Having wanted a Scarab forever, we finally decided to go for it and are so grateful and thankful for having found Wright Marine! Melissa and Kevin helped with absolutely EVERYTHING in making sure that we had the PERFECT boat and trailer that would not only check off all of our wants in the boat, but would have everything dialed in perfectly before we even left! Down to replacing a board on the trailer that was in need of some TLC, this absolutely amazing couple made this buying experience one that went above and beyond anything we ever expected! We felt like we were in such good hands the entire time, and they made sure we knew they were a phone call away for anything we ever need! Bought our first boat here. The customer service cant be beat and the wealth of knowledge about everything boats was impressive. They answered every question we had as new boat owners. Hard to find such honest business anymore, they even fixed something that broke the first day we took it out even though it was not their fault and the boat we bought was used

I bought a used boat in Jan, a fixer-upper. The motor was not salvageable ,I went on line to find a motor. Wright Marine had one listed on there web page, the size and type I needed. One that was within a good price range and fit my controls.I went to there shop and spoke with Melissa and she informed me yes the motor was still on site and yes they could install the motor.Everyone was polite and answered all my questions and discussing everything that was needed to do the install plus other items I purchased was without drama or prices that were not reasonable all were explained and agreed upon in advance.Overall Im extremely pleased in how I was treated, the work done and the cost. Milissa,kevin,Matt and Josie all made everything go as smooth as possible.l could not be more pleased.From start to finish ,9 working days.Thank you for your great service.

Had appointment to drop boat off on 8/2. Called on 8/6 to get a status. No answer. Left message. Called again on 8/9. No answer. Left message. Called again 8/10. No answer. Mailbox was full. Couldnt leave message. Called again 8/11. No answer. Mailbox was full. Couldnt leave message. Went to the shop to see what was up. My boat was right where I had dropped it off a week and a half earlier. Had to show the guy where it was still sitting. Got a text from Melissa on 8/13. Wanted me to call her. Called Melissa. She informed me parts were needed but it may take time to find them. I asked if you could just give me a call the following week to let me know if there were any problems finding the part(s). She informed me that she would NOT call me and if I didnt like it, I could come pick up my boat. I picked up my boat. They did find the time though to charge me $356.21 for a distributor cap, plugs, and for cleaning the engine compartment. I only wish Google would add 1/2 stars to their reviews.

I cannot say enough good things about Wright Marine. The owners are EXTREMELY knowledgable and eager to help. For new boaters, like my husband and I, we felt confident knowing they were there to help guide us through every step. On top of their boat knowledge, their boat maintenance skills are TOP NOTCH. They made our faded red boat look BRAND NEW.I will recommend them to anyone and everyone! Im also a little sad its over because of how great they both were. :( If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

I was told to go to Wright Marine and I am so happy I did. The owners are hands on operators and the staff and techs are there to be of service. They delivered a great experience for me by installing a new Yamaha VMAX motor and did it right , no short cuts, and with skill. I couldnt be any happier and I plan to return. Ordered a wrap for my bosss boat, and came highly recommended. Halfway through the delivery, the wrap came apart and broke both antennas in half. They refused any refund or compensation for the repairs needed.

Had some warranty work done to my motor. Wright marine handled it very professionally and will definitely come back in the future. A+ customer service!

Im going to start this review by saying when we began the boat-buying process, my husband and I were on very opposite pages (maybe even different books). We looked for a used boat because new wouldnt fit in our price range for the kind of boat we were looking for.My husband saw the ad for our boat listing on facebook originally. Asked a few questions, Melissa was always quick and professional in her responses. We went and looked at the boat in person, Riley was very knowledgeable and polite. Matt took us out for a test ride before we completed our purchase to give us some insight to the boats mechanics. Savannah was always helpful, nice and smiling whenever we saw her in the office.We did have an issue during the process, BUT Melissa and the staff at Wright Marine went above and beyond to help us. Theyre an honest and hard-working group and it shows.Weve been out on our boat two weekends in a row since we picked it up, and I couldnt be happier with our purchase.If / when we are back in the market for our NEXT boat, Wright Marine will be our first stop!

I first called Wright Marine looking for a new boat. Melissa could not have been more patient and helpful. After about a month I went and looked at the 162 and fell in love. This review is long over due. Great people and great advice. Kevin has helped me out a few times. Fuel that turned to what looked like water, new fuel pump, and something as minor as a engine hatch that wouldnt budge. Trustworthy people.

I have been trying to get the AC to work on my boat for 2 years with little progress. Im in WI and there are not many resources to fix these systems here. I came across Wright Marine through Google searches and sent Wayne an email with my issues. Wayne answered the emails quickly. With his help I had the system running in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend contacting Wayne when you have marine AC problems.

Just bought a 2018 29 Sea Ray and found Wright extremely easy to deal with and the delivery of the boat was phenomenal.

I really wish I could leave 6+ stars. The Wrights are honest, trustworthy and incredibly friendly. Doing business with them is truly a small town feel. We were taken out on a used boat we were looking to purchase and Kevin noticed the carb wasnt adjusted appropriately. He immediately pointed it out and let us know they would resolve it. Everything about the boat both good and bad were pointed out to us, all the systems were tested and pointed out and everything the Wrights did from start to finish made you feel like you were a member of their family. My wife and I have been researching boats for our family to create memories with. We have put in our due diligence in regards to researching the best boat for our family’s needs. Once we’ve met Melissa and Kevin with Wright Marina our anxieties were relieved. We initially were looking at a chaparral 24 foot, and we were prepared to purchase it. After we investigated the Four Winns quality and overall superb design, it was a simple decision. Our Four Winns boat is incredible. With that said, we have experienced some minor hiccups with Four Winns not Wright Marina. We reached out to Melissa and explained our concerns and she immediately resolved the issue. We are grateful to have purchased a boat from such a great company and we feel confident moving forward they will always look out for our best interest.

Melissa and Kevin Wright run an outstanding business. In my case Melissa, demonstrated thorough and in depth technical knowledge of my 2007 X45 Mastercraft. She took the time to explain what was wrong with my boat, what was done to fix it, and things I should consider in the coming years. She told me what to watch for and, which failures are benign and which ones to be wary of. She also professionally shared the history of this boat given that I am not the original owner. The price was fair for the service. I find it especially satisfying that I have an honest and highly capable service center for this sophisticated boat.
