The only place I will ever buy a car! My mom and I purchased a 2019 RAV4 in December 2020, and despite the national shortage on used cars, this dealership had a plentiful selection. Our sales associate (I believe his name was Estuardo) took his time to thoroughly explain everything about the car prior to, during, and after our test drive. The car was clean, had low mileage, was in great condition, and still smelled new. The GM, Mr. Mumejian, also checked in on us and confirmed that all of our questions were answered and guided us through the purchase experience with so much care, making it the easiest car purchase experience I could have imagined. Everyone we encountered was kind and professional; no one was pushy. I brought the car back to the dealership once the car hit 10K miles this summer and the service team was wonderful. Kara got me an appointment sooner than I expected and I couldnt be more grateful. It is truly the best place weve purchased a car and Ill definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Pete Knickerbocker , my salesman, was terrific! He was very helpful in letting me try different gas cars, then I decided to go with a RAV4 hybrid! He was friendly, not pushy, available when I was, and he was able to switch the paperwork from the gas car to the hybrid! Pete has a calming personality, which was greatly appreciated! Some of the Big Bosses were a little too pushy/ fast talking for me! He followed all the protocol the dealership promotes, tour of the different departments, how to operate the car, parts of the car, etc. He has kept in touch, which is nice. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Toyota in Chesapeake..I had called ahead a few days before to make an appointment for a standard oil change... I dropped it off at 10am, they had told me it would be a 2 hour wait, which was perfectly fine with me, until i arrived around 1pm after not hearing anything from them. They said they had just taken the car back and it would be another 2 hours!! And on top of that the man assisting me gave me attitude and would not give me anymore details on when my car would be done. I had an important family event in DC, that i would now miss because they didnt want to inform me of how long the wait actually was going to be. If i knew they were this busy i would just have taken it in another day.

This is an update. I hate leaving a negative review but I cannot in good faith recommend my sales person Jonathan K. I purchased a new vehicle on 9/3 and Jonathan could not find the second set of keys. He said he would order them. My vehicle had a few minor scratches so I also asked for touch-up paint. Jonathan said he spoke with Parts and they needed to order the paint and Parts would call me when it was ready. I followed up on multiple occasions and each time, Jonathan apologized and said he was ordering the key. Parts never called and he was going to follow up with them. I was able to speak with a manager last week only to find out the key was not ordered almost one month after purchase. I doubt Jonathan even contacted Parts about the paint. If he did, this dealership has a problem following up with customers. A manager is resolving the issue with the key and paint but the lying does not sit well with me. If Priority has sales associates that are willing to repeatedly lie about something as simple as ordering a key and touch-up paint, how can I trust their techs will honestly service and repair my vehicle? As of right now, I would probably take my vehicle to a different Toyota dealership just for peace of mind. There were other little things prior to purchasing but I was trying to cut Jonathan some slack since he was new. If you go to Priority Toyota, I would recommend going with a different sales person.

Had 2 different shops tell me 2 different things were wrong with my car. So instead I took it to Priority Toyota to see if they could tell me what was wrong with my car. They were not only able to diagnose it but they correctly repaired it and now my 2011 Toyota is running smooth as a brand new car again. Their master tech who worked on my car was great and knowledgeable. I very much appreciate the work they put into my car.

You’ll notice they continue to reply to other reviews and not address mine. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP OR SERVICE CENTER. Had my car towed here for service. While it was in their lot had the catalytic converter stolen off it. It took them TWO days to tell me, even though they had called my husband and I after it happened. They claimed they didn’t have the right number although they had talked to me and had my email on file. ( I bought my car with priority, they had all the info they needed) They have since refused to replace the catalytic converter and/or provide a rental. They told my insurance I signed a form that waived liability. When I requested a copy of this form, it had no signature (because my car was towed in). They have still not provided a police report after two requests for said document.

Don’t make an appointment and expect it to be on time. Every time I come in for an appointment they never are on time and I end up wasting my whole day stuck at a dealership. I can’t drop off my car because I have no other transport. I have 5 kids. This is why I made an appointment. Lord help you if you have anything else going on or you need to do. They need to fix this problem. If you are going to offer a service make sure it efficient. They need to have a larger and more efficient and excelled service. Absolutely horrible and the worst part is if you go or do anything else where it screws with your warranty. 😡 Absolutely horrible. I feel like turning my car back in and never buying a Toyota again.

The drop off for the service station is the most inefficient system I have ever been to. There was absolutely no reason to wait 40 min to drop off the car for an appointment. On top of that, the welcome team forged my signature and when I mentioned it to the staff they said it didnt mean anything. If I was taking my car here for anything other than a recall I would have gone anywhere else but here.

Its the first if the month so its VERY busy at this time with 2-3 hour wait for an oil change. I suggest not to schedule anything in the beginning of the month due to long waiting periods.

After being loyal Priority clients for over 9 years today I was disappointed. We are currently looking to trade in a 2016 Honda Odyssey and were offered several thousands under KBB value. We mentioned we have been to other dealerships and received higher quotes that matched and exceeded Prioritys quote but would like to continue remain Priority customers. However, the team did not want to discuss any further details regarding the sale. Priority lost a sale today because we left and went to a competitor and received professional service and honoring KBB value along with working with my husband and I to secure a new vehicle.

Darrell Edgar helped me get into a car when other places couldnt help me. Ill forever be grateful. He was FANTASTIC. However, I am disappointed in the service team or whoever preps the vehicles. This is the 3rd vehicle Ive purchased from them, the other 2 times no issues. This time I was told it would be ready on Wednesday, did all the paper work on Monday. I waited over an hour on Wednesday and I had informed them what time I would be showing up. The vehicle did not get an oil change nor was the gas tank filled up. And for some odd reason they left a bunch of change in the cup holder (free money though lol). The trunk area was not vacuumed either.A bit disappointed but the buying experience was great.Update 4/24/21: I reached out to them after seeing their reply and have not heard anything after 2 weeks. I assume they only do that so it makes them look good. Very disappointed priority ToyotaUPDATE 9/17/21: I went to priority Toyota for an oil change before going on a 2200 mile road trip. Joe Sloan was my advisor, he asked if I wanted a tire rotation and I went ahead and did it thinking it would be a good idea. On my way home I noticed my car starting to shake. Feeling like something was unbalanced or done incorrectly. I called the next morning to bring my vehicle back in to be looked at because something was clearly not right. The woman I spoke to said I could bring my car in to be serviced ASAP.I arrived at the dealership where I was told I could drop off and pick it up the next day, I told them that was not feasible considering Im leaving in less than 12 hours. Joe came out and spoke to me and informed me that my tires most likely became unbalanced, which from my understanding, the tire rotation should not affect the balance. He proceeded to argue the point then said he would pull up the conversation I had that morning with the lady. I told him she had emailed him, at that point he goes inside and sends someone out to get us started.When going inside I dealt with another lady who had advised me NOT to wait as it would be a long wait if I wanted quality control to look it over or if I could just pay for a tire balance. I opted to just pay for THEIR mistake as it seemed like it would be less time consuming.I am completely disappointed about how this was handled by Joe and the woman who checked me in. I will not have my vehicle serviced here anymore other than my oil changes. And definitely will not buy my next vehicle from priority Toyota either.Do better.

I was not comfortable with the fact that only 2 to 3 people had mask on that worked there . All the people that checked the cars were masked less. It was unbelievable that we are in the middle of pandemic, that is taking a turn for worst and no one had mask on . This place also allowed the other customers to walk around with no mask . I wont take my care here any time soon .Singed, completely unacceptable behavior at this time!!

My 2012 Toyota RAV4 had to be inspected for the infamous white paint peeling problem so I took it in to the Priority body shop for that purpose. It turns out that my ride has it bad and it will take about two weeks for a new paint job. Thankfully, Toyota has a program in place whereby they correct the issues and provide a rental car if needed free of cost to the affected owner of the vehicle. Thats why I ended up at Priority Toyota who provided the rental. Which, Priority Toyota handled everything very efficiently. I would advise any owner of a older model Toyota or Lexus vehicle that has white paint-- I believe its Blizzard Pearl specifically -- to look into the problem ASAP. Theres a boatload of information on the Net and you can call Toyota directly concerning the program they have in place to correct the issues. As to why this is occurring -- it seems that the bonding agent used in the paint is destabilized by strong sunlight thereby causing the paint to suddenly start peeling of off the affected vehicle. Also, Toyotas program to fix the issues -- first phase ends in 2022. So again check into the issue ASAP, even if your vehicle looks OK. This is because the problem can occur quite suddenly as it did with mine.

Even if I was offered more money than I could imagine, I would never EVER return to this sorry excuse for a business. The customer service is exceptionally poor, quality is non-existent, then told me the clicking sounds are COMPLETELY NORMAL!It only took them all day to do nothing to my car and charge me $30! Go anywhere else.

I can compare prices here as a I bought my car from them to my experience as a west coast visitor for maintenance. Within this year Ive been to a Bay Area dealer for service before driving this same vehicle across country. That dealer has comparable ratings to Priority and is also a volume dealer.Tire rotation here as part of 45k service: $26, at west coast dealer after discount: $100. Synthetic oil change here: $27.20 + $8 in shop charges (typically recycling oil and complying with environmental laws so our waterways are not fouled up). West coast synthetic oil change: $80. Same quality of service, same level of personable and friendly staff.Note however, in the Bay Area you need triple your salary than here to get by; unless youve owned your home since the 70s and have a well stocked retirement fund.

Got here early to get in line and what a nice surprise, they have people going down the line checking us in even before they open. Great job taking care of your customers. Now for some breakfast and a little TV
