It is difficult to give such a low score....but I feel like I have to. I had new carpet installed 3 years ago and now it looks like the ocean on a stormy day. I had them come out twice to give me an estimate to restretch it. I cant get them to respond or give me a price. They were surprised at how bad the carpet was and said the installation was not done properly. Now they have gone silent. I was happy with the carpet at first but now it is wavy all over and I will have to have it restretched.

Best selection and in home shoping they brought samples to my home. set date for installl i didnt have to do a thing moved my furniture everything looked great there installers were great. Thak you carpet masters great job.

My daughter purchased a home, and a local friend recommended us to CarpetMasters. She had gotten luxury vinyl plank installed and it looks perfect! Their estimates are reasonable, and they provided great communication since I live in another state!

I had CarpetMasters install new tack strips, tighten the carpets and install. All work was completed to my satisfaction and quickly. They kept their time and promise. I would definitely hire them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEIR WORKERS DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON MY FLOOR. THEY LEFT HUGE STRATCHES ON MY WOOD AND DID NOT COME BACK OUT TO FIX IT. DO NOT USE THEM...THEY ARE THE WORSE FLOORING BUSINESS AROUND
