Bought a 2014 Tundra two months ago was told it had two sets of keys but the other set they gave me were for another vehicle. Gave them 30 days to find them went back again still no keys was told they’ll order them or have someone call and still no call. Guess I’ll have to go buy my own ,this is crazy.Got a call on Saturday said they found the extra key to my Tundra and I wanted to thank Jamie for all the hard work and putting my mind at ease. Traded in my jeep and bought a truck. Was told they did an inspection on it. Definitely not the case! The seat isnt bolted to the chasis, fuel filler broken, and here it sits with two dead batteries, among a list of parts ive already had to replace. I wont even talk about the sales experience because there was none. I should have went with my gut and gone to Colorado.

I have been waiting for my car that’s been there for almost 5 months to be completed. They have had all the parts they need and it is under warranty. It’s been at the GMC service department and every time I call they tell me they’ll update me the next day and never do. I never hear from them unless I call them and they tell me the same thing but can’t fix it. :/ they also don’t have rentals so I am stuck with nothing. My cars been there before summer started and I seriously doubt I’ll get it back before winter arrives.

Jeanne is always so very helpful, but I had to bring my vehicle back after an O&F change because the oil plug was not securely tightened so my vehicle was leaking oil. I also had to have them reset my Tire Pressure Monitoring System, because when your service department rotated my tires they did not reprogram the tires.

I have always been iffy on buying cars in Cheyenne, but Halladay proved me wrong. They are honest, caring, and the customer service from the start to finish from every single person was phenomenal. Amber, was exceptionally wonderful and will definitely purchase from them again!

Shawn, sales manager, helped me with the decision to take my business elsewhere. He was the leading example of poor customer service and countless time would rudely stop talking with me and talk to my girlfriend. Halladay GMC was a waste of my time.

Dropped truck off Friday morning as scheduled. Did not receive update so called and informed would need to keep over weekend. Did not receive update on Monday. Called Tuesday for update and was told technician just took it in. Updated an hour later truck would require $2,200 repair.First, 3 days to plug in a computer for diagnostic? Not acceptable. Second, $150 charge for this service. Again, not acceptable. Third, after calling 3 different diesel shops, all quotes for same repair were several hundred dollars less.I went away from this dealership several years ago due to the service department. Then, after some warranty work, I was impressed with their service and started bringing my vehicle back and felt good about trying to build a relationship and keeping my money local. Service started trending down couple visits ago and now this. Will not be back with this vehicle unless a recall item. Would be very difficult to consider purchasing vehicle from this dealer in the future. Very disappointing.

I feel sorry for the people that have to take their Duramax to this shop. I unfortunately had an air filter collapse and they informed me that my custom bumper allows more water into the air box and that caused the air filter to fail.So, they are telling me that the bumper causes more rain to flow through the cold air intake that is part of the hood. Is that a design flaw that the Duramax has to be a fair weather vehicle? Did GMC/Chevy not do their research with the cold air intake such that it can not handle driving in rain?Either these mechanics dont have a clue about what they are doing or GMC has not done enough research and should initiate a recall.

If I could give them a no star rating I would! I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. Had been looking at and interested in a vehicle there for about two weeks. My family was helping me test drive and look at the vehicle due to the fact I lived in a different state. They took it and test drove it, we loved it. Told them we were interested in it. There was some stuff we wanted their shop to look at on it so it took a few days to get back to us. We got in contact with the salesman helping us and told him we wanted it. We made an offer and they accepted it. The next day the salesman contacted me to discuss when they could deliver the vehicle to me. A couple hours later my dad received a call saying they sold the vehicle to someone else. Please tell me how a vehicle gets sold to another buyer after we made a deal and also the fact that we had been in contact with them for weeks about wanting to purchase it. Their customer service sucks and seems like they were all about the money. Whoever pays more gets it?? Good luck buying from them they will probably sell what ever your interested in to someone else.

Halladay Motors is Cheyennes best auto center. You can really tell the quality of an organization after a sale is completed and ongoing attentionto address issues is needed. I have bought 2 vehicles with John (used car sales) over the past few months - John is a good natured, sincere professional and I would happily buy another vehicle from him again. I did have an unexpected issue with one vehicle which allowed me to work with both Shawn (management) and Cameron (service). Both of these guys were incredibly professional, helpful and accommodating to resolve my situation as best as possible. 5 stars all day long for Halladay Motors.

Well I’ll start with this, the people there are phenomenal in terms of customer service and just helping people as soon as they appear upon the lot. I don’t mean they’re overwhelming however patient and diligent once they come into contact with a customer (me for example). One person in particular that was an enormous assistance was a store clerk named Tyler, who could’ve been a manager but helped me find the type of car, color, and style/trim I was looking for without any complications whatsoever! Also, I think there was a guy named Kevin who was cool in general! I would highly recommend this car dealership for anyone looking for a vehicle worth buying.

My first experience searching for a car at a dealership was a great one thanks to a young man named Tyler Larez. He was charismatic and knowledgeable in his craft. There wasn’t a question I threw at him he couldn’t answer for me and helped me to realize just how broad my options were - which were a lot more than I had imagined! Worst experience buying a car I have ever had. Went down there from Colorado to check out a car I was interested in. The salesman Mark did a good job and didnt pressure me in any way. But my problems started shortly after. The a/c was inoperable and was promised to be fixed the following Tuesday. I shouldnt have signed any paperwork till it fixed because my first appointment was voided and then pushed back another week, then another week. Being a mechanic I ended up fixing it myself as opposed to taking time off of work again for the 3rd time .And if that wasnt enough, during the paperwork signing the gentlemen handling the financial aspect threw in a warranty for the vehicle costing $3000!!! And put it in the paperwork in such a way as that it was taken from my down payment so at first glance you didnt think anything of it. I noticed the warranty and asked them point blank if it cost anything and he told me No, it comes with the vehicle.It outrages me so much that someone could down right lie and take money that I worked hard for. Just so they can get that commission. I have always had the warranties pushed but never snuck into a loan. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. Furious, I spoke to the sales manager and demanding it to be removed. Never once did he apologize or explain why this kind of practice is allowed.BE WARY!!!

While I’ve never had the pleasure of buying a car from Jamie (Yet,) I did reach out to her about my faulty Nissan key fob. Not only did she explain to me how I could remedy the situation myself, she referred me to the folks in the service department and gave me some great advice on how to get my fob back in business. In a mans world it’s absolutely refreshing to see a woman who is dedicated to the industry and works tirelessly for her customers to get them in a safe vehicle that fits their needs. When I’m in the market for a new vehicle, she’s the only one I’d go to.

Bought a used car less than 3 months ago and it already has a blown head gasket. The previous owner had the part replaced in 2014 and its already gone again. When asking for assistance we were told that its not Halladays problem so they wouldnt help. DO NOT BUY CARS HERE
