I was really in a pinch crossing the country to move to California when I had my coolant cap pop off. I can’t remember her name, but the woman I dealt with in the store over the phone was very nice and was able to order the part for me, and the team in the store was very helpful with helping me resolve my coolant issue. I am forever thankful for them helping me in such a pinch today!

The people here are very knowledgeable about whatever you need. Prices are reasonable compared to other places in Cheyenne.

What kind of jerks are working for corporate Advance. My husband and I know the current manager, Kevin. Weve been going there for parts for 18 years. We were informed that he will no longer be working there due to a job change.Well we found out that there was a conflict involve. The manager had simply asked for some parts for his store and the head corporate guy said hed give him anything he wanted. Well what happened? Did he see the parts. Nope. Im sure theres more than 1 incident. Farewell Kevin and good luck to you.To Advance. If there were a level lower than 1 star. Id give it to you. For treating your employees as if they were just tools to be replaced.

The staff at this store was extremely helpful. Even though we got the wrong part the first time the person I worked with did a lot of research to find the right part. I will definitely be back and I think I have found the parts store that I am going to use from now on.

I will never step foot in Auto Zone again. I stopped by to see if they had spark plugs. I waited in line, but quickly became aware the line was notional. Everyone who came in after me just simply walked up to the counter and began their inquiry. In addition, two clerks would occasionally emerge from the back, but quickly disappear. I finally got frustrated and went up the street to Advance Auto. Wow, what a difference. I was waited on the second I walked in the door. They had to order the spark plugs I needed but called me BEFORE they said they would (the following day) and let me know my order was in. I appreciate good business and Advance Auto will get mine from now on.

Ive been in here twice in the last 2 weeks, both times because Walmart failed epically with merchandise for my car.Im sorry, but I work pizza delivery, and falling windshield wipers and dash cams just dont cut it, especially during a rainstorm.The customer service at Auto Zone was top notch both times. My wipers were installed in about one minute, no joke. And my new dash cam base, which was $5 less than the best I could find at Walmart, is still stuck to my dash just perfectly.

The staff took my list, walked me around help me pick out everything I needed and it all took less than 10 minutes. I loved it.

Really poor customer service, watched two employees basically ignore me while only one employee was doing all the work. I wont be back.

These guys had the right part to get my family back on the road after Spradley Barr Ford basically told them to go to hell because they couldnt do anything for them for 2 weeks. The guys at Advance even offered to help replace the part! I wish I knew the names of the crew that was working the evening of July 25, 2017 because they were lifesavers. I cant thank them enough!
