I called the company when the seal on my window leaked. They verified the info in my window and shipped me a new replacement. Courteous, prompt, and friendly. What more could I ask.

From truckers point of view. Very good Americans working here. If all receivers and shippers work as professional as this place..Wouldnt be much raging in our profession.

Worked with this company while building a new house. Poor customer service, couldnt return an email or a phone call, email or for that matter a pigeon carrier. And to get them to come back out for warranty work is like performing a self-colonoscopy. Material quality was pretty crappy as well. If I had to buy building materials from a company or buy, hire and train a bunch of beavers to cut down and mill building supplies for me, Id pick the uneducated varmints. Either way it would be no difference to me.

Some guy who manages this place thinks hesh a cop, problem is they forgot to give him a badge, somehow he thinks hes parking enforcement on the public road (Bermuda Triangle Rd) Lol
