Run down smells bad only 1 person working self check out with 20 to 30 people in line at a time no OPEN LINES NO OTHER EMPLOYEES PRESENT..(ON A GOOD NOTE MEAT 🍖 SECTION LOOKED GREAT STOCKED WELL PRODUCTS LOOKED GOOD 👍)

This place has the most horrendous customer service. They don’t follow corporate structure. Management here makes up their own rules.

They usually have everything i need. i only use self checkouts, so i can tell u the lines on self checkout move smoothly & quickly, not sure about the cashiered lines. honestly no complaints

The store needs better management. Trash all around the parking lot. Skids of merchandise blocking some aisles. Products out of place making finding out the price was wrong at the register. There are a few good workers that are happy to help you, but you have to find them. Sometimes it can take quite a while for a manager to show up with a case key. All in all go here if you are in a pinch. Otherwise the woodlake store is much better.

Wanted to buy a new laptop. First I could not find an associate for the department, it was brimming over with contracted cellphone people, but no Walmart associates for the area. Then when we found one for the area, she quickly stated I dont know anything about computers!We then went to the desk where she attempted to find it in the locked cage and they didnt have it. The inventory was very bad/ low and they didnt have many models we liked.

Found a good spot to park first thing. Forgot my mask but they had some at the entrance. Found what I wanted and got a empty self checkout spot. Day sucessful

I went in to buy a couple items and to also pick up an online order because my app would not let me check in. I went to the back where it says pickup orders but they no longer allow in store pickup. That wall should be repainted so others know this as well. Also the number on the pickup spots in the lot do not work it states that the voice-mail is full so that might need some work as well. But the gentleman that did help and brought my order out was awesome. He was helping EVERYONE at every car that was there asking for their order. Props to him for sure!!!

The people there were super nice and the helped me amazingly!! They didnt get weird when I asked to try on some pants of the opposite gender and the lady that was there watched me cart and even helped me find a pair that fit!

Would rather go to this location than the Colonial Heights location because of inventory and cleanliness.

Lately, produce inventory is slim. Many other items out of stock throughout the store. This is after MULTIPLE visits to various stores in the area.

Made a pickup order for 2-3. At 1:55, I got a text that it was ready. I was here by 2:10. Now at 2:56, I still havent received my order. I even tried calling the pickup number, but the mailbox was full and it ended the call automatically without ever ringing.

Wal-Marts the only store where you can smell the seafood section while standing in the tire department.

The employees has gotten way better. Most actually help and answer questions. Of course there are always a few that takes away from the good employees

Shopping was good, but lack of cashiers so I had to turn on my register light and check out myself. I think discounts should be given to customers who also act as an employee in self service store situations.

Love this walmart because its typically pretty clean, employees are friendly and when we shop (which is usually in the early morning hours) its not busy/crowded. Located in a great area as well

The in store Delivery Team at Wal-Mart is Excellent!!! They genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I will not be cancelling my membership after all thanks to MS Mariska calling me and apologizing for my items that were sent but unfortunately did not get properly delivered on yesterday. MS Mariska was very polite, understanding of my frustrations and assured me that my delivery experience would be be better going forward. 25 regular check out lanes and several self check out lanes in that store just up front. Only 3 cashiers open and a bunch of the self check out lanes shut down. Even customer service was 1 lane, not the 3 available. Every. Single. Cashier was moving like a sloth. Check out lines back through the clothing racks. Absolutely awful. I hate going to Walmart and have for years and it just keeps getting worse. Theres a reason why I go to other stores far more often now.

This Walmart actually has some decent workers. Must will take you to the item youre looking for instead of saying its over there. I dont go to any other one.Also the pharmacy staff is incredible. I forgot my insurance card and they got my info and called the insurance company to get my info from them.

Found everything I needed. The prices were good. AMD the store was organized. Food for Multi-Cultural shoppers.

Walmart has been during a whole lot better since my boyfriend and I and had an issue with an employee not wanting to assist my boyfriend and I at the self check line I guess we both were physically disable and just ignored us. Every since that problem was resolved we both have not had anymore problems and I just wanted to let Walmart know keep the good work so my boyfriend and I can be happy shopping at this Walmart because it is convenient for us because Super Center is close to my apartment and we dont wont to take our business elsewhere to another.

Lines are often long for cashiers and self checkout. I go here because I have to but I rarely get to run in and grab something quick because of how long the lines are.

No customer service skill at all! No cash at any of the self checkouts which is fine but not with one register open (fast lane) with at least 12 other customers in line. Worker was standing there flirting with another coworker. Never said one to any customer! Could have been helping those with 4 items or less or something! Ended up leaving there with none of my groceries. Get with it Walmart.

This Walmart has a Burger King Inside of it. They have a good selection of product and were trying to keep all the shelves stocked as fast as they could. The employees were extremely and helpful at this location. They already had their Black Friday sales out in the isles ready for this fun day.overall it was a great experience at this Walmart.

Pretty fast checkout it you do it yourself, otherwise have fun waiting on the cashiers.

This place is huge, and remarkably very clean, inside and outside.

The staff is not very friendly and the curb side grocery system went from fair , pre covid to horrendous during..Weve waited over an hour for our orders and once the employees all went home after we sat there for 1 hour and 15 minutes and two trips inside to seek a manager and speaking with 3 different grocery runners who assured us our order was coming out any minute. Then we sat and watched each of those employees leave the store and walk right past us??????Weve taken our weekly orders to the faster friendlier Kroger.. the bags are better and Ive never waited more than 5 min after check in.... the kroger prices hurt but I cant justify paying a store whos employees were so bad at their jobs...

Money center was closed , so it took a while to get assistance in the customer service line. Overall the experience wasnt bad

I do money service in so many other Walmarts; they are so smooth. But this Walmart made it so complicated. To make one money order. Staff needs to be trained.

It was very busy. They were out of play sand which was something I went in for. The self checkout was only taking cards, which wasnt a problem for me but probably inconvenient for some.

Help just look like well is it time to go home lot of the help didnt know where things are and some of them wouldnt say let me see if I can get you some help. They. Just walk away.

Of course after tax free weekend some school supplies were scarce or hard to find, but this Walmart is always clean and staff was helpful when we couldnt easily find what we were looking for.

Since March 2020, Ive been using the pickup service. Ive only been inside the store about 4 times since then. I never thought Id use the pickup service, but I really appreciate it and always get great service.

Its awful coming to Walmart lately. The shelves are half empty,the produce dont look fresh. The associates are nowhere to be found.This Walmart has only 2 or 3 registers open and the self check out is ooen. I have hear that Walmart us severely understaffed. I believe that with all the pallets left on the floor. I dont blame the associates for the look of the store,thats the fault of of poorly trained managers. I have been going to shop at other grocery stores,that seem to have their stuff organized.

A bit messy but that cannot be helped when you have peoples kids running everywhere and adults who dont put back what they knock over. Staff is 75/25 on being polite. Majority are nice but once in a while you do catch one thats not happy being there. I prefer the pick up option for Walmart so you dont have to go inside.

It needs to close down for two weeks for a deep cleaning. I dont feel clean shopping there. Junk and food are everywhere and the employees dont care. Thats not a good feeling with the times were in right now.

All in all this is a pretty nice Walmart. I wish there was always more people around to help you find something but this is very typical with Walmarts. Otherwise the store was clean, staff I talked to seemed friendly, and everything was easy to find.

Best tucked away little park Ive discovered in a long time... my 6 year old is in the spectrum and this place was full of so many adventure spots!!

They are not following covid-19 guidelines. When the store is busy like it always is it is never staffed to meet the customers needs. There is usually only one cashier. And that one cashier cannot handle all the customers on their own. Management needs to step in and pigeon to help

Terrible!!! They never have things is stock! They are dirty and rude. I have never gone to a Walmart and been told they are not in stock or dont carry the items needed. The past 3 visits I left with nothing in hand. I will drive the extra miles to go to another Walmart.

The store was fine, but there were ONLY 2 REGISTERS OPEN and the lines were ridiculously long.

The lines can be a little crazy at time an I wish they stay open a little longer but no complaints

Wal-Mart can be cheap and does stock grocery items that either are over-priced in other stores, or not carried at all. There is more to a store though than what it carries. This Wal-Mart is kept very poorly, not well stocked, they can be out of an item and it will take weeks for it to be re-stocked. Aisles are a mess. Recently trying to buy LED lightbulb, tried to buy 5 different types, 3 of the 5 packages did not ring up as the price on the posted labels. Ordered 1 package online because price was $3 cheaper online, went to pick it up, the pick-up counter is no longer used. Have to park in specific pick-up area to pick up one package of lightbulbs, call phone # for pick-up and all I get is an answering machine. Still had to go inside to find someone to contact pick-up. Also went in to buy deli meats , and deli counter is closed up just after 6 pm on a Monday night ? I now do most of my grocery shopping at the Aldi nearby. I like Wal-Mart but its a shame it is so poorly run.

Unstocked.The workers are often on their phones talking with friends as they walk around store on work time and some are not appropriately dressed..pants up please..I prefer that you do not have to hold your pants up when waiting on me..its ok when not working. Oh..try finding someone for help. Asked for help..the person said they would get someone..after 20 minutes I left. No purchase made.

Never have enough cashiers. The scan your own lane is usually 10-15 wait.

There was a BIG PROBLEM with my prescription, and it was urgent. The pharmacist was extremely helpful, and got it all squared away in less than 5 minutes. It could have ruined my whole day, but instead it was just a little snag. BIG thumbs up 👍
