We selected ECCO to convert our screened-in porch into a 3 season room. We had been seeing their ads on TV so decided to check them out. A representative came by our house to take a look at the project, to make recommendations and to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and we talked at length about what we wanted and needed. Measurements were taken, samples were looked at and selected. The representative left and got back in touch after a day or so with our quote. Because of the quality of the samples, we decided to go with ECCO. We met again with the representative and one of the installation leaders for a final measurement because the product was to be custom made. The build time was not unreasonable so installation was scheduled a couple of weeks later. I was totally overwhelmed by how fast the installation was. It took just over a day to do the complete project. The usage of the windows and sliding door was demonstrated and I was, again, impressed with the quality of the product. Not only is it a 3 season room, but, due to the quality, we should be able to use it year round. I could not be happier with our new room. It’s turned out to be one of my favorite places to be.

The product looks amazing installed in the back of our house. We did have to have them come back out after the install to correct a few of the screens that were not installed tight enough, but after that it looked perfect.

We met Erica at the local Home & Garden show. She followed up as promised and scheduled an in home consultation for a pergola with shade awning. Based on other estimates we received, we have found the estimate to be very reasonable and everyone we have spoken with has been extremely professional. As with many home projects, there are currently significant delays related to raw materials and labor, so it will be a while before it is installed, but will update when the job is complete.

Ecco Sunroom and Awning did an excellent job of removing a large wood deck and building a a new covered deck of composite materials. All work was done on time and in a very professional manner. Any small issues I had with the materials or construction were promptly dealt with, and I am very happy with the end result.

Worked with Steve C from ECCO on having a screened in porch and BBQ step down area added to the house from the ground up. Very professional in knowledge and presentation on what was doable. No pressure to buy, just the facts and strengths of using ECCO, their products and warranties. The price after discounts was about what I expected and it adds value to the house. The only negative is really not negative... ECCO is so busy they cant start on my screened porch until late fall 2021. Call ECCO first, youll get first class treatment.

We had a great experience with Ecco from the initial meeting to discuss options in converting our screened in porch to a three season room through design and installation. As we had the foundation in place, the renovation took 2.5 days. The crew of two were timely, professional and cleaned up at the end of each work day. Trey and Derrick were awesome when it came time to build. Trey was needed on a different job site, so Derrick did the work of two people a couple of days. He is such a hard worker, very friendly and professional, and did an amazing job.There were only three areas where I felt there was room for improvement in this process: 1) Adding the dimensions of the surrounding concrete slab to the initial drawings to avoid any confusion. This was the only true glitch I encountered, but it was rectified quickly and satisfactorily. 2) Clarify that the third-party lender (Green Sky) determines whether or not the customer gets offered 12-month, interest-free financing. This promotion is part of the reason I called ECCO, but Green Sky determines what type of loan offer the customer gets; there is no choice involved. It may be in the fine print, just would have appreciated greater clarity in advance. Nonetheless, got a great interest rate and Green Skys customer service has been good thus far. 3) My HOA needed the city permit before they could approve the project, and ECCOs policy is not to file for the permit until after the HOA approves. So, a bit of a predicament. The resolution was that I would assume the cost of the permit if for some reason the HOA denied the project application, which seemed fair.I did not diminish the five-star rating, however, because, to me, the people and the quality are what is most important and ECCO exceeded my expectations in these areas. Every single person was so personable and friendly. Pilar handled all of the communication and scheduling and did a great job communicating the process. From start to finish, every single person I interacted with made me feel like I made the right choice of a contractor/company. I highly recommend this company - youd be hard pressed to find a better group of people. The quality of the materials used and the room overall is excellent! Thanks ECCO! :)

After extensive research I chose ECCO Sunroom and Awning to enclose my Lania with a 24 foot wide by 9 feet tall glass wall, custom designed to fit, using two 80 inch sliding doors and adjacent knee wall/sliding windows on either side. The final product/installation met all my expectations and beyond. I highly recommend ECCO for your remodeling needs.

We had a wonderful experience with ECCO. For those who are looking for the low-cost competitor for awnings; dont. A superior product and superior install will give you the longest lasting awning that looks great attached to your home. This is what ECCO delivers; a high quality product with a high quality installation with great warranties. ECCO installers removed the siding, installed a ledger board, coverer and flashed the board, reinstalled the siding, and routed the wire inside the wall. The low cost competitor wasnt going to do anything like that; they just going to screw the awning to the studs over the siding and it would have looked horrible. I am glad we chose ECCO; they delivered a product that looks as nice retracted as it does extended and will hopefully last for years to come.

Ecco just finished our sunroom and we couldn’t be happier!! From the salesman we met with initially, the owner coming out to measure and answer follow up questions, to the actual install crew, we were impressed with everyone’s professionalism and friendliness. The room itself is more than we had hoped for, such a relaxing and inviting space to just decompress and enjoy. The install was seamless, the individuals who installed the awning were very professional. Yet, after using it under various weather conditions it proved to only shield the sun and was not rain proof as they mentioned to us. I am not satisfied with this product. The sun shade product I used prior to this had an noticeable cooling effect and was not rain proof but the cost was 8K less. would not purchase another product like this ever again to many restriction and cautions when it is in use.

The entire process from the young but knowledgeable salesman to the two guys that installed the awning, even though it started to rain near the end of the installation, were great to work with. My wife and I are very happy with the quality and the crisp blue color of our awning. We would highly recommend ECCO for your awning requirements.

The initial planning and coordination between ECCO and our local government was a bit rough. But the end project turned out beautifully. We have been enjoying our sunroom for over two years now. Outdoor experience without the bugs!!! Love it!

We love our new sunroom. I have been waiting a long time for one and Ecco delivered. Because of COVID it took a little longer then we wanted but the wait was truly worth it. We spend many hours of the day just sitting out here enjoying the view without the heat or the critters. All meals are enjoyed out here also, our kitchen table hasn’t been used once since our sunroom was finished. Before you go out and by the big box store brand of vinyl sliders, do yourself a favor and set up an apt to look at these SunSpace windows. Super quality, custom fit, and a great option for a DIYer (like me). Even w/ the global supply chain constraints, we got these in a reasonable lead time and Ecco kept us in the loop. Seriously, do your homework, and if youre in the region and decide you need a reputable dealer, these are your guys (and ladies).

Our awning was professionally installed a few years ago. The process went very smoothly and the awning has been working very well. It has withstood a lot of weather and several hurricanes. We are very pleased with the quality of the awning and service.

We contracted with Ecco to build a screened porch for our house. Working with James on the sales team was great and we were happy with the finished product. We also had some areas we needed touched up, which was quickly scheduled and finished. The one area that could’ve used improvement was the scheduling. We didn’t really have a good idea when things were happening and the screened porch part construction took a little longer than expected. Overall, the product was well worth it.

I had contacted & received quotes from two contractors to replace my small wood stoop, steps & railing with composite & was not happy so I kept searching on google & stumbled upon a post by someone who had ECCO replace their deck. I was not aware ECCO did this type of work so I stopped by their office to inquire if this type of work was something they did (yes) & if my job was too small for them (no). The salesman was terrific...he provided samples of the material/color, answered all of my questions (discussed job with me for approximately 2 hours) & made suggestions to achieve what I wanted with the job. The completed job was fabulous with the exception of caulking & ECCO corrected that issue to my satisfaction with no grievances. Everyone I dealt with at ECCO were super nice, accommodating, & a pleasure to work with. I would use this company again & highly recommend them if you want to replace a wood deck/steps/railing with composite material.

Purchasing our Screened in Porch from ECCO was the best thing we ever did! It is of top quality and we absolutely love it Really wish I would have done it years ago. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and was exteremely responsive when I had to schedule a maintenance request.

Although I do not recall the name of the young man I worked with, I recall how professional, honest, and respectful he was. I believe that organizations that care hire people that will represent their business well and this was absolutely the case with this ambitious (not pushy) young man. We had the material replaced on our electric awning a few years ago the color selections were excellent, the material has shown ZERO signs of wear, and the team that conducted the installation did so on time, in the time frame they estimated, left the work area spotless and even cleaned up our frame. Furthermore, the company has reached out a few times to ensure that we were pleased with the product and delivery. A+ for communication & services. Thank you ECCO!

We needed to enclose our side poach and received a flyer in the mail. We soon went to the business address and were welcomed by a young man who was extremely helpful, arranged to visit our site and helped us with our selection of enclosures. This was made very easy by his knowledge of your product. Schedule for placement was made, delivered and the enclosure was completely finished within a couple of days. It was wonderful, we love our new room and it has been an amazing addition to our home. We will always be grateful for the ease we experienced at the ECCO dealership with the professional concern this young man gave us. Our enclosure is lovely, we are excited about and never fail to tell our friends about our experience.

Ecco Awnings did a great job installing an awning, and did so on the day promised in inclement weather! Ricardo and Trey were very professional and fully explained how it would look and operate. Furthermore, the product including material and function is too notch for an automated awning.

This review is regarding the consultation and estimate process, as my sunroom has not been built yet. Oops, looks like I gave away the ending!The sales person that came to my home to give options and provide an estimate was James Whitley. He did an amazing job of answering my many many questions, was patient while I continued reviewing estimates from other companies. Ultimately I decided to go with ECCO and signed a contract in November 2020.Due to delays most likely beyond their control in the Covid-world in which we currently live, the building materials for my sunroom arent estimated to arrive until May 2021. I am fine with that, as that is the estimate they gave me when signing the contract.Although my sunroom hasnt been built yet, so far I am very pleased with ECCO and the way they have treated me during this part of the process. I will update my review once the room has been built. Cant wait!. :-)

Friendly and personable, sales person knows his product, made several suggestions. They showed me many options and it was hard to choose among the many options. Sales person came out during install. The canvas is very sturdy, pretty and adds protection for our door and window. We had several suppliers to offer a bid. We chose ECCO for price and quality, yes, we would choose them again. Installer arrived as scheduled. In person the material seem of great quality as explained installers. Installers were professional, patience and on the operating the settings and controller usage. ECCO is an awesome company. They worked with us to give us the best price, quality and construction timeframe to get our sunroom built to our specifications. Their team kept us appraised of their progress from start to finish. We highly recommend them. Had Ecco enclose a covered patio with a three season glass/screen room. Entire process was well done. Pricing seemed fair and Ecco team kept us informed throughout the process. Service Manager Thomas was very concerned that we were happy with the finished product and stayed personally involved until the job complete. Id use them again.

We had our side patio enclosed a few years ago. I cannot express how happy I am with it!!!! It gives me pleasure all year round. The staff was great. I would highly recommend

Building a sunroom by Ecco was the best decision we ever made. Our 12x16 sunroom is very beautiful and roomy, the air conditioning and heat works flawlessly, the staff at Echo are amazing, helpful and professional, they know their stuff. I highly recommend work done by Ecco.
