I was looking for a queen mattress for a spare bedroom. Was going to go to the usual mattress stores and check out the prices. I saw The Bedroom Store commercials and thought I would look there. I had never been to The Bedroom Store before. I was very happy with the experience I had. Vickie asked me what I was looking for and what my priorities were. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me select just what I needed. I wasnt aware that this was a local company and I liked that. I also looked around at the dressers in the showroom and really liked the quality, although I was not in the market for one now, I will remember to look here in the future. Vickie also arranged delivery and set up for me. The delivery people were on time and efficient and friendly. They did a very nice job setting up and cleaning up the packaging. I will definitely come back to The Bedroom Store for my future bedroom furniture needs.

Vickie Rogers is a terrific sales and customer service professional. We had been to two other furniture stores before spotting The Bedroom Store by chance today. Vickie was very welcoming and informative - and never did we feel any sales pressure. We considered several options and she reached out to her colleague in the warehouse about availability and best fit for mattress, box spring and frame selection. It was truly a collaborative effort to find the right bed for our guest room - and although I know we probably paid a bit more than I may have in the other stores - the quality and service are worth every penny. 6/10/2019Today I met Vickie for the first time at the Bed Room Store on CLARKSON Road to get information on a new mattress. I was surprised on the number of mattress I needed to check out. I explained to Vickie my personal goals. She asked me several other questions before showing me a few she thought would be best for me. I found her extremely knowledgeable and caring. I am excited in getting my new mattress and definitely will be recommending her to anyone I know who also needs top notch service.

Our entire experience was great! We dealt with Terry Young and the whole process was fun and laid back. Terry did a great job helping us choose a bed that we loved not pushing us to buy or trying to push us to a more expensive model actually just the opposite he showed us what features he thought were worth the money and the features that were minimal upgrades for a lot more money. We visited and purchased on a Sunday so we had our 2 young children and I would like to mention he was great with our kids and made them, as well as us feel like they weren’t a burden which was very nice! he even played a spider man movie for them on his laptop while we did our paperwork! I highly recommend dealing with Terry and I am sure you will get the same courteous service we received!!

Went in with cash-in-hand to buy a King size mattress. Was looking around with my husband and we were approached by a salesman. He asked if he could help us and we told him that we were looking but wed let him know as soon as we wanted to chat about one. He rolled his eyes and told us, I know what you want. 90% annoyed and 10% skeptical, we replied, Oh? and he proceeded to bring us over to a spring-coiled mattress that we definitely did not want. We then told him we were looking at the foam mattresses and would prefer one of those. His reply was, This one is a pillow-top. At this point I was 95% aggravated and said, We have been looking at mattresses for a while now, and we know what we want. Were going back over to the few we had in mind now. Thank you. He literally blocked our way and asked why we wanted a foam mattress over this queen sized coiled one. I was not going to give this salesman any reasoning. The fact that I wanted something that cost twice as much as what he was trying to sell me was frustrating enough - why didnt he want me to spend more money? And what business of his is it as to why I want a foam mattress over a regular one? When I finally got him to go over to the two mattresses I couldnt quite choose between, he kept contradicting everything I was saying about why I wanted a foam mattress. We turned away and walked right out of the store after about ten minutes of his sales pitch for the original bed he tried selling us. When he asked why we were leaving, I told him: Because you are cutting me off while Im speaking, youre rude, and disrespectful. Im going elsewhere where I will be treated with respect. His reply was, Good luck finding a better deal.I actually did find a better deal. Mattress Source had a very similar bed which I felt was more comfortable than the one at The Bedroom Store, and it was only about 80% of the cost. I saved about 20% and was treated with respect.

Vickie went above and beyond in serving our needs. She was kind, courteous, and no pressure sales. She also educated us on all the new options available. Lets face it. You dont buy a new mattress everyday! Glad we stopped at the Bedroom Store in Chesterfield.

My husband and I recently bought our new mattress from the Bedroom Store at Taubman. The showroom is large, bright, clean and stocked with a huge variety of mattresses. Its usually easy to get overwhelmed when trying to choose a mattress but luckily Tim, the sales associate that helped us, was extremely knowledgable on everything from adjustable bases to mattresses, even down to pillows. We did a mattress diagnostic which helped us figure out what type of firmness wed like in our mattress and Tim pointed out a few in our price point. The price range there allows people with any budget to find a bed that theyll be very happy with. Ray, the manager, took care of our purchase and payment transaction quickly and helped us load up our new mattress into our truck. We ended up getting a great memory foam that weve been so pleased with. Overall, we had a great experience at the Bedroom Store and recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress or bedroom furniture.
