We have always been able to get an appointment within a decent amount of time & we love supporting a local business!

Took our hummer in for ac repair. They did a great job. Then lost a part and want us to order it and pay for it and hope they reimburse us after giving us a run around for months on not knowing how to order the part THEY lost and agreed to fix. And it seems this review may be the only way to get their attention to get this fixed.

They know what theyre talking about and dont rip you off. theyre a good send when it comes to auto repair. Chris is super friendly too!!

My son dropped off his Toyota Camry yesterday with over 275,000 miles on it, with all sorts of steering issues. Fully expected to get a bill for $300-$400 or more for it. Was thrilled to hear it cost only about $175.00 to fix it all... and it is now running better than it has in years. Really appreciate the integrity and affordability of this shop!

Called and made an appointment 2 weeks ahead for state inspection. Got there and they tell me they not doing them because of Covid well it would have been nice to been told that when I called and scheduled my appointment. Or at least call me to cancel the appointment. Wont be going back there ever again.

Very honest, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly staff and reasonable prices. My car was towed in to the shop on 04/14/2021 around 4:00p.m. I received a call on 04/15/2021 a.m. from the owner with a diagnosis (a bad diagnosis at that). I agreed to them proceeding with the repair, I received a call about 3:30 p.m. telling me my car had been repaired. Picked up my car this evening and I’ve been rolling since then. Pop Hevener would be so proud! A1service 💯%

Tgey were very backed up which is understandable. Took almost 2 hours for a state inspection... which was ok. The lady at the front desk seemed like she had a bad attitude so I wouldnt go back here for any service needs on my vehicle just for that reason.

Had a appointment. They canceled it and never notified me. Is that how you treat your customers now?

My tire was flat when I pulled in. Had to wait till they returned from lunch. I was in tears about my tire,the gentleman that helped me was so sweet, kind, understanding. He made sure all tires were ok & made me feel safe to get home. THANK YOU

Got my older truck inspected. Went in expecting zero issues and came out without a fuss and no random BS from the mechanics. Will go again next year.

They have excellent auto care service. Customer service could be a bit friendlier. Might be because she had her child with her.

Recently got a nailed pulled from my tire. I thought i would get a big hassle about other stuff with my wheels but they was straight and to the point and fast being that i was a walk in. 5 star for me right to the point .

They were recommended to me 20+ years ago. I have been going to them ever since for basic oil changes to major engine work. They are honest, reliable, and courteous. The girls in reception could do with some re-do but the mechanics and technicians are always courteous and explain in detail what they did.

Was able to drop in at the last minute on a Friday and have a tire plugged. They were very helpful, affordable, and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

Very friendly and fast. I scheduled an appointment for my state inspection, they pulled the car in within 5 min of being there. The brought a few things to my attention but didnt push the sales tactic. I highly recommend this hometown shop over the corporate shops.

Sister-in-law recommended Stevie and this place in general. Had a good experience here. Had a warning light come up on the dash of my car, and carried it here to get checked out. I paid the 90$ to get it tested because it was an airbag light. Turns out it was a problem with a part behind the steering wheel, so he quoted me for replacement and labor. I couldnt afford to pay that much for the new part, but his labor charge seemed very reasonable. So, I bought the part and made the repair myself, but apparently that light has to be reset by machine after the repair is done. I called again, and Stevie said he would reset it for free. Carried it up there one day after work, and 5 minutes later I headed out with no more airbag light. I was very happy with his service, and if I have to get other stuff worked on, Ill go there again.

I always take my car here if I have a problem I cant fix myself. Also great for state inspections. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. 5+ stars!

Great service and reasonably priced. Theyve been my go-to auto repair shop for almost two decades.

Recently my wife went here because our usual shop nearby was apparently too busy to even look at a tire losing air and told her she would have to drop the car off. Despite being busy themselves, after a short wait Heaveners took the car in and fixed it right away and only charged $15. That kind of service just got them a future customer.

Stevie and his crew are great! They really take the time to talk to you about what issues they find with your car, and are upfront with how intense they think their labor charges will be for locating hard-to-find issues like vacuum seal breaks. Absolutely recommend them for just about any type of car & car issue you can imagine.

I have been using Heveners for several years. I trust them and never feel like they are telling me something is wrong when it isnt. It is hard to find an auto shop with integrity these days.
