Very professional with amazing customer service.

I have used Next Level Audio Video for years to install or remount five TVs. All were with cables hidden in the wall and new power recepticals when needed. I also had network cable installed running from upstairs diagonally to downstairs router to extend wireless coverage. Professional install each time. I highly recommend.

Markeith does excellent work and is very knowledgable. He was able to troubleshoot and replace an under-the-house HDMI cable for us with a high-quality weather-rated cable. He even went the extra step to enlighten us about the current remote we were using and all the features it affords. In addition, he called back a couple of weeks later to check on the work. At that time, we were having an issue with the sound on our smart TV apps. Markeith came back out and made the adjustment to our receiver to enable the sound. We really appreciate him checking back in with us and promptly coming to resolve the issue. Markeith is wonderful and we will definitely be calling upon him again for any of our audio video needs - will definitely recommend him to others too.

My family and I have had the pleasure of working with Markeith on a few different projects in our home. Not only was he very professional with his work, he’s very good at going above and beyond to ensure that his work is clean and satisfying. And i can’t forget to mention he’s VERY affordable! When he installed our TV in the bedroom where my toddler sleeps, he explained to me that he was going to install the TV and create an outlet behind the TV so there would be no wires on the floor at all.
