I had an appointment for 9:30am. Arrived at 9:15. After noticing the car was not pulled in a bag and was still sitting in the parking lot where they had pulled it, I asked for the service Mgr. Another service advisor wrote up my service ticket but still no Service Mgr. Finally ~11:20, the service Mgr (Danny) came to me and discussed what he was thinking With us if he had tried to open the convertible top, which is why we were there, he said he had not. When I asked him to do so he responded “sure what not”. 3 hours of sitting there. He said they would not charge me for the diagnostic fee. Which made sense because they did not diagnose it.instead he proceeded to quote part replacements and sent us on our way.

Excellent Infiniti service! Dropped my vehicle off for service. I requested and was provide with a courtesy vehicle while mine was being worked on. Poor poor poor service. The service manager only called once about my car then didnt hear back from him. No one in the service department wanted to talk with me about my car. They always have an excuse why we can get a loaner car. If your vehicle is kept longer than a day I strongly feel they should give you one until your car is fixed. I do understand that they are understaffed. Thats all the more reason to give a loaner

I attempted to have my vehicle inspected on Wednesday morning (3/24) at approximately 8am; however the 2 hr wait time did not align with my personal schedule. I was informed of the drop-off process by the female completing the check-in (Im so sorry I cant remember her name :=(; however she deserves recognition as well!). She was very attentive, upbeat, and accommodating with informing me of the wait time from Broderick and the process of dropping the vehicle off for service on the next day.I was contacted via text message on 3/25 from Broderick stating that my car was being serviced and was contacted via telephone when the vehicle was completed.Great job team!

The worst car service experience. Even though they have monopoly over Infiniti service in this area, I will not take our cars here again. Dropped my car off on Tuesday night with an appointment set for a 90,000 mile service the same information was written on the key drop off envelope. The service advisor never reaches out to me. I call the following day and he asks what I want done. What? I say the 90,000 mile service, what the appointment was made for. He says but what exactly do you want done? I wasn’t sure if this was a joke or not. He then said he’s going to get with his service guy and talk over what is in the 90,000 mile service and he would get back to me. Later that afternoon, after never hearing from him, I follow up again asking for a list of what is going to be done. Radio silence. I don’t hear from anyone until the next day when I reach out. I ask for a list and prices of everything and after some time he gives me individual prices of things and then radio silence again. I have to follow up repeatedly with them to find out what’s been done what’s the status etc. I am told, after I contact them in four separate texts on Friday morning (yesterday), that all that is left is an alignment check. Radio silence the rest of the day. I have now asked the service manager contact me and hear nothing. They shut off their phones at 5 PM and started transferring everything to a call center. Here we are on Saturday morning neither my service advisor nor the service manager are there nor did they ever contact me. My husband just went up there because enough is enough. Nobody knows what’s going on with my car. My husband is sitting at the dealership waiting to speak to someone. Oh and let’s not forget they’ve had my car since Tuesday night and provided no loaner (which I requested). RUN.ETA: the bill says they recommended spark plug replacement and I refused. This is a lie. I have all communication from service advisor (except for the initial phone call detailed above) in writing. So, it’s Saturday and we still need spark plugs AND an alignment (which they also didn’t communicate).ETA 8/3/21 Upon getting the car back, it smelled like smoke. I highly doubt that a service person would be so stupid as to smoke in a customers car but they obviously do have smokers that work on the cars and make them smell. There is still an odor lingering 5 days later.I finally spoke with the service manager, Danny. He advised he would look into the issues and said he would give me a call back. He did not give me a call back. Instead, he sent me several text messages this morning ending with “We strive to provide good customer service to all of our customers. Are we perfect? not at all . We appreciate your business. Take care and God bless.”.

I have been a Infiniti owner since 1999. Several cars later Charles Barker sold his dealership to Priority. In the beginning with Priority they treated this luxury brand and its customers with zero consideration and even took away the perks we have become accustomed too like automatic loaner vehicles for all service and service updates. I originally gave Priority a pass as this was their first luxury brand and was learning how to run this type of dealership. Priority doesnt seem to understand that people buy luxury vehicles not only for the vehicles but for the white glove service we have become accustom to receiving. Anyway years later they still fail miserably in that department. In my recent visit for service I had a 9am appointment for Wednesday and dropped the car off the night before. The next day around 4:00pm and not hearing a word from the service advisor .. I decided to call to see when my car would be ready. When they finally picked up the phone I was told it hasnt even been looked at yet and probably will not be until tomorrow. No phone call ... no updates ... no nothing from them ... during the entire day before my 4pm call. Thanks to them I had to inconvenience people to get to work the next day. The next day I finally get my car out of service around 3pm. I go pick my car up and no service advisor comes out to review my paperwork. Instead the cashier checks me out and hands me my keys. I ask you dont drive the car around anymore. She looked at me and told me where my car is parked on the lot. Four hundred and fifty two dollar service bill with no offer of a discount for my troubles or even an in person apology from anyone. Well, I have enjoyed my Infiniti cars over the years but I will be jumping brands because of Priority when I am ready to buy again. I only wish there was another option to service my Infiniti until that time comes. I have come to the conclusion that Customer service is not a Priority.

There’s no other way to put it than FIVE STAR Service. From the moment my 2015 Infiniti QX60 was towed there, I knew I had made the right decision. My vehicle shut off while driving, and after Service Advisor Jackson H. contacted me, I felt at ease. He kept me informed from start to finish leaving out no information. I like many others tended to stay away from getting my vehicles serviced by the dealership primarily due to “believing” it to be more costly BUT I’ll be the first to say I was wrong. A HUGE THANK YOU to Jackson for changing my mind. Service received was excellent, professional, and I am overall extremely satisfied. You guys have a gained a customer for life.

The entire staff was great from start to finish. Once we settled on a price I was out of there with a new set of wheels in under an hour. They gave a good price on my trade and were able to get within my range that I planned on spending. Free oil changes and inspections with the purchase. I would highly reccomend the team here if you are looking to purchase used or new. Just do your research ahead of time so you are prepared for negotiations.

Extremely disappointed in service and up selling once again - not only to us, but to other customers. Poor elderly lady with a brand new vehicle was told she needs a full detail bc brake dust was inside her wheels and that it it will build up and not come out - again brand new vehicle. Witnessing others besides ourselves getting taken advantage of is enough for us not to do business here anymore... nor purchase another infiniti. Lastly... having to wait over an hour for a follow up inspection is inconsiderate when we were told just come in, show us the lightbulb works, and we will have you drive right out. We receive better service at Chevy... so why purchase a luxury vehicle?!?! 🤔

This location has a history of not providing quality service. I have conveyed my COMPLIMENTS AND concerns in person, however...My last experience was poor customer service. I received a text while waiting for my car to be inspected which was much appreciated HOWEVER from a distance a worker from the service dept yelled out asking me “DID YOU GET MY TEXT?’ My first thought was if he was talking go me because I didn’t know him? So I ask if he were talking to me and he said yes...I had to look at my phone to get the name of the person who sent me the text to ask him if he was Broderick Needless to say it was him! I asked if he knew me from somewhere? My complaint is this type of customer service is unprofessional to say the least! You should never address a customer as you would one of your “HOMIES”! ALSO I HAD A CONFLICT WITH Y STATE INSPECTION WITH WHICH BRODERICK CLEARLY SHOWED HIS IRRITATION AND AGGRAVATION WITH HIS TONE AND BODY LANGUAGE. KEEP THE PROFESSIONALISM NO MATTER WHAT! DANNY IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AS I HAVE DEALT WITH HIM FOR YEARS THROUGH THE GOOD OR INDIFFERENCE HE HAS ALWAYS REMAINED PROFESSIONAL TO THE END AND I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND HIM FOR THAT. From my experience INADEQUATE and UNSATISFACTORY service at Greenbrier Priority Infiniti of Greenbrier is standard practice in the service department. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN or EXPECT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.I moved to this area about 2 years ago and I find it important to bring my car to the dealership for service. Perhaps like many of you, I assume the dealership will know best about servicing our cars. Almost EVERY TIME I bring the car I notice that they half perform basic checks. One time they could not install a new set of rims and it cost me over $200.00 to take to an outside shop. Afterwards I notified Infiniti Corporate and they reimbursed me for the dealerships negligence. The last time I asked for a quote for new breaks from service rep (Broderick) and colleague of his in the parts department gave me the absolute highest quote possible according to a trusted service rep at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills in Illinois. I believed something was off so I called the dealership where I purchased the car from about the quote. They informed me that my quote was on ...the higher end(overcharging) if they (Priority Infiniti) did not do an actual inspection of my breaks and hardware. They stated the only way they would know you need new hardware is if they actually did an inspection of your hardware which would require them to remove the tires etc. I am certain they did not do that much of an inspection. I barely (barely used liberally) get them to tell me I need an alignment. During the same visit I requested a quote for new tires. This dealership has a price match policy. The quote was inaccurate if they honored the price matching. I tried to informed the service representative (Broderick) about the error. He spent well over an hour attempting to insult my intelligence or perhaps he just did not understand how the quote was flawed. I was exhausted afterwards and simply wanted to leave.Instead I requested the Service Manager (Danny), and it appears that he instantly assumes that I am seeking something for a discount or free. Similar to my past experiences with him when I addressed his departments inability to know about simple tire changing procedures. Basically, he undermined my concerns and it appeared to support poor workmanship. After his inspection of my tires he deemed that I only need to replace 1 tire. I took the car to 3 additional tire shops and all three concluded that I needed new tires and the most inexperience mechanic should have been able to note why. As mentioned this is not my first experience with poor workmanship at this dealership.Truthfully, I am unsure if they care to address and fix my concerns. I wrote an email to the General Manager (Dave) in April 2020 and to date, HAVE YET to hear back. This disregard to feedback actually caused me to forward my concerns to Corporate.On a BRIGHTER note the greeter Brittany is amazing and definitely will greet you in a warm and professional manner. She has been consistent in her approach. It seems unfortunate that the rest of the team does not have the same vibe and energy.

I wont be returning to this place! They scheduled me for a service appointment at 7am, during which time I was supposed to receive a loaner vehicle. After waiting for 30 minutes and realizing my vehicle was no longer in the service bay, I was informed that it would be around 8am before my vehicle was checked in and a loaner could be issued. My vehicle had been previously serviced there and all they needed was my signature to proceed. I drove all the way from Virginia Beach, paid someone to watch my daughter at 6:30am so I wouldnt have to drag her with me, was late for work and didnt even get my car repaired!

If you have the opportunity to get Broderick as your rep, well you’re lucky, his customer service is top notch. Not taking anything away from the rest of the team, but Broderick is that dude. Every time I take my vehicle in for routine maintenance service he ensures you are at ease with getting you seen right away and he does it with a smile. I have always tried to avoid dealerships for repairs because so many are notorious for high cost. I had a repair job that I couldnt afford to risk not being done right and a few other minor needs, so I made the trip to Priority Infiniti. The customers service was great and the person handling my repairs, Jackson Hartje, was very friendly and informative through the whole process. To my surprise, the total cost of all the service I needed done was actually lower than what I had expected to pay. I can say my first experience at Priority Infiniti was a very pleasant one and will definitely return for future needs.

Went in for a check engine light, they updated my computer, charged me 300$ and told me have a great day. Check engine light is back on not even 50 miles later. When I called them back they scheduled another appointment, this time found out I had a bad fuel pump. Completely covered under warranty and reimbursed my 300$ i originally paid for the wrong diagnosis. Danny was very accommodating and I understand these things happen! The way they handled it was awesome definitely recommend going here to get your car serviced right!

Wonderful service! I was able to schedule my service online, got an email & text confirmation. I pulled into the service lane and was greeted by a friendly customer rep. Upon checking my vehicle in Montel Wilson went over a couple things with me regarding what I was having done then reminded me of their snacks and beverages. The time flew by as I waited there and helped myself to a drink and bag of peanuts. Really friendly place, I even had the nail tech asked if I wanted a manicure while I waited. Early morning customer experience: The service has always been awesome. However, the atmosphere can use some change. The lights are too bright, and both the tv, and music, are too loud to simultaneously be going at the same time. This place was by far the best dealership Ive ever visited. The customer service was above and beyond, Darrell is amazing! I walked away today knowing I will do business here as long as the customer service remains high. Of course, the cars are beautiful too but cars are great no matter where you go. Im excited to make my purchase here and will review that when it happens as well!

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. We showed up a half hour before the appointment. It still took over two hours. Was told by the service advisor that there was a bunch of people that showed up and caused the back up of service. Im just wondering why have an appointment if someone else can just show up and get priority over me? It was supposed to be express! Even an old lady was telling someone that she had been there for over 3 hours just waiting for service. I should have had my car looked at and worked on at 11. Express needs to be expeditiously. Not exhausting. :(

Vince and Vu were great. I went in to buy out the lease on my 2016 Q50 because of a weird situation Im in, left the dealership with a lease on a brand new q50 red sport. They did everything they could to make it happen, including waiving my excess mileage, making my final payment and giving me more than $7k in dealer credits. Best experience I have had buying a car to date.

Outstanding service department! Britney was the first person I met in the service department and was customer friendly and professional....she ensured my check-in process went smoothly. Unfortunately, I dont know the name of my service technician, but he was thorough and professional in servicing my car. And my service advisor, Carter, was the consummate professional, ensuring my visit went well!

The service team has improved greatly. The last three times I have had my car serviced my car was reviewed and I was given an assessment of the repair needed and approximate cost prior to any work being done. I was treated courtesly and respectfully.

I thought this was going to be a good experience. It was not. Took my 04 FX35 here after water got into the bottom (recent storm) April was really helpful and kept me informed....She then went on vacation...Car sat for 15 days before any repair was done ( back and forth with Geico) I went to see what repairs were needed. Was told car should be able to be drained, clean, replace padding and would be fine. Great being as thought the car was in excellent condition and was still able to be driven. Two days later Geico calls and says dealer says car is totaled. WTH?? I called Infiniti to get a copy of what repairs were needed...Never got it. I went to get personal stuff from car and asked for repair estimate of the damages. Paperwork was lost. I went to get personal items out of my car. Noticed someone had attempted to take the inspection sticker...yeah I know, right?? when I mentioned this the guy said that often times people break into the cars on the lot to steal the stickers.....umm ok ( but not steal the car, or stickers from a dark public street without cameras) I finally received the estimate of damages from Geico....to a sum of $8k. They said they would have to replace all the wiring, carpets, seat harness, and on and on...They had already cleaned the carpets and put the vehicle back together. There were no indicator lights on and the vehicle started up perfectly. When I decided to keep the car, they seemed surprised and did not want to give me the keys since Geico had not paid wanted to make me responsible for the work. I found out later that once the car was deemed totaled, no other work should have been done since it was being salvaged...I had to have them call Geico several times to get my keys from them. This experience was HORRIBLE. I want a newer car but WILL NOT be going here to purchase it for sure!

We just bought an Infiniti QX80 from Priority Infiniti. Our experience there was so pleasant and chill from start to finish. Our salesman, Vince, was personable, very knowledgeable, and very laid back. Because we never felt pressured, my husband and I test drove 3 vehicles the first day. The next day Vince & I communicated via text about my favorite car of the 3. Finally on the 3rd day we negotiated a great deal and drove away a customer for life with a beautiful vehicle.
