The work that was completed on my vehicle was excellent and they asked if I would like them to repair things which where found wrong with my vehicle while they where working on my vehicle.They were honest and informed me as the job was getting finished. They were very professional and reasonable with there prices.

After going to 2 different mechanics including dealership they couldn’t figure out why my car was shaking. Finally, Apex took the time and did research of my suv and figured out what the underlying problem was. I’m so happy to be able to drive again. I will definitely recommend Apex to anyone and their customer service skills is the best. Thanks again

These guys are the best! This stellar review is long overdue, because I began using Apex Autos services a couple years ago for my companys work vehicles. They did such a fine job that I began bringing my own personal vehicle there for oil changes & inspections/emissions. Jason and his employees are always thorough, friendly, personable, helpful and honest, and their prices are reasonable. After having a poor experience with another shop in the South Side (who clearly took advantage of the fact that I am a woman), its really great to know that Apex Auto treats ALL of their customers well, especially when youre visiting them for a not-so-great reason. I highly recommend taking your vehicles there!
