Stopped at this dollar tree in Florida. Store number 1532. I have never seen a store like this totally professional straightened. All Employees working hard on the floor cashiers at the register very pleasant attitude. I asked the one employee were they a special group that came in to stock or did they work there. She said no they work there. I let her know that was the nicest store I have ever been to. I travel all over the United States. I have never seen anything like it. I shop at the Ontario, Oregon store. I love the deals I find and great shopping for back to school and just kids fun stuff. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. However ... The store is literally an embarrassment. There is trash, and merchandise on the floor down every aisle. Nothing in its place. There are also unemptied boxes stacked three or four high. Its impossible to get more than one shopping cart down the aisle without trying to move to the side and stop to let someone pass. Shelves are so mixed up with things that dont belong and you can barely find what youre looking for. Things on racks are on the floor or in the bins below. Ive seen employees just walking around when they could be correcting this situation. I have to say this particular store is a hot mess! It wouldnt hurt to have an unexpected visit from corporate. It would be a real eye-opener. Im sure this doesnt represent you Dollar Tree culture.

We have such a beautiful quaint little town here in Hurricane Utah, and this is the mess that we contend with at our Dollar Tree. Trip hazards, handicap inaccessible due to the piles of boxes in every single aisle, product scattered across the floor and being ruined. If emergency services needed to get in there, they could not get passed the inventory in the aisles. customers have to tuck between freight, in order to pass each other! A Walker cannot even be used here, let alone a wheel chair!

Love that this store came to Libby, Mt. Never left without a bag full.Usually this store is pretty clean, yesterday though, it was not. Bathroom was a mess!Also, signage blew down, been laying in the parking lot over a month. Really!!! Cant someone go pick it up? Replace it?Would like to see a bench in the front of the store, or outside. We are a town of many old people, and that would be nice to have husbands or children a place to wait. No garbage can for public use out in front, but, you have ugly dumpsters right in the front. Cant you put them on the side? Or back of building? The store sits towards the back of a huge parking lot off highway 2. The first thing your eye goes to, is two garbage dumpsters. And they always seem full and over stuffed.I noticed family bargain installed a garbage can out front ( they are your next door neighbors) but, in this lazy society, how many people are going to walk over there to use that can? Just saying!Overall, I am happy with the store, and your employees are always cheerful.

I tried calling the corporate office number but no luck, it only has option to leave a voice mail.Store 1190 in San Antonio, Texas is the best. Dora, the store manager, has made a positive impact on this store. I live right behind the store and has never seen this store so organize and employees are extra helpful and respectful. They always greet everyone as they come in the store and always working. Dora always goes above and beyond for her customers and it shows how a great leader she is as all her employees do the same. They all deserve a raise, please do.

I live in Fountain Valley, CA. I use to like shopping at the dollar tree in the Costco shopping center but recently they transferred the store manager. The replacement is a very disorganized and unclearly female.I also witnessed her being very rude to a paying customer. She was called up to help with the check out line and told the customer waiting in her line “I’m closed”!!! and rudely repeated “I’m closed”!!If this is the kinda of leadership she presenting guess what we can expect from her associates.If dollar tree continues to support this kinda attitude from the supposed manager as paying patrons we should stop shopping and supporting their stores.I hope their corporate office and leadership take notice of these concerns and not ignore them.

The store in Largo Florida on Missouri Ave is a disaster. Aisles are cluttered. Easily a safety issue.

I had the most awful customer service experience at the Dollar Tree store #6207 located at 7119 FM 1464 Suite 200 Richmond TX 77407. On 10/6/2021 I visited the store to pick up a few items. Store manager as she identified herself as Michelle put all of my items in 1 bag. When I ask that she not put all of my items in 1 bag, her response was, you could do that yourself, since I rang it up. I stated to her, I did not work at Dollar Tree. Her attitude was extremely foul. I asked her to just refund my money and was told they do not do refunds, I would have to exchange items. I then told her okay, well let me just exchange items, she walked away and went to the Halloween section and began to act as though she was working. I took pictures of her while she refuse to refund my money and the pictures of her exemplified her lack of professionalism and the ability to provide a positive experience with customers. Might I add, when I arrived at the store, she was on the side of the store hiding smoking a cigarette!!! Corporate if this is what you hire as managers, your company is in grave need of a process and HR improvement.

The dollar tree in Roanoke, TX has signs posted on the door that states no one may enter without a mask. Sorry, but Texas doesnt have a mask mandate anymore. The employees dont get to pick and choose who wears a mask. You are losing customers.

Store # 1473 is filled with great cashiers. Unfortunately the air doesnt work very good. They are forced to work in this store with a broke air condition. Its always hot when I enter store. There is no frozen food in the freezers. The store is so so warm it melts the chocolate candy, brownies, cakes and pastries. They started putting those in the freezer at a nice temperature to keep them from melting.These freezers have been like this for several months now and need to change immediately! As a customer who patronize Dollar Tree all over Georgia by traveling for work, I find that Dollar tree may have changed vendors for frozen food and not willing to rectify this situation. If your not going to sell frozen food, there are other stores that will be happy to take our money.

I am not even going to get into the mess that the Dollar Tree in the Baldwin Square Shopping Center in Fairhope, Alabama is; that goes without saying as of late; what I will address is the blatant violation of the No Pets store policy that is displayed by the front doors!!!! Twice now I have encountered pets coming through the door; most recently today just a little while ago. Right in front of me checking out were two women with a small dog on a leash walking around on the floor and before they were finished with their checkout, the dog wet the floor!!!! If youre going to have a policy, it needs to be enforced!!!! The animal in question was most definitely NOT a service animal, and should not have been in the store!!!!

I love shopping at Dollar Tree here in Houston because I dont shop at other stores. I have anxiety so I go there to shop because I can find everything I need and the cashiers are fast so I get in there and out of there quickly. So if they go up in their prices I will not be shopping at all.

The cashier was so rude. She was throwing our stuff in the bags. She overloaded the bags and I had to ask her 2 times to double bag them because they were so full. The last time she waited on me, she broke 1 of my glass items. This time I took the stuff back out and checked them. She rolled her eyes both times that I asked her to double bag my stuff. She acted like she was mad at the world because she had to be there. She was even rude to the customers in front of us.

Its bad enough that often dollar tree stores are not properly maintained but now they lan to raise the prices, Dollar general started out that way and now I hate shopping there because their prices are high. Hope this idea is trashed.

The new Dollar Tree in Manhattan, KS on Southwind Place is already starting to look trashy. The general manager has no interest in keep the floors swept. I know because I talked to her about it. She has a bad attitude and should be replaced. Its too bad that a nice, new store has already gone downhill. There is not one isle that doesnt have trash on the floor.

The staff is rude and disrespectful. When my coworker and I approached the only person who seemed to be available in the store for assistance we were told to render our bags . The worker identified herself as Nia and refused to give a last name. I noticed that there were no other bags in the possession of the employee and asked if there was a posted policy. She stated that she didnt have to post that policy because she was the manager. My coworker and I felt as though we were targeted based on appearance and race. I havent experienced this policy in this particular store before or any other Dollar Tree. The dollar tree store in San Luis Obispo has 3 carts that are available for customers. They had 2 more carts full of merchandise to stock. This has happened every time I have been in. Today I just left. I asked for a cart and the young man behind the register said there was none available. I also checked the parking lot. Making it hard for people to spend money in this store is crazy and horrible customer service.

While there isn’t typically an issue with personnel, the Morgantown P A store is really dirty. Floors look like a tornado went through. This is everyday not just once in a while. Every aisle. Do they not have periodic checks?

I give this company one star and that is being very gracious. Corporate is either very poorly represented or just doesnt care about its employees. I speak from personal experience, the District Manager in my area takes forever, if at all, to respond to any issues. I was personally underpaid when I was told I was supposed to make $13 an hour and made $12.50 instead. I also was not paid out for my final paycheck as I was supposed to be. I would not advice applying for this company unless you just want some extra money and dont care about not going anywhere in the company or not getting paid enough to live.

I stopped by at one of your stores #625 in Oxon Hill MD yesterday 09/30/21 b/n 6 pm - 7 pm but unfortunately, encountered a very rude unprofessional raggedy employee who told me she is the manager. I asked her name and the store number and refused to give me that information and her ridiculous reason is she is busy, but she was doing nothing. Furthermore, I used to love Dollar Tree but corporate needs to address this kind of unacceptable employees behaviors and customers mistreatment. Today on 9/15 at 16:28, I was at the Dollar Tree on Woodbury Ave in Portsmouth NH. When o got to the check out, I handed the cashier my bag to put my stuff in. She grabbed it from me & threw it down the counter. Then she started to ring out my stuff & proceeded to throw my stuff down the end of the counter as well. When I saw, she had no intention of bagging my stuff, I started to bag the stuff my stuff. I paid for my stuff & she them threw the receipt at me. I said thank you & told her to have a good day. She grumbled at me. I found her to be rude & my friend who was with me, thought she was rude as well. This is not what Im use to, when I visit this store. Please force those individuals who own mini-marts to utilize dollar tree direct to order their items. They put a hardship on the store when buying ALL of the products; shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, etc and nothing is left for the average consumer to buy. Waiting on the next truck to arrive is not the problem...it is having the staff to put the product out! You are doing a GREAT disservice to the average consumer by allowing this.

Juan is a horrible manager of this store!!! People waited in line way longer than they should have and the one & only girl at the register was on her 2nd day of working here. I felt bad for her.. it wasn’t her fault at all! The manager saw the line and walked to the back & did not get back up! Then he finally comes back up and all he could say to the customers that have been waiting a long time- was next in line! No thanks for waiting etc.. plus I confronted the manager and he said : dying you see me with someone- I was busy. And then tells me to get out of the store! Wow are you kidding me!! That right there shoes me that they get just anybody in here as a manager!!Unbelievable to say the least! Shame on you!!! Customers come first and I told him that - even tho I have to leave the store! What a poor example of a store manager! I also called and left a complaint as well!!! Hope they fire him on the spot!!! Dollar Tree stores are like shopping in a dump. One In Waynesville, NC always a mess, stock crowded and in bins. So crowded you can barely make it down the aisles. Stock piled up in aisles. Product all over the place, NO organization. Dirty and just a HOT MESS. NEVER have ANY of the items you see on YouTube for arts and crafts. The trucks will be in Saturday is all I ever hear. Done with Dollar Tree. Rather pay a little more and shop in a clean, organized store. Dump shopping is not for me.

I dont know whats going on with the Dollar Tree on Main St. in Hope Mills NC . The store looks like it is in need of an upgrade. It looks dirty and smells like garbage when you approach the front of the store. I have observed management speaking to employees in an unprofessional manor. I would recommend corporate take a look at this store and make some upgrades both in regards to the stores appearance and how managers treat their employees.

Respectfully, please update the registers and scanners in alignment with the 21st century. Please fix the registers and scanners that don’t work. We can only scan as fast as the scanners can go and a lot of them don’t scan well. Also, please use only the white bags with the Dollar Tree logo. The gray ones without the logo don’t open well and rip very easily. We’re supposed to bag at least 8 items and try not to double bag but that’s actually impossible with the bags ripping apart and it’s actually embarrassing. I would like to be professional but that’s just not right. Finally, the pin pads are so old, they’re worn out and the customer has to hit the button for a receipt or no receipt a few times until it registers. And - it slows the process when it’s very busy to make that decision so just print the receipts all the time, altogether. What you think we’re saving on paper, we’re wasting on those gray bags that are difficult to open and rip apart easily. Just a few ideas from someone doing a retirement job who has a Master’s degree in science. However, I love working at Dollar Tree because it’s fun for the customers and me. Who doesn’t like everything for $1 and party goods and great seasonal items?

I’m writing in reference to store #2686 in Boise idaho. The sign on the door said the store opens at 12:00 noon. After several phone calls the manager finally showed up at 12:30. There were about 20 customers waiting outside in the 100 degree heat for the store to open. An employee told us the manager is always late, and yesterday she never showed up at all. Please get a new responsible store manager. Thank you.

I just saw a report about Dollar tree and how they wouldnt let a worker have a bottle of water at her register. I worked at a Dollar tree and I was able too have a bottle of water I guess its just which store youre working at. But they are Always Short Staffed and my personal opinion is because they dont have a permanent set schedule! I mean if youre olny working three days a week let it be the same hours. Its hard too work a job and raise a family especially kids and find a set babysitter when youre hoyrs change every week! Like I said its just my opinion if Dollar tree would increase they wages and have a more set schedule they could keep workers! And having a place too sit for lunch and break wouldnt hurt ! And instead of having too hang youre coat and personal in the one and only place the manager office might all make a difference !

Passed 2 stores in hopes of finding the neat one - that should have been STONECREST PKWY. .Upon entering (as well as garbage outside),Empty shelves, broken down boxes & stacks of box that had not been opened yet. Terribly sloppy. ... There were 3 employees 2 at cash registers 1 Manager looks like she was hiring a worker, and I saw 1 person stocking a shelf in back. All refrigerator cases were empty & there was a sign on bathroom door - that it was out of order. * I FELT UNSAFE BECAUSE ALL THE AISLES WERE CLUTTERED !!!

May 27, 2021 @3:00 PM - Lynchburg, Virginia - Candlers Mountain Store Location - I asked for the bathrooms location. The door seemed to be locked, so I knocked and no one answered. Therefore, I assumed that the door was locked, and I asked an employee to unlock the door. She said, Someone must be in there. I told her that no one answered when I knocked and the employee stated, I wouldnt answer either because I dont like people knowing my business. I said, Excuse me! It is common courtesy to answer a knock on the door AND people would know your business ANYWAY when you walk out the door so that doesnt make sense. I left the store without making a purchase because I was so angry. I drove to Dollar General down the street and used their bathroom and made my purchases. When I called the store (30 minutes later) to report the incident, the same young lady answered the phone and hung up on me. I called again, and Veronica answered the phone this time. Veronica was very nice, and she told me that the bathroom door has a problem with the lock, and the door must have been stuck. She refused to believe that the other young lady hung up on me. I called Corporate Headquarters to report the complaint and no one answered the call for more than 45 minutes. I left a voicemail, and no one returned my call. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this store location.

Was shopping with my disabled brother he went to throw a very small piece of paper in the trash can by register the cashier yelled so very loud at him it took hours to calmn him he already doesnt go out hardly at all due to PTSD SHAME ON THIS WOMEN ANNND THE MANAGER FOR ALLOWING THIS SHUCH AN OUTRAGE

Went to the dollar store on warwick blvd. Had over 75 items in cart. Had 6 employes standing around including manager. Disabled and was told you have to check your self out and bag your own items. Said it was a test. I will never go this store again. When was I hired to work as cashier? This is stupid!

Dollar Tree close at 8pm I got there @ 7:53 and the door was locked. The manager was letting someone out I said are you all closed? He said yes I lock my door a 7:50. So I guess hes making his own hours. I only need 2 things and stated that to him and he didnt care. Poor customer service skills. This the store in the Gravois plaza. All of them that work there have attitudes. I would really like to know why they come to work. Thats why I started going to stores for out. I simply dont have time.

I would like to know two days ago I went to Dollar tree or some items plus eggs had to go through at least 15 dozen to find ones that werent Frozen and then thawed resulting in cracked eggs I reported it to one of the clerks at Dollar tree as I didnt see the manager but I will the next time Im in there well be following up of why they accepted delivery on Frozen and thawed eggswo days ago I went in for various items and also eggs which I only buy a Dollar tree and much to my dismay I went through about 15 dozen till I could find two dozen that hadnt been frozen cracked and we thought out I would like to know why are the eggs being frozen and shipped to Dollar tree for unsuspecting customers

Today cashier #4 Diane no service customer. She chewed my young teenager out for not having the exact change for a notebok. My child only had bills. Then as my child walked away confused Diane rolled her eyes looked at the next customer shocked her head and mumbled something. I witnessed the whole thing. Then I went back through the line to buy a soda and and she if shed do it again and she said I need my change again with an attitude. Unless your hard up for change she needs to be addressed. Weve been going to this store since day 2 and never had a rude chash especially to a child.

I live in Independence Missouri.I have gone to several of our Dollar Trees and all of them are very short on push carts 6 in a store!! If these carts are not available I leave. Why? I use the cart to lean on and am unable to carry all the items I wish to purchase as do many older folks.

We spend our money supporting the business but they continue to hire disrespectful and non customer service friendly employees. I watched today as the store manager berated a customer for not having his mask. I understand the state mandate, as did the other customer. But even though the customer was being polite, the manager proceeded to scold him like a child. I intervened and advocated for the customers respect but the manager walked away, repeating Its only been a year since weve had to wear masks and walked out the door. I told her that was so rude. She repeated the statement as she exited the building. This is not how you treat customers and I complained to corporate. Lets see if they care enough to take my complaint seriously.

I came to dollar tree on 1121 west 6th street irving tx. Store #7837I was approached very rudely by a so called manager by the name Rochelle.I was looking at some boxes that were laying around when she very rudely approached me and my husband got very close to my husband as if to fight and says can I help you.At this time I told her kindly that I was looking cause I may need an item in the box. She got a bad attitude and said well next time ask for help dont be looking at boxes.I told her please give me your name and she replies shouting Rochelle and said go ahead and call them make sure you tell them what you were doing. I was doing her job.I am a loyal costumer to dollar tree.I have been for many years. In the last couple of month all the merchandise has been laying around in every aisle.All the merchandise is packed and thrown around in the store it is the messiest store.The fact that this person comes up to us infuriated is out of Line if she would do her job and have the employees actually unpack the merchandise.That whole ordeal would be avoided. I am very disappointed with this store employees thy are lazy and very uncurtious to the customers.If that person continues to work at the store I will stop being a customer and will advise my friends and family to do the same.Her demeanor was uncalled for.

Quit in february (store 7445) because i had a court ordered restraining order and my manager refused to honor it and forced me to deal with my ex husband constantly harassing me inside the store while i was working. they didnt move me or anything, just said it wasnt their problem and to leave my personal life at home and that they cant ask him to leave because he didnt steal anything. otherwise was a good job. managers are rude, store is disorganized, employees are rude and careless....... you guys have a major issue with mismanagement!!

Poor Poor place. This store #261 in Dundalk, Maryland dont have enough employees and between the District Manager and the store Manager they dont give a damn that the employees are working as hard as they can with no help from them. The shelves need to be cleaned and stocked. This store has only been here for about 1 year.

I dont hate the place. I tried to make a complaint about the material the potholders are now made of. It melted on my oven rack. The manager wouldnt listen. Told me to get in touch with corporate. I cant get in touch with corporate except for a recording. Just wanted someone to listen and take those potholders out of the stores before someone gets burned really bad. Lawsuit ready to happen!

I stopped at this Dollar Tree on Tuesday, 11/17/2020 in Cocoa Beach, FL, store #5236. I was treated like royalty, I have never had this service at any Dollar Tree before. Jasmine & Justin actually carried all my bags to my car and put them in for me. Out of the goodness of their heart they said, they were delighted to do it. Pleasant Hill, MO store is so sad. This community was so excited to have this store and as of today April 28, 2021 it has no management to speak of, employees informed me the District Manager is leaving as well. The store does not keep up stock, hours are noted by handwritten signs in the window. They close when they want to and delivery drivers that deliver to other stores are wondering why they cannot deliver their product on dates scheduled such as cocacola, pepsi and such. It is very sad as I stated above this town really does love that store when it first opened. Final note, it hasnt been in this town very long. It has had very poor management prior to be management less.

The dollar tree store has everythings a 1$ but has items in the store $3 & $5. No sign saying its dollar tree plus outside or inside the store. It doesnt matter whether it was done yesterday, there should have been a sign up letting the customer know. This is called false advertising.

LAKE MEAD AND HOLLYWOOD STORE IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADAIve been shopping at the store for years and I really liked it until I went to the store and on a holiday the manager started yelling at me lunged at me following me threatening that they were not going to ring my purchases, then told her friend to listen closely should I say anything in my own defense, when her girlfriend who was ringing me up didnt hear anything she made something up witch got the manager even more enraged and she then stalked me to my car screaming threats and profanitiesthis manager NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!!!I was so startled and shaken that I cried all day and contacted my attorney. I literally felt threatened to my bones and helpless in that she had already coaborated with the employee and in thus demonstrated that she was MORE THAN WILLING to fabricate a lie to support her actions without even thinking twice about it.

Got hung up on. Their customer service is terrible. No major complaint, I was just trying to resolve my exchange issue. Hanging up on someone is completely rude, especially if a customer has been polite regardless of their issue.

Are any Dollar Trees ever cleaned and organized? Do the management team and sales associates know how to greet and display a resemblance of customer service ? Cmon Dollar Tree you can do better than this

How to file FMLA when they didnt send paperwork, & you cant reach anyone? The GM acted like she didnt want me to file anyways, just like when my hours were messed with the Hotline did nothing and working off the clock they did nothing I got fussed at

I was standing in line at the Dollar Tree at Needmore and North Dixie Drive in Dayton Ohio when I asked the only cashier if they could open another register because there was 12 people standing in line complaining, I was third in line so I really didn’t care one way or the other, the cashier named Cheyanne, replied if you don’t like it then leave. I was shocked at her response, several people did leave. I don’t know your policy of how you treat your customers but I find that unethical and unprofessionalneedless to say I will gladly pay a higher price for my items here on out than to shop your stores when to shop elsewhere.

As a victim of a discrimination act that took place at store #11760 in S.I. N.Y. Im still waiting for response from CEO Michael Witnyski and legal counsel Sara Berg Rafal. They refuse to provide me with the law/statute that justified their discrimination act done by store manager Jerimiah. As Ive stated before I will not cease until I get remedy for the unlawful behavior and act of Family Dollar.

I went to the store located in Great Neck,NY today. This store has a reputation for being obnoxious to patrons but I had never personally experienced anything until today. The cashier was attending to someone and I waited till she was gone to approach as I was trying to maintain my distance. The cashier barked at me to come forward and I told her it’s not necessary to be rude as I was trying to maintain distance from the pre iota customer. She pretended not to hear me and didn’t offer an apology. There was a man standing nearby who works there but not sure if he is the manager. He heard this exchange and told me that they don’t need my business and that I should not come back. I’m not really sure what gives him the right to say that to a customer especially at a time like this when everyone needs business. But I definitely will not be spending my money there. Corporate should really look into this store location as they are notoriously rude to customers and it’s a bad reflection on the company.

The dollar tree on San Jose Blvd. in Jacksonville Fl. Is disgusting!!! Always long lines without any employees willing to help cash out... The bathrooms are gross and never clean. It needs a major upgrade, people shouldn’t have to shop in such filth.. This company makes millions and can’t even repair their stores!!

Great place to get good stuff cheap. Though please keep clear of the ones in the hoods.

Was overcharged and ask for the money back that they overcharged and the manager kimberly told me they arent in business to give back money just go get another if thats true how many people a day get overcharged guess thats a good way make some more profit

I shop at a Dollar Tree in millsboro, Delaware, on route 113, dupont highway. I am a pretty regular customer there. You have an employee named Justin. He is a gem. Hes so friendly and sweet. Im 78 and doing a lot of crafting just recently. He even told me to bring my finished product in so he could see it. He engages in conversation but keeps it short so people are not backed up in line. You better treat him well or you will lose him to a competitor. I also compliment you on the stores merchandise. It is usually very well stocked.

Location in Brighton Colorado, Prairie Center. Bought ballons for my daughters birthday day 2 days before party. I was told that they were out of helium after i bought ballons. Was told to go back in a couple of days. That they would have helium than. Went back 2 days later. Mary the manager said why i didnt have them fill up ballons when i bought them. I explained to her that they were out when i got them. She refused to fill up ballons. Its the last time i go to this dollar tree for any of my purchases. And will recommend to all my friends and family not to shop there. I will be posting this on all my social media.

Cane to the dollar tree on towne blvd in middletown ohio and it was closed. I watched two workers walk in and lock the door behind them while we were walking up. The hours said they close at 9pm it is currently 5:18pm.Why . Will this review even matter, probably not, but please remember your customers keep your business going. Terrible employees.

The newest Dollar Tree in Hampton Va on Aberdeen Rd. was a huge disappointment. Expecting to be able to find most of the new products Ive been seeing elsewhere I drove over, the ladies on the registers were very polite ,however as I was shopping I noticed more and more empty shelves ,hooks, clip strips, displays etc..full u boats, boxes of product sitting in the aisles, under the shelving where they were to be displayed IN the sealed box under the empty display box..this was ALL through the store..At one point I heard one of the ladies tell a customer their truck was coming the next day and if it wasnt on the floor they didnt have it ! 😳.I PERSONALLY UNLOADED 3 CASES and opened them just to get product I needed..because unfortunately now I didnt have time to go to another Dollar Tree.There was 1 person putting up stock I ask him if he was the only one putting up stock he said yes ,he was the only 1 there, I mentioned there were 2 cashiers up front and they werent busy ,someone should help him..(Manager) he gave me a nasty look and turned his head..No problem..I got you friend. Needless to say Im OUT, there are to many other DTs close to me to have to give them my money.And BTW..the back room was FULLLL! (Also posted 3 collage pics)

I went to exchange some items I had overbought I didnt have the receipt and the young man who informed me that he is the new manager and he cant help me with no receipt. I said that I had just exchanged a few items a month ago. Sorry cant help you. I dont believe that is the way to get repeat customers as the cashier always asks! I usually love going to a Dollar Tree but the one in Union, S.C where I live is not going to get my business anymore. I was in a hurry, I got my items started to the cash register, heard an employee talking about the computers having some problems, which I can understand. Things happen and I have worked in a store myself. I got in line, one register , lady in front had a lot of things but still no problem but when the woman doing the checking says that is my mama, then stops to talk to her mother that is standing beside her at the register, then I have a problem. I stood there waiting, then I said forget this. Put the items down, said this is bull and walked out. The woman and her mama knew I was leaving and a comment was made about me leaving. I went into that store so I could run in and be on my way but I will not stand in line and wait for someone to talk. If she needed to talk to her Mama or anyone else she should have got someone to cover for her and not stopped doing her job. Why not just wait till she does not have customers then talk?

Called main office to see if any of their stores had a particular item in stock, as the stores I had gone to were sold out. Was told they cant do that...I have to go to each store and see if they had the item in stock. Placed an order in bulk of 24 gold chargers, 12 black plates, and 12 glasses on dollartree.com for a graduation party. I received an email stating the black plates had been canceled days prior. However, I received an email stating my order had been shipped. 20 mins later, I received an email stating the gold chargers were canceled. Benton Harbor, MI 49022 store on M139 Fairplan Plaza has been closed for almost 2 weeks and Rumor has it that workers walked out on manager. Ive seen nothing in news paper or on tv. So why is store closed

Store in Newport, Oregon apparently opens up at 9 a.m., somebody forgot to tell the manager that it opens up at that time. Doller Tree needs to let the manager know that they open at 9 a.m. an not at her convenience after 9 a.m. on a Sunday.

Victory Crossing is very very filthy. Mold mildew are from top to bottom of cooler where soda are kept.Floors are dirtyyyyyy. I told management she said call cooperate.

I went to one of the stores in our area and purchased 4 coffee cups and plates the lady asked if I wanted a receipt since it was for only a few dollars I told her no. After we got home we found that we didnt need the cups. My wife took the cups back only to exchange them but she didnt have a receipt since they didnt give us one earlier they didnt want to make the exchange. After a few exchanged words the manager finally agreed to the exchange. It was a bad experience all of the way around which will make it difficult to ever shop there again. Believe me when I say we will tell everyone we know about the experience and advise everyone not to shop there ever again.

I was just humiliated publicly in the store located at 2888 Dekalb Pike, Norristown, PA 19401.I was denied access to a restroom in an emergency situation and peed my pants upon leaving the store. I was told because of the current situation the restrooms were not available to the public. I shop here exclusively as a dollar store option. I do not go to Family Dollar or Dollar general because they charge more than a dollar for exactly the same items. This location is not the only Dollar Tree I shop at. I shop at a lot of them all around. But I will tell you what this is the last time I will ever ever come to this location 2888 Dekalb Pike, Norristown, PA 19401. I used to work for the Dollar Tree I know bathrooms are open to the public. Even during Covid, this was an emergency situation. I have a handicap tag in my vehicle. There is no reason to deny me use of the bathroom. During the Covid-19 Crisis situation, no one wants to use a public bathroom or a bathroom anywhere but in their own home except in an emergency situation. Still, this stores employees, three of the, denied me to use the bathroom. This is an outrage. No customer should ever ever be treated so poorly. I am disappointed in how this location and its currently working employees treated a fellow human being.
