Very, very pleased with their service. Installed new tires and did an alignment for a mid-lift 4x4 with new camber bolts and UCAs. Perfect alignment, level steering wheel. Shuttle service was helpful too. Very friendly staff who remembered my name regardless of who was speaking with me. Ive never seen such impressive service from an auto mechanic shop.

Kustom Illusions really helped us in a really bad situation. We are from Ohio and had traveled to Utah to visit our son and his family. On our way back to Ohio my vehicle just stopped running. We had to be towed back to Cheyenne to have our vehicle checked out. Ken from ABC towing highly recommend this place. We truly feel they were a God send for us. It didnt take them long to figure out that the fuel pump was bad. They had the part and fixed our vehicle and we are now heading back home to Ohio. I Broke down on I 25 north of Cheyenne, WY . All the other automotive repair shops said they were too busy to even look at my vehicle, much less repair it it a timely manner Jason was not only willing to diagnose my trucks problem, but was able to have it repaired the same day! He said if he was broke down away from home, he would want someone to help him and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I was traveling from New Mexico to Oregon and developed a noise under the hood that I felt compelled to have checked out . This shop got me in the next day and checked my motorhome over thoroughly under the hood and sent me on my way. I made it to Oregon without any further problems! While my suv was parked on the property my window was busted out & my stereo & wires were cut in my suv! I didn’t find out about it until TWO WEEKS after it happened. Didn’t offer to help pay for it. I find it unprofessional to be honest! Don’t recommend them ever again.

We had a little GTI beater that we got for our son. There were issues with it and nobody to take it out. One of my coworkers recommended this place. We took the GTI here...they figured out the issue and fixed it. Now we take all our vehicles here. Good honest mechanics.

They did very good and were really easy to work with. My only complaint, albeit not very important, was they spelled both my names wrong. Other than that I have really nothing bad to say about them. Good work so far, kind, good communication. I will most likely be using them permanently for my audi.

Ive trusted these guys with my car multiple times in the past with no complaints. I traded my old car off on a Nissan and decided to take her to the dealership since shes bery compact under the hood. BIG mistake. My check engine light came on and the code read issues with the turbo engine. Long story short Halladay tried to rip me off so i took it to this place for a 2nd opinion. They were friendly and honest with me. When I called for a quote on what halladay told me was wrong they were cheaper but insisted on doing their own diagnostic. Come to find out, nothing was wrong with my car aside from a false code. I appreciate their honesty and Jason was as friendly as could be. Unfortunately, i dont know much about cars but he was happy to explain everything to me without talking to me like i was stupid. I couldnt be more grateful for them.

Randy and his crew discovered a fault in the system that did not require the ordered part to be installed. We had a problem with our Tahoe 29 miles out of Cheyenne. The towe truck operator said this business helped people get back on the road and do a good job. They fixed our vehicle and we were back on the road by 10:00 a.m. the next morning. Great job and courteous people to work with.

Extremely helpful. They were able to come to me, air up my tire so I could drive it to the shop. Got my car in immediately to remove the screw that caused my flat and asses the tire to see if it needed replaced. So happy to have Randy and these great guys in my corner!!

Im new to Cheyenne, WY and finding this Shop was probably the best decision I made. I dont care for quick fix, thank you & come again, with hardly any care except for the next buck. I spent $800 on timing belt and $600 on gaskets and supposedly that would fix my check engine light. It came back on after 11 miles of driving. Kustom Illusions wants to charge another $60 to diagnose the issue. I would get it back if issue is related to their repair. I feel that diagnostic fee should be part of the $1400 repair fee since I wanted them to try to fix the Check Engine Light on originally.

Went to Randy at Kustom Illusions for some exhaust work. They were able to get me in right away and did the work while I waited. They have a sitting area with a TV and magazines, but even better, they have a pool table and foosball table! 5 star service and price! Thanks!

Travelling across the country and our car broke down. The guys got me in quickly, charged me a fair price, even repaired my gas cap release cable and diagnosed a check engine light for free. Standing around the desk I listended to Randy advise another customer on how they could save money(which cost him business). These guys are straight up some of the most honest guys I have come across. Wish they would open a shop up in Madison Wisconsin!

So I’m new in town and my car ended up here by default due to overheating on my way to work and proximity. Originally I spoke with dean who seemed very nice and really wish I knew how things might have turned out if dean had handled my car. They quoted $1906.56 for head gasket. I was so distraught an acquaintance suggested a honest mechanic in pine bluff that was kind enough to give second opinion. Spent $170 to tow to pine bluff, pay this place $53 for what I don’t know, just to find out I needed new radiator cap, had a leak and a valve needed replaced that was sending off code. I know nothing about cars and told these guys I was hoping to build solid relationship. They were going to rip me off for almost 2 grand!! Single mom, time of the holidays.. I mean I cannot believe it still. Called and spoke with randy about his “diagnosis” and this guy not only doesn’t apologize, but insists that I never had leak when he looked at it. Well I’m no mechanic but I told these guys I filled up reservoir with coolant right before I overheated near my job. Once my car got to pine bluff from their shop it was 4 days in total and it was out of coolant, but it didn’t have leak when they looked at it?? Oh wow.I came from a big city to cheyenne and somehow I expected better than some of the snakes I came across back home until I found a good one. This Randy that was going to take all of my money, not only came up with the worst con job Ive ever almost took the bait on, but the ding dong had the nerve to completely deny the one thing that my silly girl self new.. IT HAD TO HAVE A LEAK.Save yourself ladies...go anywhere but here. I am still in disbelief. She purrs like a kitten, no overheating, and head gasket is just fine. Shame on you randy.I have to give 1 star because dean was very sweet supportive and so willing to help me on the phone that I his customer service shouldn’t be overshadowed by the others incompetence.

Excellent service

Happy with the work done on the car. My only complaint is that it took 3 1/2 hours which was awful since I had to wait there with my two kids who were done for by the time we got out of there. My appointment was at 8 and my car wasnt even looked at till 9:30. If I knew it was going to take that long I would have petitioned them to drive us all home and take the car back to the shop to be worked on. To be fair, I knew they were understaffed for the week and still chose to get my car fixed bu them. I am still disappointed in the lack of communication on how long it would take to get to my car and have it fixed considering they knew I would be waiting there.

Great my alternator broke on the road he had it done in an hour and free wifi and lounging area with a dog to entertian me while i waited this place is amazing
