The service is always fast and friendly. They are accommodating allowing you to sample flavors of meats, salsas, sauces, and more. They have an excellent points program for earning rewards as a repeat customer.We rarely have any issues with accuracy or speed when we order out from here.We usually order for 3 to 5 people at once and we almost always do it in person. The few times we have ordered ahead through the app there have been imperfections. But there arent any glaring issues that I need them to fix. I just prefer my food not to be prepared ahead of time and sitting, getting cold until I come pick it up.

They had fresh steak on the grill, I asked for that and they told me no. The steak I got was cold and old, Gross just like the condition of this restaurant. I took a picture of how nasty this place was on the inside I wish I could post it for you. Something tells me Im going to get sick.
We ordered veggie rice bowls. They were delicious and filling, especially with the new Chile Crema and Jalapeno Verde sauces! Very helpful and kind staff.
We had a large group and they were able to get our order processed in no time.

I ordered delivery for lunch today. I am a teacher so my lunch time is limited. My delivery was ten minutes late but that is understandable. What i dont understand is why my bowl was only halfway full. Do they serve small portions for lunch?
This was place awesome 2 years ago until today when we ordered online for pickup. Ordered chicken quesadilla...there qas hardly anything inside, you can count the number of chicken as well as the grilled peppers with barely any cheese in it. The smash cauliflower bowl, specifically added extra lettuce, you can literaly count the amount of cauliflower and the amount of lettuce.....quality of food definitely went down the hill. This is the last time i will come down to this place, not worth to pay the amount they charge for the low quality of food they served.

Had never tried here before. The food was delicious & ready very quickly! So good I didnt even get a picture! Smelled like taco bell when I first entered the building, but was SO much better! Delicious queso, great guacamole, we will definitely be eating here again!
Had some free burrito gift cards that were given by a qudoba worker that I have used before with no issue, went into use them and the staff said they couldnt except it and were extremely rude saying I dont know how you could even use it like she didnt understand how the cards work. They said the employee that gave them out no longer works there, but they could have at least honored it since it was given by THERE staff! Will never go back due to the uneducated and RUDE staff.

I want to like this location because it is closest but I was reminded again last night that it is always worth the drive to Benson for better customer service.

Great place for quick food thats fresh.
Food and prices are good. The workers are fast and the restaurant is clean. However, one of the workers putting the food together was literally dripping with sweat, wiping his forehead with his wet sleeve. Now, I get it, it is not uncommon to perspire while working in a fast paced environment around stoves giving off heat. With this to be expected, to an extent, I think it should be required to wear hats a bandana or something of the sort to help them not get sweat into the food.
SUCH an easy online ordering system. Just order online & there will be a bag waiting for you when you get there.

Today I tried the plant based protein meat it tasted like a taco meat ...was great!They also have a ketogenic friendly menu. Its like a build your own Buddha bowl.Everything is fresh and clean. I highly recommend here for a healthy affordable option.Great friendly professional customer service.

My husband and I love the food, my review is about an employee. First, thank you for accommodating those who don’t consume animal products. However, when I spend my money on food I expect to receive excellent customer service and eat exactly what I enjoy. Tonight at 9:30 my husband and I went to your store and were told our favorite two salsas were not available (mango and corn.) We debated about ordering and during our debate an employee (brunette Caucasian female) sarcastically mocked, “Oh no it’s not a burrito without corn salsa.” Neither I or my husband responded and we decided to order, while ordering I noticed my burrito wasn’t as full as usual because I didn’t have my two favorite salsas available. I proceeded to jokingly tell the girl who was preparing my burrito that I would like plenty of guacamole. Her response was “two scoops is enough.” She didn’t ask if it was enough, she didn’t inform me I had a choice in ordering more scoops for an additional charge, she told me what was enough for me. When it came to check out she also neglected to give us a receipt, she swiftly checked us out and basically forced out the words have a nice night. At no time did my husband and I give your employee an attitude. We would appreciate it if you would inform your employees what decent customer service is.

Just went into to this establishment for some food to take home. The staff had horrible customer service. After we paid for our food and were leaving one of the employees yelled Dont come back! Well I can certainly say that I will follow his direction. If I could I would give them zero stars.

Staff was extremely rude when informing incoming customers of the MAX 8 capacity. This was after waiting outside for 10 mins for the line to dissipate. Almost as though staff was being intentionally slow. The line that had formed inside was not properly distanced. Very disappointed.

I enjoy eating here because of the huge stuffed burritos. You get to choose your things like tortilla, meats, sauces/salsa, and veggies. The pricing fair and the food is filling. Its a step up from taco bell, but not a fancy restaurant.The staff was polite and on point each time Ive gone. If youre hoping for a view not gonna find it here.
Food was okay service was nice
This was my hot spot when I was pregnant!!! I love coming here when I just need delicious quick eats, that is better/healthier than fast food. My go to is their burrito with diablo cheese and chips. However, they have so much that you can get. Think of it like the Subway of Mexican Foods. I just wish they had a drive thru as they are only dine-in or carry-out.

This place is my favorite qdoba... the staff took the time to let a few customers that were behind me to try the meats so they could make an informed decision about their lunch. The customers were from another town a ways away so had never eaten there!
These employees know how to make a great meal! They are so fast and trained so well! If there is a long line, you definitely wont be waiting long for your meal!
If you’re more into more authentic Mexican cuisine, maybe you shouldn’t try Qdoba. Or maybe, if you’re like me, someone who just wants a quick bite regardless. If so, I highly suggest trying out Qdoba’s large and plant-based friendly menu.
The guy behind the counter at our last visit was super friendly and helpful. He worked with the kids to make sure they got what they wanted and very patiently answered all their questions. He was very fun and funny about it too. And the food; amazing!

I love Qdobas, but this one has such a high turn around rate in employees (its always a brand new frustrated and confused teenager that doesnt know how to make a knockout taco) that the customer service has gone down so much that I cant justify returning. Its always in the evening that I go, maybe the evening/closing manager needs to pay closer attention to the lack of quality customer service and food that each client is getting. Embarrassing.
Healthier fast food than McDonalds or Taco Bell. Fresh vegetables, brown rice, black beans and heaps of meat! Great choice if you need to eat fast. The Diamond location has been consistent and great service!

The people here are really nice and definitely know what theyre doing. The place was remodeled recently as well which gave an entirely new feel to the whole place and made it an overall much better experience. The food is great and fresh, the people are awesome, and the environment is excellent. Not that it was awful before or anything, but the remodel just made it even better than it previously was.

The food was good and so was the service, very friendly. The place was very busy and so thats where I think the housekeeping got behind. Flies coming in and out it has been a hot summer so I can understand that too.

My family and I have been supporting local restaurants in Anchoage since this virus hit town, getting curbside and take out. This Qdoba is the ONLY restuarant in town that I have seen where employees are not wearing masks when they are making peoples food. I walked in and then walked out. Especially since the girl that would have been making our food had more piercings and metal in her face than a transformer. The manager seemed unconcerned when I mentioned we decided we didnt want to eat there due to the fact no employees were wearing facemasks. I have noticed that this Qdoba is no where as good as it used to be. Probably poor management now. Probably why we were the only people in the restaurant. I wont be going back ever. Yuk

Pretty good stuff. The pico and fajita veggies are good in a burrito bowl with corn, meat and beans.
Reminds me of Chipotle from the lower 48. If you go later in the evening Ive noticed most food preps will give you larger portions, more guac is always a great burrito! The only minor gripe is the brown rice is seasoned brown not actual brown rice.

Great Location. We go often. Food is great!! Staff is nice.The only thing I would say is that they resist giving you extra guacamole when you ask for extra guac.. They look at you like you are pressuring them, and then they hesitate and give you a little extra spoonful. They make me feel badly about asking when Qdoba boasts about extra guacamole on commercials.

This was my go to location because it was so close to my house, but I’ll drive somewhere else for better service and a cheaper burrito. The last three times I went in here, I’ve seen one particular employee be rude and unprofessional in front of customers. One time I came up to the counter (I was the only one in line besides he girl cashing someone out) and the other two employees (one I believe her name is Demerie) were standing there having a pretty personal conversation that doesn’t need to be overheard by customers. They continued for probably 20-30 seconds until their conversation was done, then they asked what I wanted. Which made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. The girl continued to try to talk to her coworker about other things and would ask me what I wanted (what type of meat, rice, beans, etc) and she had to re-ask me for each item because she was so focused on what they were talking about. I was angry, but I’m not a confrontational person, so I paid for my food and left. Since then, I have seen this particular employee, Demerie, be rude and very short with other customers in her line. Almost as if she doesn’t want the paying customers to be there. Just today, she started talking about some customer that came in and complained to her, and said “she was mean to her”, which I do not deny happened. Again, another uneccessary and unprofessional conversation to have in front of your customers. 1 star is only for the size of the burrito.

The food is fine. Its the man that is overly friendly and goes to extreme efforts to befriend female customers is just to much to ignore. Im here to grab lunch and leave, not be yelled at across the resturant and then have him laugh from the counter when Im embarrassed because hes been yelling at me my entire walk out the door. Its so rude.
Not impressed. It was overpriced and mediocre at best. $13.95 for a bean burrito and soda. My tortilla split as they were making it so the girl behind the counter just slopped it into a new tortilla leaving most of the fillings on the tortilla that was thrown in the trash. I will not go back anytime soon.

Used to like it, but a few years back they raised prices and shrunk the size of the burritos. There are better local places for them now.

This location is the absolute worst. All of their employees are dumber than a sack of rocks. They wont honor your rewards through the app. They wont ask their manager for help when they dont know how to do things, they just look at you like a deer in headlights and ignore the problem until it goes away. They cant event steam their tortillas before using them... they just give you cold chalky corn tortilla... Yuck! I will never return to this location, it is NEVER worth it, I regret it every single time. Worst Qdoba I have ever been to.
