Spilled coffee on my Macbook air and unfortunately did not know about how to to completely air that out to minimize the damage. Even with a hard drive that was probably soaked in coffee for maybe 24 hours they were able to extract all the information from that computer put it on a hard drive and call me with it maybe 72 hours at the most. They were so responsive so kind and most importantly so efficient and helpful I would recommend them highly

I went to get my phone charger port cleaned because it wasn’t working anymore. Not only did they clean/fix it, they also cleaned my phone case and replaced the glass protector screen which was cracked. In total, I was only there for 15-20 min. Great service and great price.

Although it was just a simple diagnostic of my MacBook Pro, they did an amazing job and were amazingly friendly.If youre comparing this store to Batteries Plus / UBreakIFix, these guys are much better and much more professional. They wont repair your phones / laptops / etc. just for the replacement to fizz out on you a few days / weeks / or months later, only not to question the replacement later.Payne was very hospitable and professional from the get-go and assuaged my frustrations due to the the callous employee from Batteries Plus, who wouldnt even do a diagnostic on my laptop and wasnt even familiar with the layout in his own store, as he had problems finding a socket in his store. Yikes.Adam called me a few times, once before even starting the diagnostic and once more after the diagnostic was complete. Our phone conversation had actually cut off, possibly due to the days weather conditions, yet I could still hear him from my end. Without knowing that I was still listening to him speaking (to Payne, I presume), he still remained professional and said that he was going to try to contact me again. Later on, he explained that he successfully managed to turn my laptop on and deduced the problem to battery issues, which contradicted 100% the nonsense that the employee from Batteries Plus spouted out at me. He even gave me a copy of the diagnostic with notes so that I have proof that its the battery that was causing the issues. Thanks Adam!Lets move on to their manager, Matt. I only just saw Matt today, and even though he hadnt actually worked on my laptop at all, he was nevertheless concerned about my situation and was curious as to what had happened. After explaining to him the situation, in terms of the unprofessionalism, and callousness of the employees from Batteries Plus, Matt was sympathetic to my cause without trying to sell me something and mentioned that its unfortunate that the work ethic of people nowadays is on the wane. This isnt the case with the employees from Digital Doc. These guys are truly genuine and professional and care about what they do. They listen to you! Please choose these guys over Batteries Plus, UBreakIFix, and other places like that. Why? First, they deserve your business, and I want them to prosper. I took a Sony Handycam in for Service and when I dropped it off I explained what the unit was doing. I asked what the charge would be for the Diagnostic service. I was told 20.00.(Very reasonable).Received a call from them a couple days later and they let me know they were able to duplicate the problem but were unable to repair it because they felt it was a hardware issue and not something they felt they could correct. (Honest evaluation) I asked if they had any recommendations because I did not want to just give up completely on it.They recommended another business that specializes in dvd type recorders so, I will follow up on that recommendation.Overall very satisfied with their honest upfront level of service and I would give them another opportunity if the situation arises.

However, I noticed that whenever I pull up something with a black background (camera, youtube videos), there appears to be a red dot in the corner. Digital Doc (Adam) helped me in replacing the battery on my IPhone 7. Once we replaced the battery, the home button stopped working. After much research, he identified that it was the screen that was causing the issue. My cell phone was DOA and kept trying to reboot. Nothing was working but these guys took it apart and with a surgeons precision swapped parts in and out with a solution to get it back working again. Considering how much time they spent working on it, I couldnt believe how inexpensive it was for the repair. They truly cared about getting my phone back up and running again. They are behind the Tesla dealership on Chesterfield Airport Road, and I would highly recommend taking your phone or any other of your electronics there.

They were very upfront about what they were going to do and let me know if they couldnt do it. I did end up having to go to a data recovery company that they recommend. Digital Doc repaired my laptop. I had some viruses on it, my USB port was not being read by other devices, and my hard drive was actually failing, functioning at only 4%. I thought for sure, Id have to spend hundreds of dollars to buy a new computer.The staff was professional, extremely knowledgeable and the price to fix everything, was so reasonable. Digital Doc was very helpful. They fixed the glass over my camera on my iPhone in a matter of 20minutes. Even though they could not get ahold of a battery for my iPad 12.9 inch because of the extreme difficulty trying to find it, they called Apple got me an estimate and pointed me in the right direction. I took my tablets to about 3 different electronic repair stores in Chesterfield, all within about 2 miles of each other, and none of them would even attempt to repair my tablets. Turn around was two days. Crashed hard drive was replaced and they were able to download all the files from the bad hard drive.

I have a laptop that I bought in koreathat stopped working. I took it to another store (initials are BB). They checked it out and said it wasnt the hard drive and that they could only in-store fix Hard drive problems and that it would cost $80 bucks for them to send it off to look at it. I did it, and they kept it for 3 weeks and then told me that since it was a foreign computer they couldnt do anything and I couldnt get my money back. Then I took it to Digital Docs and they charged me $20 to look at it. They determined it WAS the hard drive, replaced it for me and had it back to me within 3 days.
