I was stranded with my family in the middle of a 12 hour road trip. I had my vehicle towed to Loyalty and Loyalty Nissan was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose and repair my Pathfinder and get us back on the road! Right in the middle of their already busy day with no appointment!Thank you so much To the entire Dealer team and especially Mikaela! She is wonderful and clearly an asset to the dealer and it’s clients.I’d also like to commend the sales department for approaching me while we waited and offering to help us find an amicable deal to trade the vehicle in if the service department was unable to repair it so we could get back on the road. I honestly went in wanting a new car but wasn’t 100% sure if we would be able to afford it. No real expectations, but we left driving a 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport with all the bells and whistles I wanted and then some. We were treated with respect and never spoken down to. The experience was top notch and I have never had a less stressful car buying experience!!!!

Today I drove my electric Nissan Leaf on a long road trip requiring multiple charges. I charged at different Nissan dealerships along the way. I called Loyalty Nissan to make sure their EV charger would be accessible during non business hours so that I could arrange a stop there. They assured me I could come by and charge my Nissan Leaf any time. Yet, I arrived and all the chargers were blocked by new non electric cars. I almost ran out of charge. Very disappointed

Services were completed quickly. They were very friendly and customer service was outstanding while having a recall completed on my car. The only frustrating part was some of the additional services I was told my car needed and the pricing. I was quoted $99.99 for a cabin air filter change… later that day I went to an auto parts store and replaced my filter in 90 seconds for less than $15. $359.99 for a transmission oil change? That’ll take me 45 minutes to do on my own. The quotes and pricing are ridiculous and honestly predatory/insulting.

Brought my car in for state inspection and was informed that all lightbulbs needed to be replaced on the car or it would fail inspection. We purchased the car from the same dealership one year prior at which time we were told it had been inspected and passed. Now we are supposed to pay $250+ to replace all the lights? Only after my husband got very upset did the dealership pay for the lights.

I had a major problem with my vehicle that required me to get a transmission. Under the “Loyalties for Life” it was covered. I only had to pay for deductible. I was beyond thrilled with this program and Nissan standing on their word. I just want to say Hope was beyond helpful and friendly and just made everything go easy. She kept me in the loop as as to what was going on with my vehicle and I appreciate her for that. Thank you for all your help in this matter.

Awesome service never had a problem since I brought my vehicle. One thing I can say is Stephanie went above and beyond her duty to make sure everything went well. She text me to let me know that my car was in the air. Then she came in the lounge to let me know what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Stephanie was AWESOME. I had a horrible experience at loyalty Nissan. I will not recommend my friends and family to get service at this dealer. I went in for a oil change tire rotation and balance. That service was not done to my vehicle I called back and complained. I paid $85 for that service to be done it was not done. My vehicle was returned to me worse than I gave it to them. They did not balance my tires. I had to take it somewhere else and pay $130 for them to fix what loyalty Nissan did to my vehicle. I will not be going back to loyalty Nissan to get service on my vehicle. I will not recommend friends and family I do not trust the dealer. I would give them no stars if I could.

The service department is a total joke, will try and rip you off in a heartbeat. Took a 2017 Nissan Altima in with 60K, car was making a weird noise from passenger rear, told us we needed new shocks however failed to mention the bolt campaign that anyone can look up. Took it to our local mechanic what they were going to charge over 600.00 for cost an half hour in labor with honest mechanic. Tightening bolt fixed the issue DO NOT GO THERE!!! and they charged us 70.00 to tell us a lie!

This dealership was warm and inviting; the staff were friendly never pushy and never too far away to answer any questions we had. They have the perfect balance here. Tina never tried to convince us to settle for just anything. She was very patient and listened! She found us exactly what we were looking for. Ryan Perno was great too. Had a pretty bad experience with their rental car and service department. Even though my vehicle is under warranty. Still was over charged. The staff was very friendly. But I believe their policies are not to help people only to take advantage. Only thing good about this place is they offer free oil change. Was considering buying a new vehicle next year from them and now I am no longer doing so. They really need to consider their customers over their greed.

The sales people and sales managers are claiming that the reason for refusing to come down on the sticker price of their cars, both used and new, is because of a lack of inventory caused by the pandemic. Im very curious to see if that is still the case in another month or even 6 months from now.If they continue to have vehicles on their lots then all they are doing is taking advantage of a horrible situation and theyre only taking advantage of their customer base. Well see.

Had a 8:10 am appointment. Saw on time. People very nice. They tell you about how long your appointment will take, send you to a nive waiting area, then work on your car. Car was done in about an hour. Went over what was done with rep paid bill and was on my way by around 9:30 PM at the latest.

I had a scheduled oil and tire rotation set at 3.15 I dropped car off at 3 pm . Service said it be done in an hour. I waited about 45 minutes. I went outside walking and saw my truck just sitting in rear parking lot . I texted to inquire about the time then the service personal said they were working on it . I was standing at my vehicle and took photos service then said 30 more minutes . So now 430 or the dot the vehicle comes out . My question is how throughly was vehicle looked at ? How can I have full confidence it was when I clearly caught service in a lie ?

Experience was good. The only thing that concerns me is that mechanics offered maintenance service just because of the mileage and don’t check the part. For example they offered to change spark plugs, On my previous oil change I purchased the spark plugs from part counter and installed myself. Also, your service price are excessive compare to other Nissan dealership in the area. I went to Himan Bros Nissan and got the CVT transmission fluid exchange for $260 and they even had discounts. That is $100 dollars below loyalty price.

They did absolutely horrible. Went in to get one thing fixed for my car, they kept trying to tell me multiple things were wrong. Had my car for two days, almost three, taking apart things that didn’t need to be taken apart. Costumer service was the worst! Never got back to me or answered any questions. If I could give less than one star I would.
