Dana is phenomenal! She is always cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained things in a way that no one else had ever done before. I was actually able to understand things without needing a medical degree. Dane is very compassionate and she obviously loves her job.

Dana was super professional and informative. I can’t Say enough about her and her service and knowledge. She walked me through things step by step and answered every question I had completely and patently. She was very prompt and on time for my appointment, I appreciate that so much as no one is on time these days and my time is very limited. I highly recommend her for all your hearing needs and questions.

Omg! This place is amazing. My grandmother has been wearing hearing aids for many years and we’ve been to many hearing aid clinics…..But our experience with Dana at Miracle Ear was phenomenal! She just seemed to really care, and she worked hard to get everything perfect for my Gran. I’m so thankful.

Dana was amazing. She helped me out and explained everything about my hearing loss because I knew my hearing was getting worse. She explained everything so perfect about the hearing aids they have to offer and never got annoyed/irritated/rude when I would ask her to repeat something (you’d be surprised how rude people get when you can’t hear) it was an amazing experience and when I absolutely need new hearing aids, I’ll be back!

Visiting family in the area, I came in the office for someone to service my hearing aids. Rebecca not only did a good job cleaning them but she made an adjustment that sounded even better than my home office! Saw how she interacted with other customers. Thoroughly impressed. Im coming back here the next time I am visiting tidewater.
