id like to take a moment to appreciate Steve. He was patient with how upset I was and made it a point to be prompt in returning my phone calls. He was transparent in keeping me informed about the repairs. After recieving my vehicle for a second time, it died again before I could even make it home.Sent the vehicle back. Waited another week to have it looked at. More repairs were made.At this point, other than the initially repairs I paid for, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ALL HAS BEEN DONE TO MY CAR.To credit the service department, they did take my car on two 15 mile test drives. The first it ran ok. The second it went down again. After looking further into the issue, it was finally determined to be the accuator, an internal engine component. A ballpark figure Steve gave me was around $3,000.My final last ditch move was to call my extended warranty. Which took another week but they did not cover. Inevitably, I towed my vehicle back home so that it had somewhere to be.Between repairs and tows that I was responsible to arrange, I was out a half of one months wages. Currently, the vehicle is still at my home unrepaired. I have no documentation of the repairs they footed the bill for. I did not recieve an estimate for the acctuator to be repaired. I am still trying to save enough to get it repaired. I am bumming rides to work and stuck making payments on a vehicle I cant even use.The Spradley Barr Toyota Service Department in Cheyenne, Wyoming has wasted my time and money. As first time customer, they single handedly screwed me over.I will never recommend anyone to anything Spradley Barr. They will not recieve another dime or another second of my time. As of this writing, this has been a 4 month ordeal and Im still continuing to struggle.Steve is cool though. I just wish he worked for a better company.

So now youre a liar, why did you even bother saying you were interested in buying this car today? He put words in my mouth and attacked my character and my partner. Instead of negotiating numbers he insulted my intelligence and became very hostile towards us. We couldnt help but think he was belittling us for being gay as he kept dropping condescending remarks such as you guys SEEM intelligent. I could see he realized he was acting very inappropriately but only followed it up passive aggressive comments and a hollow apology. Sure there are other sales reps over there, which are hopefully nothing like him. But when a company is capable of hiring someone as rude as him, its hard to believe Spradley Barr is worth your time. Beforehand a fellow employee stated that they did not rotate and balance his tires when asked, and I should mark my tires. Using a red paint marker I made hash marks from the wheel weight to the tire on all 4 wheels. All billed through our fleet service. After 2 hours of waiting they finished and I left and went down the street to the gas station to fill up. At this point I had forgot that I marked my tires, looked down and tires were not rotated and balanced. Drove straight back and spoke with the service MGR Josh, he then personally did the rotate and balance himself. How many people get charged for this and leave not knowing any different? They also filled my DEFG tank with solvent due to the shipping company sending the wrong stuff.... DEF has no smell solvent does... Some sharp techs here I guess. Federated Neutral is now paying for mine and many other customers complete DEF system replacement...Just what I need more down time hopefully they actually do the work this time.....Check that checklist they give you and make sure everything they say is good or topped off is, I also had no washer fluid.....

Today was my first time in Spradley Barr Ford. I just recently moved here and my 2019 F150 hit 5,000 miles and was due for the first oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 8am and let them know I needed to have it done before 9 so I could get to work. They said it wouldnt be a problem. I arrived this morning before my appointment and let the guy at the counter know that I needed to have it done before 9 so I could get to work. Again, he informed me this would be no problem. At 8:45 my truck was still in the parking lot where I left it. I went to the counter to ask if I was going to get a courtesy car or anything since my truck wasnt ready. I was told that I would not and that they were busy this morning and had a few techs running late. I said I scheduled an appointment for 8am and other vehicles are getting put ahead of mine. He informed me that they work based off a first come first serve basis. I questioned him about the purpose of having an appointment if everything is first come first serve. Didnt change anything. He said I could leave my truck and they would work on it when they could or that I could come back. I took my keys and walked out. Before I left, I stopped in at the sales office and told them what just happened and asked to speak with a manager. Kevin Harris said that wasnt right and that he would have a shuttle take me to work and that he would bring my truck to me when it was finished. Sure enough, less than an hour from when they dropped me off at work, Kevin texted me and said the truck was ready and that he would drop it off at my work.First impression with the appointment meaning nothing and having my truck not ready earned 0 stars, but Kevin Harris going above and beyond to make it right was greatly appreciated and deserves the 5 star review. I will continue to get my truck serviced here.

They were not very clean, they dont protect the inside. There was oil on steering wheel and on the interior side of door. I asked to have it washed and they didnt. I had gone back. They didnt reset the service light. When I went back they got it washed and reset the light

My experience was fantastic when looking for a new Ford truck. Nikki was great to work with and kept me informed on the process the entire time. I love the new truck! I would recommend Spradley to anyone! I believe in shopping local, and this makes me more comfortable spending my $$ in Cheyenne. When it is time for a new truck in the future I will be shopping at Spradley!

Tried to talk to a salesman to look at a couple vehicles, finally found one after the receptionist pointed him out and then had to run him down. I stopped him and asked if I could look at a couple heavy duty pick ups and he acted like I was taking up his precious time. I asked him a few questions about the trucks that he could not answer, couldn’t even tell me the miles on the vehicles. I Just felt like he was too busy to help me out, so I left and am probably going to take my money to Colorado or Laramie.

What can I say. My wife and I purchased our first Ford Escape in 2015. We have been more than satisfied with the car and the service. Both Kevin and Leigh were very thorough in explaining all the features. Kevin even came to our house to sync the garage door to the car. Well, 6 days ago we drove 180 miles one way to purchase a new 2018 Ford Escape. They agreed to the same cash value of our car that a local dealer was willing to give. The biggest difference between Spradley and the local dealer was Spradley found us what we wanted whereas the other dealer here, only wanted to sell what THEY had in inventory. Didnt appear they wanted to go the extra mile. Spradley sales and finance were very pleasant to deal with. Were glad Kevin was still there although Im sure all their sales people are as informed as Kevin. Thanks. SpradleyBarr

I had a horrible experience. I have been looking this car long time I found it here. Contacted them same day after they posted. Car I was going to buy they sold it to someone else without no notice or option. We were making a deal on the phone I just wasted my time. Very disappointed. I went to bank got the money for nothing and rental car the get there.

They have always treated us well here at the Cheyenne location. From the salespeople to the service department. We still get letters every few months from the salesman that sold my mother her 2018 Explorer asking if we are still enjoying it. That shows their dedication to having good customer service.

My girlfriend and I recently stopped at Spradly Barr in Cheyenne to look over a used car that we had seen on their website. Turned out that we were a day late and it had just been sold. We then met a salesman named Kline at the Toyota office. Kline came out into the lot, despite the fact that it was raining and windy, and walked around with us through all of Spradley Barrs used cars which are spread out up and down the block. Kline stayed with us until we found another vehicle that matched all of our wishes and our budget. We all went back to the office to warm up and dry off while Kline arranged to have the car , which had just arrived on the lot that Saturday, moved up in the line to be inspected and detailed. We came back that following Wednesday to find the used car that we selected looking incredible inside and out. Kline made sure we were comfortable throughout the financing and paperwork and the financial department got us the payments we wanted at a very nice rate. I would expect this kind of treatment had we come in for a brand new car, but Kline and the rest of the crew at Spradley Barr treated us like a valued customer even know our budget was limited. You dont see that very often these days. If your looking for a good new or used car and want to be treated with respect, Spradley Barr in Cheyenne is the place to go. Thanks Kline and the rest of the guys at Spradley for a great experience.Mark and LoriLaramie, WY

Only stopped in for a quick oil change. They were able to get us in and out within 45 min. They took very good care of our van and didnt mind the travel mess we had going on inside. Very respectful and accommodating and understanding.
