I live in New York City. I had been shopping for replacement Hunter Douglas shades since an apartment fire destroyed mine. The bids I had from city-based vendors were pricey. When I visiting my father in Cheshire, where I grew up, he suggested looking at HFM. When I first walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff. I was introduced to Tim. the owner, who immediately began working with me. Right from the start, the level of customer care was extraordinary - and it never wavered, even after the sale was complete. Tim and his staff are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and most concerned with making sure the customers come first. When FedEx damaged a long curtain package, Tim took care of everything and a new curtain was delivered inside a week. When the shade need to have a small amount trimmed off to fit inside the recessed window, Tim had it sent back to the factory where it was trimmed to fit perfectly. Or course, FedEx damaged the packaging yet a second time.... but regardless of the problem that I faced with shipping or measurements, Tim and the team at HFM interiors had my back. Their prices are certainly competitive, but their attention to the customer and product details are second to none. I cannot recommend HFM strongly enough for curtains, upholstery, and high-quality fabirc furnishing. Thank you, Tim and the team, for turning my house back into a home.
