The ladies here were so kind and the scents and lighting were so inviting. Lots of cute and unique conversation pieces, as well as handmade items to choose from. We had great conversation with the employees. Glad we stopped in.

I walked in this store today. I was excited to check it out as I am currently furnishing and decorating my new home. I was in the store almost two minutes when a lady said “do you need a mask” (no one greeted us. I assume this was my greeting?) I responded I’m sorry are they required? She stated I was in Saint Louis county and I informed her I’m not from here and they aren’t required where I’m from, as I was putting the mask I had in my purse on. She then expressed her dislike for anyone who is not wearing a mask and how crazy she thinks it is. Not knowing I am actually anti mask and only wear them when required to be respectful of others. After hearing her opinions I let her know I am not a person who wears a mask she thought a good response was “well get used it” at that point I realized how unprofessional and unwelcoming she was and decided to no longer look through the store. Who thinks it’s a good idea to discuss politics or opinions of mask with a customer who just entered your store? She was rude and it was just distasteful, needless to say I won’t be returning or recommending. Not the time or place lady to discuss such things. Offer a mask or ask the customer to leave and keep your opinions to yourself next time.The store was overpriced from the few items I was able to look at. A lot of what is in this store you can buy from women on social media who make them themselves and are of good quality.

I love this shop. I drive from Cape Girardeau to decorate my home. I have purchased a variety of things but my ultimate was a beautiful white suede like sectional. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. I had to be accurate with my room measurements and fit. There are experienced home interior designers that work there and help everyone. I would have never had this high end $5,000 sectional in my home without Cocoon.

The ladies who own the store are fantastic! The selection of items they offer is so unique, you can spend hours here. I purchased a beautiful gray upholstered king headboard, and will be back when I need more items in the future.

A hidden treasure in Chesterfield. This is my favorite go to place for unique gifts. A great combination of new and consigned items. Large selection that is always changing, very helpful and friendly staff.
