The employees are very attentive and very nice at this Bed Bath and Beyond location. I did notice that either their prices went up on some items or this location is a bit higher than Denver stores. Still would support the store and shop here. Again very nice attentive employees. Manager should be happy. Seems to hire a good crew.

People helped me with a wedding gift although I got the same gift as someone else. It makes me wonder if they update their registry.

Good prices on a good selection of merchandise, good bargains to be found if you know what you are looking for, service is attentive and helpful, barriers are present at checkout, social distancing is easy due to size of store and number of patrons inside. Good place for in-store shopping.

Couldnt find the calendars in store or online. Manager was very helpful and was able to order just one for me. Thankfully I didnt have to run around & it will be delivered. Great customer service today!

3 people told me it was ok to use my 20% plus my $10 coupon. I asked so i would know what to get and not have issues. Well 20 min later i never got to use my$10 off and left. I have a headache and am done with coupons.

We will no longer be shopping at this Bed Bath and Beyond loaction. I went in to swap out an item that was ripped. I just wanted to swap it for a different one that wasnt ruined as it was brand new out of the package. The lady at the customer service was rude and disrespectful. She gave us our money back and wouldnt let us swap the item because she already started the return process. We found the item we wanted to replace and when to the checkout. This lady was just as rude. I had coupons to use and she acted like I commented a crime. Im sure they have had a long day but they need to be a little less rude.

We were able to buy a twin size down comforter for a reasonable price ... with 20% off coupon. I have learned that they are no longer carrying My Pillow because Mr. Lindell is a supporter of President Trump. I am a supporter of President Trump.. so.. I will not be shopping there again.

They did have what I wanted however when I went up to the register there was another Employee theyre getting something totally Totally ignoring me another employee came over saw what was going on and took care of me I did appreciate her courtesy

Simply lied about what was actually in the box.

This visit had limited staff and product selection 9/19/19 maybe if was just a store turnaround. Hopefully the next time will be better. We couldnt find a quilt rack or brightly colored shower curtains and soap dispensers.

The selection is decent and organized well, I was able to find something off of my friends wedding registry fairly easily. The store itself is small so it can be a bit overwhelming at first with all of the items inside but everything is labeled pretty well.

Found the curtains I wanted had a 20%off entire order and their computer are having problems. Told I could bring my receipt back and get the coupon added when their computer was working. I really wonder if they will let me use it on a previous purchase. I really doubt it. Service was very apologetic about the computer problem.

I can always find what I am looking for in this store. I look there for everything I want for my kitchen in particular.

Worst return policy ever.Went in today ( I shop here frequently) to return an item.First, I was told I had the wrong receipt. When I asked for credit, I was told I would only get 80 percent of the purchase price.When I agreed to this, I was then told that wasn’t going to happen either. I was then given a receipt like print out with a phone number or website to contact. When I looked on the website it stated that my return was rejected due to possible fraud.Bed, Bath and Beyond, you have been one of my GO to stores for years. You will never receive another dollar free me. Today I went in to do some shopping. The moment I walked in the store, there was negativity from the person at the front. I was helped by “Bert” who seemed very annoyed and too busy to help me and answered in a very smart aleck tone to me. Very rude and unprofessional. Later, I saw Bert speaking to another employee (manager I assume) and was talking poorly about another employee. It was a very unpleasant environment and shopping experience. Last time I’ll be shopping at this store.

I love buying things for my home and they have everything for the kitchen, bath, bed and any other room in your house. A great selection and with prices ranging from inexpensive to very expensive.

The staff was wonderful and helpful, however the prices are outrageous as always.

I wanted to buy a Misto sprayer but could not find one. Employees searched several places and could not find one either. So they helped me order one. They were extremely helpful.

This particular location does not seem to have a Beyond section. Cool store though. Their constant 20% off coupons leads me to believe their prices are higher than they should be.
