Great selection of high quality sheds, playhouses, and swing sets. The selection and quality is on-par with what we found elsewhere, and beyond what we had hoped we’d find locally.Janice was extremely helpful and patient with us in reviewing customization options, despite the fact that we had hyper, jumping, climbing, crying young children. We’ll be coming back. Strongly recommended if you’re in the need for a high quality shed or playscape for your kids.

We loved the fact that Best in Backyards was open on Sundays! It’s often our only day to get things like this done. They had many options, helpful & friendly staff. I am so far pleased with my shed purchase, although I did think a ramp should be included and it was not.

Got the Backyard A-Frame design built on site. Worked with Janice in Cheshire with the ordering, who was very knowledgeable and helped me get the right shed for my needs. I was very happy with the workmanship of the finished shed. The build quality is excellent. The shed was completed in a day, but because it rained just as they were finishing it up, they needed to come back to do the touch up painting, which they did a couple days later. (Touch up was needed because of the transport, not due to anything they did.) Very very pleased with the team who built the shed. Axel, in particular was extremely nice and very professional. It was evident that quality and details were very important to him. I highly recommend Best in Backyards sheds.

Everyone I worked with at Best in Backyards was great! My wife an I walked into the Cheshire location with our two children and not only did Janice allow my kids to play on the trampolines, but she made the selection process for our shed quick and painless. Very happy with the final results. Still cant wrap my head around the process used to install my shed. That Mule is awesome! No damage to my lawn. Thanks Janice and team:)

The selling process was good and I am happy with the final product, but the delivery/installation process could use some work. We were given a vague timeline for when it would be installed (and it was installed within the time--maybe 2 or 3 weeks?). On a random Tuesday morning they showed up to install without any sort of previous warning. Thankfully, my stepdaughter was there and called me while I was dropping off my kid at daycare. I normally work in at the office, but I have the luxury of occasionally working from home. I came home because it sounded like they would have installed it anywhere had I not been at home. I am not sure what would have happened if I couldnt have been reached or come home--and I certainly was not happy about 0 notification. They took a really longtime to put it together--and they seemed surprised it took them that long. It was kind of like they had never done it before. They complained they still had another person to install after ours. In the end, it seems like it was solidly installed and am happy with the final product.

I had a very pleasant experience with Best in Backyards! It was a chilly, drizzly day when I stopped by to check out swing sets for my kids. Janice braved the elements and came outside and answered EVERY question I had. I never felt rushed. My kids were allowed to sample the playsets and were very happy to be there.Janice pointed out different things and helped me pick the best playset that was big enough for my 5 year old to enjoy, but small (safe) enough for my 1.5 year old to enjoy too. Her knowledge of each set was impressive.The installers were also good. They arrived on-time, were professional, and kept me informed throughout the installation. They finished in excellent time, which enabled 3 very excited kids to play before a rainstorm came.

Couldnt be happier with our playscape purchase! Janice was a wonderful resource and helped us choose exactly the right model for our needs and budget. The installers were efficient and thorough in their work. While these playscapes may be slightly more expensive than what you might find at a Big Box store-- the quality is incredible. It is more than worth the price to have the peace of mind that your children can use this safely for years to come!

Best in backyards was a pleasure to deal with, we purchase a swing set from them in 2006 it lasted for 13 years with no problems, Just purchased a beautiful new set, delivered and installed the same day, took away the old one and installed the new one, installers were really professional and pleasant, office is also very pleasant to deal with as well, Highly recommended !!!!

My wife & I were very pleased with the whole process in purchasing our shed. Janice Borowy was great. She took her time to explain all of the available options & was extremely knowledgeable & customer focused. The shed was built on site by Celso, Carlos & Esau. They did a great job. They worked hard the entire time they were here, took a lot of pride in their work & made sure that everything was done correctly. If we purchase any other items that need to be installed, we will specifically request this crew.
