BEWARE!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR THINGS FROM YOUR VEHICLE!!Cops had my truck towed. They wanted a lot of money which I didn’t have so I tried to get my wallet and tools from the truck. They stole my wallet and my tools and tried to charge me to get my stuff out even though it was all stolen. These people are THIEVES!!

This place stole tools from my vehicle and they want to charge Astronomical prices to get it out of impound. Unwilling to work with you.

This place is not only an auto body shop it’s also a storage lot for cars that were towed off the streets. Then they charge you $376 for one day. One day $376. To get your stuff out of your vehicle $199. Can you say fraud, scam, ripoff, cahoots?? I don’t know about the auto collision service, but the tow and impound service is a ripoff. Is this the way businesses keep striving in a city like Chester by ripping off its residents of there hard earned money? Philadelphia Parking Authority isn’t even charging these kind of prices. And this is just an auto body shop!!!

Very efficient process when dropping off my car, which had been in an accident. Great friendly service, easy paperwork and I was in a rental in 20 minutes.

They work with the Police and charges outrages prices for a tow. Left me stranded 10 miles from my home had to walk home would not give me a ride.
