I just moved a few minutes from here and I know I’ll be a regular. I love the coffee! I got a cold brew shake and bagel. This location is very clean. The best part is the staff, everyone is very friendly, welcoming and conversational.

I have been going here for over two years now. Awesome breakfast sandwiches and love my apple cinnamon bagels. I’m giving three stars because their latte machine has been broken since April/May. We’re in September now, you would think a chain business like them it shouldn’t take four plus months to get it working again. I use to visit at least two- three times a week now I go about two- three times a month if that due to the lack of coffee choices. Please please look into getting your machine back up and running to create more business for yourself.

A New York bagel shop this is not! Bagel was overly chewy, a little dry, and so so on flavor. Staff wasnt impolite but not really friendly either. A good bagel should have a nice chew, with some weight to it , a little oversized and smell fragrant . Shop was clean, well lit with plenty of seating in various spaces that offered a good view of the flat screen that was actually very enjoyable. Coffee wasnt bad either and they offered their in- store version of hazelnut creamer. Now THAT had a good body and flavor balance! They also offered charging stations (nice touch) and a good beverage selection. Also offered a good selection of bagel choices too. However, I have had better tasting freshly made bagels in other bagel shops in Hampton Roads. The manager seemed pretty nice along with one other male employee. Overall, I have had better and I dont think that I would go out of my way to drive there again. I was really hoping to enjoy this but sadly, I didnt. I only ate one half of half the bagel and threw the rest of it away. Definitely need to rework the recipe for their bagels. After all, the main reason to go there is to get bagels.

Went to buy 4 bagels this morning and it was a little busy. I understand waiting your turn in line to get served but I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for somebody to put 4 bagels in a bag and hand it to me. When they finally had my order on the screen it took literally literally 5 seconds for them to do this. This could have easily been done right after I paid by the register clerk or by the guy cooking eggs. You could see the frustration on many customers faces at how slow things were moving.

We try to support near-by businesses as much as we can, we always walk over to this place and we never know what to expect. This time our order was impeccable (wait time was reasonable, check-out person was on point) BUT last time I ordered a bagel and a schmear, it was a huge let-down which I just couldn’t wrap my mind around: who messes up a bagel and cream cheese? We will continue going but our bar is set super low at this point…

Good bagels, and nice staff, fresh ingredients, baked on premises, made-to-order sandwiches, fresh coffee, great place to hang. Reminds me of a chain in New York I like called Brueggers. We were just looking for a place to get out of the heat. If I needed a place to work on my laptop, this would also be good.

I came in this morning for a bagel (Nova Lox!) and this location was clean and the employees were friendly. The wait was very minimal even though it seemed busy. The bag was awesome and I will probably try curbside next time I come. My bagel was smothered in schmear and next time Ill ask for a lighter schmear. Loved it !!

First time here and it was quick and delicious! I asked if they serve decaf coffee (yes I like it) and the nice man at the register offered to make it fresh for me! Then he brought us our food and let me know my coffee was ready. Most people wouldn’t have made much effort so I was pleasantly surprised and delighted. Thank you, we will be back for more blueberry bagels!

Been coming in more regularly lately. They have some great bagels here!Sweet, Savory, Spicey, plain and everything in between. Great chew on the exterior, pillowy soft texture inside.My favs are the French toast, asiago cheese, and cheddar jalapeno.Coffee is really good too!Caramel macchiato is my go-to.Owner and his wife are really nice folk. Workers always greet smiling, we can still tell even under the mask.

I had the avocado toast and my husband had the French toast bagel with honey cream cheese. We tried to order drinks but the soda machine and latte maker were out of order. The avocado toast was OK. A little too peppery for me. The bagel almost caused a fight because I kept eating my husbands breakfast. It was amazing. Im guessing maybe the drink machines were broken or out of service because of the toll of covid. Maybe they arent able to afford repairs. The staffing was adequate and very friendly. We will be back.

First time visiting to this Einsteins.. not so pleased. Other places where I have been seemed far better.

I normally a huge fan of Einstein’s, lovely food and unquie menu. Unfortunately this place is a complete wreck. Unpin ordering we where informed that it was a 20-30 minute wait on orders due to take out. No problem here I understand, we order and after 20 minutes they call us up to inform me then that they don’t have one of the items I ordered. And had been out for a while, okay why not state that when I ordered? But okay I ask for a substitute, and nope out of that too. Eventually I basically got told what I could have. I accepted and asked for a recipe so I could do a review. Was told no, given multiple excuses and then just basically walked away on.

Had been to an Einstein Bros. Bagels near Elliott, Md. was very good so we tried the one on Volvo Pkway on 7-14-2021 for our lunch. I ordered the turkey,bacon, avocado two bites in there was no avocado on the sandwich. We were the only customers in there that had ordered so why can’ t you get the order right!

Place is filthy. Bathrooms and eating areas are unclean. Garbage in both places overflowing. Fully staffed but a lot of chatter and revelry going on. Food is great and customer service is good. This is the one on Volvo Parkway, Chesapeake, V a. Always have to clean our own table too.

Was a huge fan of ebb when I live in California. But to have to wear a mask that the governor said is no longer required is ridiculous. Will not me seeking out another one ever again

I decided to try them again after not going for years. My iced coffee was given to me as a hot latte. Not too big of a deal. When I drank it though... so watery and gross. The food was not worth the price. Overall, disappointed and there are better places to go locally.

My meal was very good, my concern is now that covid is lifting over all companies are not keeping the cleaning regiments the place was noticeably dirty i was one of the few patrons there that day.It looked like they were trying to hire, and I know how hard that can be.It is important to keep safe cleaning habits especially in food service.

Yeah, this place is soooo yummy! Ive been in here a couple of times, and each time Im greeted with a friendly staff, my order is promptly taken, and the food is delicious.This visit I had the lox sandwich, which was perfect, and an orange juice. The store was quite busy with happy patrons. I also noticed that the employees were busy taking care of customers and cleaning up the dining area. I love to see a clean eating environment.Nonetheless, this is a nice place to meet for breakfast or lunch, or even just for coffee. Their coffee is wonderful too. Give them a try!

Went there for the first time today. Have seen them at this location since they opened it years ago. Got the Chorizo, Egg, Avocado, Green chili bagel breakfast sandwich. It was incredible! I also enjoyed their hazelnut-vanilla coffee but they were out of two favored creamer. But in all fairness they were very busy. I do not like noisy places. I recommend trying this place. I will be returning.

I love Einstein Bros, however, this location had dirty tables, my sister & I were the only dine in customers (2 to go customers came in separately) & the 2 employees (male & female) after getting our order were in the back chatting instead of cleaning. My sister & I shared a toasted avocado bagel which had a scant amount of avacado on it. Didnt look anything like the ad, not even close.

Good food, fast service. Put a little too much cheese on my bagel than I prefer but overall solid location.

My husband and I got the brunch for 2 box and while most of it was good, the hashbrown cake things were definitely not. Mine was not cooked through I think.

This is the only place locally that brews caribou coffee ☕. I love caribou coffee so much so that is a major 😍 of mine that they can make me a latte with my favorite coffee brew. The bagels 🥯 are outstanding. Truly the best I have had since leaving New York. Grabbing a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from this place just makes my day.

A daily routine. You cant argue with being able to walk in and out in less than five minutes with food, and their prices are beyond reasonable.

The best bagels in Chesapeake, hands down. For a family, I recommend the box of bagels. You get 13 bagels or your choice, plus two tubs of cream cheese all for $15.99.

Dirty Chi was worth the trip. Also had the Bacon, Avocado & Tomato Egg White sandwich (sub cucumber for tomato) - I shouldve gotten it on an everything bagel. The sandwich was decent but bland.

My children and I all had upset stomach after we ate breakfast here.

Staff is usually friendly when I go here. Im originally from NY and fairly picky about bagels. These definitely arent NY bagels, but I think theyre an acceptable substitute. I love the variety of cream cheeses and toppings you can get. Not a huge fan of the Caribou coffee though. It usually tastes a bit bitter.

The customer service is horrible. I simply asked for hot tea instead of coffee or orange juice with one of their breakfast specials and got a lovely lecture on how the specials are written out for a reason and if tea was an option for the specials it would have been specified. I walked out and havent been back. Up until then I loved the variety of bagels.

The place wasnt packed because it was adequately staffed with hard working and courteous people. It was busy but the service was faster than the demand. Five Stars.

Cheese was not melted, there was egg shells in my moms sand which to the point where we jus threw the whole sandwich away. very slow and rude behavior

The staff was very accommodating and every new face that came to help always asked whether it was our first time at Saltine or not. If you say its your first time, theyll give you a quick run-down on how everything works. You are provided with an iPad that contains the selection of drinks and the days specialty dishes alongside paper menus that covers the variety of food.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food was very good. Prices are decent. Will definitely be going back again for another visit soon.

I was a little wary to return to Einsteins after a previous experience I had in Chicago. This one, however, is fantastic. Even though they were out of the bagel I wanted, they were happy to substitute another bagel for my sandwich and of course it still tasted amazing. I think this is going to be a new regular lunch spot for me.

Great experience. Came here with my two active kids (both 3 and under). Everyone was kind and friendly, staff was patient and offered great recommendations (we had never been here before) and there were even childrens shows on the TVs in the sitting area. Coffee was great! Definitely recommend!

As a regular customer, 3-4 times a week, the bagels are delicious! Being a New York transplant to Virginia, these bagels are as close to NY bagels as you can get! The staff is always warm and friendly, and the food is worth the visit! Say hi to D, she is by far the best employee they have!

We had this place back home in Utah and the quality has if anything gone up. The best bagels around... Hands down! Very polite staff very quick with your order and very clean dining in area. They have food for all kinds of people and life styles, not just bagels, they have delicious sandwiches, excellent coffee and stuff for kids. They even have quick breakfasts for the health driven on the go citizen. Love going here, its a great way that I treat myself and my family plus its nice to have a taste of Utah out here.

I like to come here for lunch to get away from the hectic crowds at work. Everytime I come here its not over crowded. The staff is always friendly. The menu is good for a simple small meal. I wish they carried the green chili cheese bagels like they do back home.

Its always hoppin here on a Saturday morning, cant go wrong. Cold pressed coffee might sound similar to cold brew but dont get them confused, its different. Not as smooth as cold brew, just your standard iced coffee.

I just love it here because its quiet and they have great bagels and coffee. This location isnt very busy so its a great place for getting work done, or meeting with clients. I enjoy the nova lox and iced caramel latte.

Bagels are tasty and awesome but they have a super annoying policy of not allowing you to have more than 3 bagels toasted. Consequently if youre buying bagels for a business meeting or company event its a pain in the ass to go here. To get around this I had two other employees buy bagels and have them toasted immediately after I had them done, problem is if you pay individually its a lot more expensive than their multi-pack. Anyway, the bagels are great and the coffee is good and its a franchise owned by a local family that are friendly and nice. I just wish they had a better toasting policy so I could pick them up in the morning for my employees.

Second time visiting this place and the service was horrible. Not only did they try to rush me and tried to make me feel stupid because I didn’t know the menu (mind you it was only my second time there) but they assumed I wanted my order to go and didn’t even ask if I wanted to dine in, and when I said something about it, one of the girls working there made a “face” and just turned around as if she was annoyed, thankfully the other young lady said “no problem we can fix that” and gave me a basket to dine in. Will not be going back.

Walked in at 1:46 P.M. And the place was empty. Wife ordered a french toast egg sandwich, i had the nova lox, and they were both spectacularly delicious. Great customer service and Jeff was personable and friendly. Will definitely be back.

I eat at Einstein Brothers Bagels every Sunday morning before church. Wide selection of bagels and toppings. Lots of coffee. In-house newspapers. Friendly staff. Awards club. Breakfast sandwich and sweet bagels with schmear were great. Busy Sunday morning and the cashier seemed a little sluggish. Every order comes out in turn, so it’s easy to know when you’re next to get your food. Great Cariboo coffee. Premises were very clean, organized and well marked.

I was not greeted when I walked into the restaurant... while there weren’t any other customers in the restaurant it still took 7 minutes to be exact for 4 employees to even acknowledge that I was standing at the register. By the time I cleared my throat to try to see if anyone would take my order the manager proceeded to turn back around and continue cooking. I walked out I’ve never seen such a disgraceful encounter at an Einstein Bagel shop.

$3.29 for a bagel toasted with cream cheese!! Bagels are cheaper in NYC! Bagel was also tough like it was made the day before. No bueno. Just moved here and was looking forward to hitting this place up on the way to work every morning, guess I’ll try their coffee next time, hopefully that will be better.

I always get a sesame seed bagel with extra cream cheese. Sometimes regular amount of cream cheese ends up not being enough for both sides of the bagel.They also have good sandwiches. My friend always gets the croissant ones because he doesnt like the hardness of a bagel. They have lots of options -- muffins, bagels, croissants, and other specialty bakery items.

I love Einstein Bagel Bros! There bagels are delicious and have a ton of options. However this location lacks a lot of qualities compared to other ones I have been to. I went around 10:20 which is a busy time and trust me I understand that. But I waited over 25 mins for a simple bagel with egg white and cheese... Now there was a line ahead of me but it didnt seem like there was any rush to get peoples food out. The employees where more focused on goofing off and talking to each other versus making the food and drinks. One guy had been waiting forever for a French toast bagel of some sort and the girl at the drink counter shrugged her shoulders and said I dont know I just make the drinks. Then she asks him for his order name... And instead of the manager making it right away, she tell him there were tons of those bagels and they had gotten them mixed up. He didnt get his bagel until 10 minutes after I had gotten mine. The people at this location dont care about the customers and would rather focus on having a good time. The likeliness of me coming back here is very very slim. They need to get there act together or they will lose more business

I surely would want to come back to this place for 2 things. First the Caribou Coffee & Superb Bagels. Secondly, the wonderful staff!!

Love their bagels and sandwiches

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The store was nice and clean and bustling. I had their dark roast, called Melvyns, and a cranberry bagel. This was my first visit but definitely wont be my last.

Great food! Customer service is excellent. All the staff is pleasant. Used a Groupon and Derrick was very helpful. Definitely will return.
