I absolutely LOVED this coffee shop. It is very inviting with modern decor and a positive atmosphere. The owner takes pride on creating the best coffee blends. I had a Cortado with oat milk and though it had no sugar, the flavor and boldness were so rich that it didnt need anything else! I also love the small gift shop area and countless signs to show appreciation for our military. The pastries are also really good, with a selection of breakfast sandwiches and other goodies. You can see patriotism, passion to provide the best customer experience, and quality to make you come back to Grant, not Starbucks! I also appreciate the hours of operation, so you can get here as early as 6:00 AM... The owner gotta be a former military member!

Enjoyed visiting this cool place, cold brew, warm scones, and fun part of town for strolling. Even have toys for the wee ones. Short walk to the new Perkinson Art Center and library. Had arts and crafts in the park on this Saturday afternoon. Worth a visit.

Great atmosphere, clean, great coffee and competitive prices. Year round Pumpkin Spice Lattes! Love that they are looking into adding Military Discounts. Only con is that they close so early, still merits 5 stars. I am wanting to open a coffee shop when I retire from the Army and opening up a place half as good as this one is a success in my book. Will come back again.

I discovered this really cool coffee shop this morning when I met friends for coffee! It is most definitely a wonderful addition to the Village of Chester! Great coffee and their pastry case is delicious. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere in the shop is very welcoming. Very reasonable prices and I will be stopping in often!

Such a wondeful first time experience! The owner is a great guy even offered samples of their house cold brew so I could make sure I liked the before ordering. I ended up ordering the beach bum cold brew and their southern chicken salad sandwich. Both were delicious! 10/10 cant wait for my next visit!

This place is the best thing to happen to Chester Village and I don’t even drink coffee. Awesome breakfast, lunch and sweets. Hot chocolate is amazing. Different baked goods each day. French toast donut! Spotless clean and owner and team are great.

I love going to Grants. Great people, great service, great food and drinks! The place is beautifully decorated and inviting. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Every time I come I want to just hang out. Ive even purchased fresh beans for home brew (cant remember the type) and it was delicious.They have a variety of drink, pastry, breakfast, and lunch items to choose from. They have just about everything youd expect to see in a coffee shop, but in my opinion it tastes better (fresher). The owners are locals and help support other local businesses by selling their products. What a great way to help build the community!I love their pastries because theyre always delicious. They have staples like youd find in other coffee shops, but theyre made differently. They taste and look home made in the best way possible. Ive yet to try anything I didnt like (highly recommend the apple fritters...and Im not even an apple fritter person).This is a great local, veteran-owned & operated establishment to support!

My sister and I tried it for the first time today. When we didn’t know what to get the staff was extremely helpful recommending things. We ordered a couple different things and as picky eaters I was surprised we enjoyed everything. The chicken salad was very good and the lemon poppy muffins were absolutely delicious. The iced chai was way better than any I’ve had at Panera. I also loved the atmosphere and feel while inside. It’s quiet enough to be a work environment. Much quieter than Panera I may add. AND it’s veteran owned! It also felt really good not getting any death stares for not wearing a mask. I appreciate that they respect an individuals choice. This will definitely be our new meet up place instead of Panera.

I love this place as always. Yesterday, I got a muffin. It was a carrot cake muffin and it was so moist. I also got a cup of coffee and it was delicious. I got these to go as I had somewhere to go. The place is so clean and the people are so friendly I will definitely be back.

Visited Grant’s for the first time this week and was not disappointed. Delicious coffee. Friendly, smiling baristas. Laid-back, relaxed environment conducive to bringing your laptop to get some work done. Clearly value freedom, personal responsibility, and respect. I live in the Fan but will be making the drive to Chester regularly from here on out to support this great business.

I love having a local coffee shop just around the corner from my work that actually respects my medical condition and doesn’t harass me for not being able to wear a mask or refuse me service because of it. The dirty spiced pumpkin chai is my absolute favorite and all of the staff are so friendly and actually remember my name when I come in. The owner has also been great at helping my small business to grow as well by referring his customers to my shop! Starbucks will never get my money again after they harassed me for my medical condition! Thanks Grant Coffee Company!!

They have a breakfast menu with donuts, danishes, apple fritters and so much more! They also have lunch options as well. They are also veteran owned and operated and still continue to support the military. Comfortable environment, and in my opinion this place is better than starbucks. Worth checking out!

Tried to support my local coffee shop today, but at least one of the employees felt he didnt need to wear a mask to protect their patrons. I dont care about your personal opinions or beliefs while we do business, unless you choose to make them known and even endanger the community with them. There other coffee shops. I dont need you, you need me. Walked out w/o a purchase and went to the corporate giant instead,. It sucks, but I guess starbucks understands that they want to sell coffee to everyone, not just the dangerously Ill informed.

Stopped in for my first time today and boy was I in for a treat. I had hands down the best Chai Tea Latte ever and have had many over many years. Friendly staff and while they werent the fastest at completing orders, definitely worth the wait. Definitely going back.

I LOVE family owned coffee places; the coffee always tastes so much better. You can always tell how much local shops care about their quality versus chains.Grants also had wonderful and amazing service: Trey took the time to go over the menu with my sister and me (since this was our first time going). The coffee and food was delicious and simple. I love that they support local shops when it comes to their pastries. :)The environment was also very comfortable and home-like too! I wish this place was closer to my route to work or my house so I could come here more often!

Refreshing addition to Chester! I visited Grant Coffee Company purely out of curiosity. When I entered the ambiance hit me immediately. Its a cool, contemporary, airy feeling. You dont feel like your in a tight space with tables placed too closely. The staff were friendly, engaging and definitely customer focused. My coffee was delightful with a hazelnut flavoring added (and surprisingly they have sugar-free flavorings!)Ill definitely return for more coffee and either breakfast or lunch next time.

I used to really like this coffee shop and I was so excited when they opened. I went in today for the first time in a long while and unfortunately the customers and the owner were not wearing masks. I treat cancer patients who are at risk therefore it would be irresponsible to put myself in a position at risk. Instead of making a scene, I just removed myself from the establishment but others should be informed of this information. I look forward to hopefully supporting this establishment when it is safe for me to do so.Edit: Please keep in mind the “temper tantrum” Mr, Grant is describing was me walking in, noticing no masks & silently walking out. After the response I received from my review, I will not be supporting this business in the future.

Good place, quick service and good coffee. Has sandwiches and baked goods. Doesnt require masks, so for the time being if you are at risk or come in contact with someone that is, be aware of that, otherwise a solid small business coffee option that supports good causes.

This place may very well have fabulous coffee, but I dont know. We went for lunch, out of curiosity, and were sorely disappointed. The choices are a custom club or 2 varieties of chicken salad, on toast, small wrap, croissant or bagel. Croissant or bagel cost extra. Hope you arent very hungry because thats all you get. It was over $16 for a club on a small wrap, chicken salad on a croissant, and 2 bottles of water. So, Id suggest going to try the coffee, but not expecting to eat. The staff was friendly though.

We had been waiting for Chester to get a coffee shop, and not only did we get one...we got one with amazing morals and values! They are super inclusive, veteran owned, and easily the kindest people around. We went yesterday for the first time and the owner was not only present, but quick to tell us good morning and have great conversation. My latte was AMAZING, and my fiancé said his chai tea was delicious!! I can not recommend enough.
