I got 2 new tire for my truck and they were least expensive compared to others. Not too mention, they were speedy in putting them on. Its been 2 weeks and weve had no problems at all.

Excellent Service!I popped 2 of my tires on the same day and was running late to my appointment at the auto center. I got there almost an hour after they closed but Montre was able to help me. Montre stayed after closing to put on BOTH of my tires! Montre was very helpful and professional. This guy deserves a raise! 👍

Montre tried his best to take care of us but we had to wait for over 2 hours to get an oil change and tires rotated; in any case they didnt have a solid tool that didnt break without loosening the oil filter so ended up going to Take 5 after all to get the filter removed at no charge.Recommend this place only if youre going to do your groceries while they do your oil change otherwise youre in for some disappointment.

Jermaine and Montre went way above and beyond to help us when we were stranded on a road trip with two blown tires. They truly saved the day/weekend and we will be forever grateful!

I went there with a problem in my tire. The man that looked at it, was able to plug it for me quickly. And was able to advise me on a suitable tire when I needed it changed. Both men that I saw that day and the auto shop were very professional and very polite to me.

I couldnt blame the employees for the wait because there was only two of them working, but the customer service was excellent. I go here every time I need my oil changed, and the man was honest about the wait. I didnt mind, especially since the man working was so nice.

So two stars because while searching air filters I found a K&N for my truck the box had been tampered with so I took it to the counter to report the filters had been switched. The counter person acted like I was the one trying to get over on them and even trolled me when I went back to look for another filter. Really I showed it to them so no one got ripped off after I left. In general their staff at Walmart are rude and usually have no clue about the departments they cover and act like they cant be bothered answering questions or offering help.

These folks are the bomb!! Excellent service, very friendly and eager to get your work done. The whole team was working together very effectively. Jean and Montrey were 2 of the names I learned but witnessed the whole team work to get me done and made it a pleasure!

I dont live in this city, but I will continue my service with them. They were quick. (Travelled here because another Walmart estimated it would take over 6hrs until they got to me. )

I came in yesterday and had all 4 tires replaced and sensors swapped from my existing rims to my new ones. They did it fairly quickly, with no fuss, no appointment, didnt charge me over 100 dollars for installing tires and swapping sensors and did a great job. Thank you so much guys.

Best place to get tires. I order what I want online and have them shipped to this walmart and they install them. If you do go shopping or browsing you have to check periodically if the car is ready because they wont call your name. Thats easy if youre wanting some good tires at a reasonable price.

Well not great, they barely paid anything on my tire that received a nail in it and they had to replace it but it seems they only paid 68$ and I paid the other 120$ for a tire that was only 11 months old and in very good shape. ( Should have kept it so I would have the evidence) and then was charged for two road hazard protections, but because I was so shell shocked at the price I didnt notice until I got home and by the time I called back they had closed for the day. So no not good experience at all.

Went there for oil change 2 hrs ago. Told me they could not change oil because their filter removal tool was broken and on order. How can an oil change shop have 1 tool for the whole shop! Unbelievable!! They could have purchased one across the street from AutoZone if they knew they needed it. I wonder how many cars they turned down for such a minor issue? Its Walmart.... Get what you pay for.

Bought tires last year beautiful job. This year, yesterday, not so much. 1st I was charged for lifetime tire balance & rotation when I told them I dont need it. I get that service w/my car. 2nd, I get outside & they did not rotate the new tires. It was too busy & I was too tired to address it @ that moment. And, anyway, that young man would hv given me push back. I plan on contacting corporate, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. The bad customer service from this associate, not only @ the register, but he probably put my tires on. It shows a lack of care & work ethic.

Price was great but they broke my TPMS sensor when installing tires. Guy said they would reimburse me, will change review if they follow through.

Oh I know is the Walmart thats at Chesapeake Square Mall they are the best that I have ever been in they almost fall over and break their neck trying to help you unlike the one on Frederick Boulevard and on College Drive especially the mechanic manager I believe I wish I knew his name but he will even help you when he is on his break please say thank you to these people at the Walmart let them know that they are appreciated they do not get paid enough for the work that they do thank U Walmart employees

I always take my suburban there for all my oil changes.They are very good andI can get it done for only twenty bucks.and thats not bad.

My tire was about to blow and everbody else was closed. I was stuck in another city with no way home and the guys at the tire center ( Chris and Tim) stood after work late just to help me!! I was so scared and lost and they cared!!! While next door at Sams Club told me they cant help me without appointment. The terrible thing is that I even work for Sams Club smh. Thank you guys for your help!!!

Closes at 6pm on Sunday but at 5:30pm, all is closed and locked. Last few times I came here I was told they were shorthanded and I should drive to Suffolk or Portsmouth instead.
