I called and made an appointment while they were moving locations. They said they could come to my home and take care of tinting my windows. After waiting for an hour after my appointment time and calling several time only to reach a voicemail I received a call back. They stated they had a family emergency which I was frustrated but understood. We set up an appointment for the following week. Same thing happened again. No one showed up, called or anything. I left several voicemails and still nothing. Very unprofessional. I was going to recommend based upon price and their willingness to come to my house. This was just unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Chris and Dezarae did a great job on my car! Not to mention the custom decal we came up with turned out amazing!! I will always recommend them to everyone I know!

Chris at Kustom Illusions is great at what he does, Attention to detail is the key to any good looking design and Application, some shops just don’t care, Chris wants everything perfect and let me tell you he is good at making it all perfect he has done my trailer 3 times now due me changing it up, tinted 2 trucks, mustang and our Cadi and did a clear bra on our Cadi which all look amazing, if you need Tinting, full color Wraps ClearBra, Vinyl, signs or anything you can think of, Chris is the man for the job

Chris is very professional, prompt and detailed with his work. He did a 2.5 rough country lift and a custom grill on my Jeep Wrangler ! Love his work!!

I visited here twice & was not disappointed. The first time I stopped by for a quote on my 98 Eldorado. And I received a great price. Unfortunately before I had them do the work. I traded my car in for a 2011 cts after receiving the money from the insurance company. Still stoked on the quote they gave me. I wanted to do some business with them. So I took my new car for tints all around. And again, they did an excellent job. Not to mention I have lifetime warranty on the tint. I highly recommend this place. Do to the professionalism & prices.

After getting screwed and windows all jacked up by a private tinter, I was very happy when I saw the work Chris did on my truck. I should have went there first. I will definitely be back.

Terrible! Dude told me I could bring my car at 12:30. I make it there he says he forgot he has an appt that’ll take about an hour. I come back an hour later he says he’s finished and will see me in a couple minutes. I waited so long I ended up leaving and here he comes calling an hour later, I didn’t answer because there’s other tint shops around and glad I went with a shop that was more professional looking anyways instead of set up in a back warehouse with no address or signs.

Dope guy, dope work, dope price. When all other window tint shops ethier had down credit card machines or simply no availability for me, he provided me service on a late notice with no problem.

Called 2 weeks in advance, drive 3 hours to get there, and there was nobody around... Cant speak to quality bc I went to another shop, but the very poor service

Dont go they have been evicted and owe me a $3500.00 paint job that they wont honor but they will be in small claims court bet that.
