Brians restoration work is simply outstanding. Ive moved it throughout the country and tuners are stunned by Brians workmanship. The restored piano is voiced to perfection, plays flawlessly and holds its tune. Everyone who hears it play says it sounds amazing. Fantastic work from a true craftsperson.

I was shocked that Brian has not been vaccinated and refused to wear a mask ! :----(

Guy refused to wear a mask and said that masks are bunk science and that the virus doesnt affect young people. Literally turned down hundreds of dollars of work because he wasnt willing to wear a mask for a few hours. Mind boggling.

I just had my Yamaha baby grand piano tuned, it had not been done in 20+ years. Brian arrived exactly on time, and in 1-1/2 hours had it sounding like new and looking like new: tuned, polished and all vacuumed out (it was embarrassingly dusty inside). I would highly recommend him, and plan to start getting it tuned on a regular schedule using Brian. I read his reviews before hiring him, and agree with all of the great comments people wrote.

Brian rebuilt a 100 year old Steinway for us with superb results. The piano sounds excellent (our discriminating piano teacher was favorably impressed) and looks beautiful, too. The veneer is flame mahogany, which Brian brought back to life. He was also able to apply a finish to the legs to make them match the case. In short, he has the technical skills of both a piano maker and a woodworker.Brian also tunes our piano with care.

I found the company by searching for pianos. I didnt know he was right in Chester. I set an appointment to view his rebuilt pianos and fell in love with a small baby grand. I put a down payment and explained I would need 8 or so months before I could purchase. Meanwhile, Brian and his team were rebuilding the baby grand. Nearly a year later I visited the shop to see the end result. It was gorgeous, but my fickle heart was stolen from first sight and sound of a truly lovely player baby grand. The following Saturday, Brian let me come into the shop and play each piano. After a half hour on each, I knew without question which I wanted! It was very professionally delivered and set up in my home. I was very impressed with the movers he used and with Brians work! I love my piano and it catches everyones eye!
